Awful service. The trade rates? Even worse. Most of The staff show major neck beard behaviours. Whole troglodytes who think they know everything And their music selections are just as horrendous. Comes on strong like fruit striped gum, and is instantly flavorless.

Oh boy where can I start, gets annoyed when I bring a trade threw the door guy behind the counter say trade trades more trades, well its the weekend what else am I supposed to do with a 100 dollar bill in my pocket and stuff to trade,, i waited 20 minutes on my trade, i have a casual conversation in passing, all of a sudden my trade is being rushed out the door, and Im told before im given my offer not to interrupt staff during a sale because I dont work there, Ive been going to this store since 7 yo, really im aware what I do for a living. If I can help it I will never go to this location again, highly unsatisfied.

One of my favorite stores I like to visit on a monthly basis. I still love the old school CDs. Plenty of movies to choose from as well. I can literally spend hours in this store.

When your item gets lost in the mail, which will inevitably happen one day, this guy will not refund your money, like a reputable seller should do, but will instead tell you to go make a claim with USPS. And then, after receiving feedback, will retaliate by giving YOU negative feedback. So, if you like to pay money, have your item lost, and then get negative feedback - this is the guy to buy from. Love the movies and games and music however I bought a used mixer 2 used speakers a brand new mic and two brand new speaker jacks. The one speaker Jack doesnt work right any more and Ive only had it for a little over a week. Already it has a short in it. $20 down the drain and it was new. Im very satisfied so far with the used stuff.

Cool place. People are nice and great way to find used music and movies. Sometimes they have some decent used stereo gear too. The incense and 901s playing are the reason its not 5 stars ;)

The have a great instrument section with drums and guitars to tuba and saxophone. Its a one stop shop for your entertainment needs

I spent over 3000 on cds, 9 were still in cellophane, most are special order imports they offered less than .50 a cd. ( less than 75 for 180 cds. ) ...meh. I like to support local businesses over corporations but Im done with this one.

This place is sweet! I love the atmosphere, and it is very well organized. They have incense and records and games. I love the incense and the dollar records can be pretty cool!

They openly talk about their customers in negative ways, usually demeaning how they act or what they wear. They literally made fun of a mentally unstable individual and coupdnt wait to get him out of the store.

I have always liked it here.. theyve been helpful and have good deals. But well see how much I like it later on when i have to return a used xbox that broke a week after I bought it.. I hope theyre as helpful as they were before, when they told me i had a 2 week return policy.

Fantastic place ! staff is very knowledgeable and have alot of inventory to suit any of your music needs, also if they dont have it they most likely can find and order it.

Very convenient for a movie buff like me. If I cant find it on Amazon or if the price is too high, I can pretty much find what I need there and most of the time 2-3 copies of it. Recently I found a movie there that I had been looking a long time for and I screamed a little loud (with foul language - OOPSY!) because it was the only copy! I snatched that baby up and added it to my collection. The prices you cant beat even for the new ones and they guarantee all of their stuff. They also sell musical instruments! I saw a full drum set, keyboards and guitars all over. They have something for everyone in there! See for yourself!

This place has been around since i was a kid. They bought a new building and made it bigger. Its a great place to browse around or if you have things you dont use this place will buy them for a great price!

They also sell old videogames here such as games for the orginal Nintendo (NES), Super Nintendo (SNES), Gameboy Advance (GBA), Gameboy Color, Atari, Nintendo 64 (N64), and more. Sometimes you can find Gameboys there as well as Super Nintendos and some other game systems. They also sell some other stuff. Anyways feel free to check them out.

My son goes in there to do his business with them for his PlayStation games that the stores no longer sell.

Place is ok. Dont expect to get too much of you are trying to sell to them though. I think this location gives less for items than the others.
