I recently ordered 100 bagels for a wedding. I really enjoyed working with Kendra Crabbs who is over the catering for all of Utah. She was kind, efficient and fair. The bagels were delicious.

They have good sandwiches; all made on your choice of bagel. They also have a pretty good sized menu to choose from as well. Ranging from breakfast to dinner bagels.Inside is nice and open and fairly big for not being a restaurant. As of right now,(8/2021) you can go inside to order and get your food but they arent letting anyone stay and eat there. I didnt see anything that gave any indication as to when this will change.

I love treating myself to a bagel and iced coffee a few times a week, it gives me something to look forward to. I’ve been to several locations and this one is my favorite. Josh and the crew are so sweet and helpful. When you order on the app, you don’t have to worry about waiting, plus you can get a free coffee.

I ordered two bagels with cream cheese. 30 minutes later, I ended up going to the front and asking for my money back. There were easily five more orders in front of mine that hadn’t come out yet. The employees were super nice and working in the food industry sucks, but man oh man were they slow.

You guys need to hire people that can read. Every time I order online they literally never get it right. They always leave an item out or not make the food according to how you order it.If you’re thinking about ordering Einstein Bagels from this location I suggest you order somewhere else if you don’t want to hand hold the employees through making your food and giving you everything you paid for.

Good morning .... they were very courteous but have a few things to work on. To start, please make sure you have all the ingredients for each bagel ... it helps that if it is on the board ... should be on the bagel. Next would be to see if they want the bagel toasted or not ... if it is a cool day ... maybe they want a little warm goodness in there tummy ;) The last ... would be to please check that the customer has everything for there order and that it is right ... it is never fun to pull the car around only to visit a location and have to get all worked up for there complete order. You gave it a good effort but not a great one :)

I love einsteins but this location disappointed. Poor communication skills from the employees and long wait times that all could have been avoided.

I’ve been coming here for years and the service has been hit or miss. Today, there was an error with my order, but Joshua was super helpful and corrected the mistake. Thanks for the great customer service!

I ordered one bagel and a coffee, and I waited for half an hour. There were 12 people waiting with me, and when I finally got my order, my sandwich was cold and they missed the coffee so I had to wait even longer. I’ve worked in the food industry and totally understand the pains of being busy and short staffed. Please get these people more help! They seem so stressed out.

Slowest service ever. Understandable for a Saturday morning but, damn! It’s a mad house when you walk in. The dude in front of us paid... waited so long ended up leaving. I’ve been waiting 37 minutes for 2 bagels and an orange juice. It was delicious but I advise ordering online.

First time at this bagel shop! What drew me in was getting an email offer for a bagelrito + drink for $5. Since one of my foodie instagrammers raved about it, I had to see for myself. Bagelrito = eggs, turkey sausage, cheese, hash browns, salsa, green chiles in a flour tortilla, wrapped in an Asiago bagel. It was a pretty good size amount of burrito packed with protein. The price was pretty good for it too, having it come with a medium sized drink. Bagelrito wasn’t impressive in my opinion, and it’s not something I will order again. Since I was in there, I also ordered half a dozen bagels (six bagels) that cost about $7 - which was a bit steep for me. I ordered blueberry, Asiago, French toast, and pretzel. I was really surprised that the blueberry was not good at all - I’ve had a lot better buying the Sara Lee bagels bag. However, their French toast bagel was excellent and will prob come back because of it. On Mondays before 11am, they have a promo for a dozen bagels for $7 - which is a great deal. The staff though was pretty helpful and friendly.

Usually good but today I got a cranberry bagel that tasted like onions and was burnt too.

I’m glad that this is one of the places that is open on Sunday! The breakfast is delicious and we love the coffee drinks here as well, it’s one of the places that both me and my wife love to go to and she usually is in the mood for!

Havent eaten here in years because I was so spoiled with genuine NY style bagels back home in New Mexico. Their everything bagel used to not even have garlic or salt. But we went here this weekend and I was BLOWN AWAY. Finally I have a go to bagel place

Very disinterested customer service. She seemed mad to be there. I asked for a cinnamon bagel and she said ‘ you mean like a cinnamon raisin?’ I said ‘no isn’t there a normal cinnamon?’ And she then proceeded to tell me they were out. Kind of seems like something you should tell me up front..Anyways. I ordered something else and then she briefly waved her hand down the line and mumbled ‘it’s down there.’If you can’t handle mornings, maybe don’t work at a bagel shop. Hope management gives her some training on good customer service and faking being interested in her job lol

Bagels are scarce in this part of the world, and its great to have have some available and early in the morning to boot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were especially patient with a difficult and demanding customer that was ahead of me in line. The women working never dropped their level of professionalism and they deserve a lot of credit for that.

They take all my modifications really well, and put See me on their tickets to explain the exact quantity of butter I want. Really appreciate it, and they made me a latte when I ordered coffee after they were out. This place gets an A for customer service in my book, and thats why Ive been once a week since discovering it.

They are excellent for what they claim to be. The prices are reasonable and both the food and drinks are very good. The service has also been friendly and quick each time I visit.

Always the best bagels in the valley. Not authentic NY bagels but still amazing. Like most, cinnamon-raisen is my favorite. The shmeres are not worth the costs when theyre easy to make at home.

It was busy. They had several people working, but they had 10 minutes when the line did not move. The bagels were hot though.

One star earned because bagels are tasty. Losing 4 stars because not only are they SUPER expensive, but I ordered on DoorDash, and the order said 50-60 minutes left after 30 minutes had already passed. I called the store; they said they let DoorDash orders go late on purpose, and that they would start my order now. I didnt pay OVER normal price to be placed at the back of the line for 30-40 minutes. Also, last time I showed up in person, they wouldnt let more than 2-3 of us sit at an outside table (all family), providing us only 2 chairs due to some COVID rule, and we had to go sit elsewhere to seat the 6 of us and our expensive bagels.

Ordered curbside pickup. No one was answering the phone. No one brought our food out. We eventually left without our food. Going to email the company to get a refund for the food we never received. I’m not walking into a store where there are 10-20 college kids not wearing masks. If you’re going to offer curbside then actually provide curbside.

The manager of this restaurant is the coolest guy ever! We came at the very end of the shift and he was out of my kids favorite bagels so he gave us plain bagels for free since they were closing! It made our day! Plus the restaurant was extra clean when we were there. Got a love them!

Worst experience. Came to get one bagel with veggie cream cheese. After 40 minutes of waiting, I came up to ask them what is going on. They said “probably 20 minutes more”. No apologies, nothing. I asked for a refund, wasted 40 minutes of my life and got no bagel. The only thing I got was the smell of food on all my clothes.

Bagels were not toasted and not packed properly. Other locations are so much better

Avoid this establishment at all costs. I went in because of the rewards deal for buying half a dozen and getting a second half dozen for a dollar. The manager helped the employee ring up the transaction and didn’t have the foresight to tell their employee that i was getting a terrible deal The employee told me I could sign up for the rewards account online later rather than telling me it was required for the deal which I wanted to take advantage of that day.Instead I was charged 26 dollars when they could have added another bagel to my order and charged me almost 10 dollars less by just charging me for a 13 bagels and 2 shmears. I have frequented Einstein’s all of my life and this is the last time I will support this business.

When all you want is a caramel macchiato and get told sorry we are out of milk .. really because you sell milk and I am staring at some??? Guess she did not want to make it .Too bad I work right down the parking lot this was a bad first impression !!!

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop for at least five years. I can’t think of one time I’ve been even a little bit disappointed. Customer service is top notch. Food is great. Atmosphere is very pleasant. I’ve been here at times ranging from 5 am to noon and it’s still always a good experience. Sure, lines can be a bit long on a Saturday morning at 8 am, but that just tells you it’s a desirable location.

Could be the slowest service I’ve ever received at an Einsteins. Six workers up front and only one person being helped at a time. They’ve even got 2 people cleaning tables at a time when you can’t even dine in... Seems poorly managed!

Basically eat breakfast here every morning. Love their food and best coffee!!!

Need to try more of their bagels. Their Bagelrito is really yummy, it was a bit spicy for my wife but really good. Their French toast bagel was so yummy especially with the honey almond shmear.

Great customer service. Very respectful people working at this location. A worker named Ashley is very sweet. She makes the best fresh squeezed orange juice. And the worker Charlotte makes bomb iced coffees. Last the manager Mike is very respectful and does a great job managing the location. Word guys. Word.

Made online order, no directions so I go inside and wait near the online pickup signs. For 25-30 min. Till I had to go out of my way and cut in line and say hey where do I get my food? He then turns and points outside stating sometimes they cant see if our cars are parked out there or not...? How does that have to do with you ignoring some customer standing there awekwardly for 30 min while my order was ready right beside you? Terrible customer service, food below average as it was cold now that I waited before just cutting in line like is this what I gotta do to get ymy online order? Last order making with them.

It started out great. When I went to pay, the guy seemed like he didnt want to be there or even help me. Took him a few minutes to help me. I felt like I was an inconvenience. Could have cared less. Great bagels.

Best bagels

Great service, great food. My daughter spilled her chocolate milk everywhere and I was going to buy her a new one and they gave it to me. They also had a great live band and my daughter loved them.

If zero stars was an option that would still be higher than i think they are. Staff either do not know the products or dont care enough to check. First I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese even on the receipt. Got home to a sandwich covered in cheese. Second I asked if the green chili bagels had cheese or just chilis workers said just chilis no cheese. Again got home and bagels are covered in cheese. Will not be going back since I cannot trust the employees to know what they are doing.

Gotta love it when there is more employees working than there are customers in the store- yet somehow, they are SO BUSY slicing bagels or whatever they are doing, that not one single employee can break to say hello or “welcome to Einstein’s, we’ll be right with you” no, instead they let the ONLY two people in line, stand there for at least 7 minutes before we finally turned and walked out. Apparently bagel slicing for future customers is more important than taking care of the two customers standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE!

The food was a little on the expensive side, but was delicious, and it was also very quick. I had a 2 egg bagel breakfast sandwich on a spinach bagel. It was excellent. I had never eaten here before. I found the bagel to be very light and fluffy. It had a consistency somewhat like a croissant instead of the heavier and denser bagels that Im accustomed to. It was excellent. I will definitely be back again.

Love that this place is open on sundays! It’s my go to when nothing else around is open. Great service and great food. Very quiet environment. better than Starbucks for when you need a place to study or just some quiet. Plus they always have some type of deal going on so definitely budget friendly

Food has stayed consistently good through the years. The prices have risen too fast. Hence I dont come here as often anymore.

The girl working the counter this afternoon looked like she didnt want to be there and never acknowledged that we were there ready to order. After waiting for several minutes, we decided to leave, she was standing there the whole time and didnt care. Worst service ever. I will spend my money somewhere where they treat me better and are happy for my business.

Quick in and out service. Bagels here never disappoint. Im a breakfast person so Turkey Sausage & Cheddar is always good. I decided to make a review today though because my experience was a little salty. The lady who took my order seemed annoyed that I was ordering a dozen bagels, Im guessing because there was a long line of customers. Overwhelmed or not, a little composure goes a long way. Nonetheless, still a great bagel place.

This is a great store, Ive always loved Einsteins but this location is the best one if you ask me. Theyre always playing fun classic songs that I love, the art along with the decorations change the store into a fun comfortable place. I would recommend the everything bagel with a hefty amount of garlic herb smear, leaves me satisfied everytime.

A bit expensive, I personally would have preferred something more substantial for the money, but perhaps the experience is worth it.Its fairly generic as far as taste goes, but they we nice, and despite the fairly empty feel, it was remarkably busy.I was a bit disappointed their floor looked like it hadnt been mopped in a while, but the atmosphere was welcoming enough to be comfortable.This place features coke products only, which feels limiting (I personally enjoy Pepsi, but I digress, people are probably more interested in coffee, lattes, and hot chocolate here)It was a nice experience, but probably better with small groups. It was nice but its a visit I wont make often.

Finally an EINSTEINS that does it right. Im not joking. Go through my review history and look at my other 1 stars. If management is considering going back on this policy, DONT. It was a pain to order and pay as they made me use the app because of the whole social distancing stuff. Hate the app. Bagels was good though. Knocked off a star for making me use that app.

Literally impossible to get through to place an order over the phone during COVID-19. Even though they have signs all over their store saying to call ahead. What a joke and a waste of time. Shame on you guys for using some annoying telephone recording to drag out customer experiences with nothing but dead ends when we were trying to support your business.

Really good bagels. They have boxes of a bakers dozen ready to go, filled with the most popular varieties, which was really convenient. The boxes come with two cream cheeses each, but that was a little light.

Great location. I’ve never had a bad experience at this bagel shop. Almost every time I’ve come in, the employe Ashley has been working. I walked up to the store counter, stoking my Chin and inquiring what I should order from the menu. All of a sudden I’m greeted by a bright smile and I look up to see Ashley! “Hello. What can I get you?” She asks me, putting on a new set of gloves. Very sanitary. “I will have four hash browns.” “Ok.”After ordering with Ashley who is very nice and sanitary, I made my way to Charlotte; who rang me up and who makes bomb coffee. She gave me my total, and I payed, Being sure to leave a 15% or more tip. After seeing that Charlotte was working, I ordered a coffee as well. Her coffee is so bomb guys.After I got my coffee and hash browns I sat at a table near the front so I could not creepily stars at Ashley while I ate. Very nice experience. Would dine there again.

Good food, fresh tasting, little pricey but okay. If you have a big appetite, I felt it wasn’t enough (had lunch.) they were out of the type of bagel i wanted also. Customer service definitely needs improvement, they seemed bored and disinterested in their customers.If you have young children and they need their diaper changed, there’s no changing table. Only one restroom in the restaurant, one person at a time. My baby had a blowout and it was difficult trying to do it without a changing table. Was a 10-15 minute job if what would s been about 5. I had people knocking on the door getting annoyed. I was pretty frustrated when all was said and done, so talked with the girl cashiering and recommended they put in a changing table. Only got dirty looks and eye rolls from her and all the other college age girls working there. This is a FAMILY city, I mean orem is nicknamed “family city USA” but it seems now it’s “college city USA.”I know Einstein bagels mostly attracts the college hipsters in town who don’t have a clue how hard it is to change a poopy diaper that’s exploded up your babies back without a changing table because they don’t have kids, but I would have appreciated a professional response to my complaint.

They dropped my food and had to make it again; however, they were very humble about it, and the food was delicious.

Its fun to come here and eat excellent sandwiches and drink great coffee. Its nice just to relax and listen to the music played inside the restaurant. I look forward to the day when they can open the inside dining up again.

This was a great location, I always love Einsteins bagels, and the server Amelia working there was great and super nice and helpful. Great way to start a road trip.

The bagels tasted fine but they are smaller than in the past and barely any cream cheese but for the same price as in the past. The actual bagel (Santa Fe) looked nothing like the picture. I was looking forward to eating what was depicted in the picture. When the bagel was put in front of me my first thought was Wheres the rest of it? The hash browns(?) tasted alright but were quite small for the price. The staff seemed only moderately interested in customer relations and the manager was rude and dismissive of the staff. No military discount.

We had amazing service today. I believe he’s the manager, not sure, we didn’t ask but whoever he was, he was AMAZING! We were having a bad day and were sad that they ran out of the bagel we wanted and he gave us a free cookie for our “troubles”. I’ll continue to come back here. On top of that, our food was delicious.

This used to be my to-go place when I didnt have any other options for breakfast but I dont think that I will be returning. The food here is absolutely amazing but the staff is not. There hasnt been a single time that I walk into that store and see clean floors or a clean drink station. Also, its pretty over-priced.

This is my favorite place to go for breakfast for many reasons. Fresh, good food, so many options, and the staff is awesome. The atmosphere is so chill and even on a busy Saturday morning at 9 am, they’re still quick, efficient and courteous. Also, they’re open on Sunday morning- early afternoon, which in this area is a plus for us hungry non Mormons. The coffee is A+ (love the chai tea latte) and the crispy chicken and tater sandwich is my favorite. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the French toast bagel with strawberry shmear 😍 so, in conclusion, if you’re in the orem area and you need a good place for breakfast or lunch that’s not pricey and is fresh and delicious, come here.

Came here twice in the last 2 weeks for 2 times. My wife likes the bagel egg and cheese. She was searching for her favorite bagel spot glas she found this one and she loved what she had. Staff were amiable and ambience was decent and tidy. Will love to go there whenever will ve hankering for bagel.

Seriously average. They offer nothing more than the next guy. Super upset that people think its the best. Obviously, they have never been out of state for bagels

I didnt even know there was an Einstein Bagels in Orem! Tried this location and it lived up to my expectations! Asiago bagels with their spread is to die for. Definitely will be coming back

First time at an einstein bagel. The bearded fellow at the front desk was super snappy and rude. The everything bagel was great. Seems like customer service here isnt great.
