I have come here for hair color a few times and some supplies for it. Keep in mind that this review is mostly only for that. This location has always had the hair color supplies I need and I really appreciate it. I also really like their nail polish selection. Ive never talked to the staff much, but I personally havent ever had any issues. That is just my personal experience though. I havent been in a lot lately so I dont feel good about recommending it for sure right now.

They were racese to my mother just because she got out of her work and when to buy something one worker was so mean and stare at her up and down. That is really rude and that should not be allow in stores with all what happening this year she doesnt have the right to look at people that way or even be mean to them. Not everyone work at stores that is always clean. So show her to be nice to people.

Its already hard enough to go into a Sallys, but if you want to feel awkward this is the place. I just got boxed out by an employee that said nothing to us, so we just left with no hair color.

Changing my previous 1 star review to 4: after multiple calls to customer service and requesting to speak with managers a few different times, Sally’s finally agreed to do the right thing.I had been originally told I couldn’t return a “final sales item“ when at the time of purchase I was not told it was a “final sales item”. Thank you Sally’s for doing the right thing!

Great place for beauty supplies, shopped there for a long time!

Youd think going to an actual beauty store, they would know what they were talking about and give you all the things youd need to color your hair, instead of one thing. Ive been back to this locations three times now. Each time talking to someone who clearly knows nothing, or is just manipulating me and ruining my hair.

They had all the stuff I needed, but seemed pretty annoyed whenever I asked a question. It was almost as if they were mad I didnt already perfectly understand what I needed. When you walk in youre greeted with a frowning face, that doesnt seem too happy to see you, and doesnt say a word. All in all, it was okay. Ill still go back, because their hair dye and bleach is just top quality, but they dont have much more than their product going for them.

Dear ladies who worked the evening shift on Thursday November 20th 2014, YOU ARE MY HAIR GODDESSES!! I have been dying my hair for years and have NEVER loved it as much as I do today. From the moment I walked in you made me feel like a celebrity! You totally captured my vision and helped me pick out the EXACT colors I needed. The service was both professional, timely and efficient. I am in love with my new hair and cant thank you enough!!

If you want to deal with the worlds rudest customer service this is the place to go. No one smiles and everyone is cold. Seem agitated when it comes to helping customers. Worth going to other locations over.

Best selection of hair products! The staff here is amazing, the girls that were working made sure to help me find exactly what I was looking for and showed me their favorite products as well!

Trying to figure out what I needed for my hair and the manager was very cold and honestly quite rude. It felt as though my questions were a waste of her time and she made me feel really dumb! Almost walked walked out and went to a different location! However I was impressed with the other associates and the products.

Not the best, but not the worst. The customer service was a bit chilly, but the products are what you are after! I got what I was looking for and they are perfect! Thank you for supplying them!

Pretty ok stuffs

Been here a few times. Out of all the times only once was I treated moderately civil maybe borderline nicely, would rather make the extra drive to Lindon.

I stopped into this store today, and like every other time Ive been there...horrible customer service. There were at least 2 girls at the register, but they were too busy discussing which one had kissed whom, and who was in love with whom, to even think to ask anyone if they needed assistance. Yes, theyre young, but that is no excuse. At least they said thanks for coming in as I left. I give up on this store!

The workers here are so rude, they cant be bothered when you walk in the door. They put a grimacing smile on their face as you come in and welcome you as fast as possible so they can continue complaining about that one girl they work with who just doesnt fit in.I normally dont care if people help me in a store, I prefer to be left alone. I am frustrated that they have outright lied multiple times about the parameters of their sales. Like telling a woman in front of me that their advertised sale was only on ion products, then informing me, nothing counts except whats on the back shelf. Ive even had to prove, with their own marketing, that certain things were on sale just to get a discount. But not until after they told me I had grabbed the wrong things, and their system was old and its not their fault I was wrong. But dont worry, after the manager said all these things to me, she did give me a refund when she realized she was in the wrong.Just go to any other Sallys in the area. Or wherever that poor girl gets her next job, because she just isnt fitting in with these lazy people.

Manager will stand and pretend not to hear you when you ask her a question. I was five steps away and had to ask the question three times and by then one of the other girls answered my question. This has happened to me multiple times at this location where I have asked the manager questions about products and she is so condescending and feels like she wants you to shutup. I have also heard her talking badly about customers that are in the store laughing with the other girls who work there. I will now be going to the provo store after bad experiences with the manager at this orem location. Not how a manager should be acting!!!

Worst customer service. The girls that work at this location have never smiled at me or welcomed me in. Its more judgy eyes than anything else. I live near by and have been in on many occasions; Every time Ive always felt unwelcome, like Im an inconvenience. It stinks because I LOVE Sally Beauty Supply! I just wish they werent so rude at this location. Ive also hear them gossiping and talking very rudely about others, which isnt professional.
