This is the one stop shop for all things bridal. Between the plethora of gowns for all types of brides, the in house alterations, and a salon. This is the place to go! My experience was everything I had hoped to have in the search for my perfect gown. Savannah made me feel so welcome and was so attentive to my needs. She made me feel beautiful in every gown, and cheered me on as I found “the one”.

There are not enough words in the world to explain how amazing this place is. After a bad experience at another shop, I was in a panic for where I would look for my wedding dress. These wonderful ladies squeezed us in, treated us like royalty, and helped me find my dream dress. They are so wonderful and they have a gorgeous dress selection. Absolutely, 10000% recommended. Loved the whole experience. The place is cute, intimate, fun, and the perfect place to find your dream dress. Thank you guys so much!

They have beautiful dresses but they were pretty expensive and all of the ones I tried would need alterations to fit my needs. Which made it only pricier. The store is beautiful, the consultants are nice, the dresses are lovely, but ultimately just felt I was paying for a name more than my actual dress.

I’ve been twice and each time everyone was just so nice and inviting! The dresses were clean and very beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

They have a good selection of dresses that are reasonably priced, and I found some I absolutely loved, and I dont want to take away from that. With that being said, I did not buy my dress here because of the customer service. Before and during my appointment I specifically discusses with my consultant about only being shown dresses that would be available in my time frame which was 6-8 weeks. She found me some great dresses but was not kind nor did she seem happy to be there. She kept pressuring me to try on certain dresses and told me what to do. Eventually I was deciding between two dresses I had fallen in love with, and since I had more dress appointments later I told her I was just going to take a day to think about it and look around a little more. She then informed me that if I did not order right then, I would not get my dress in time. I asked her if I could just buy it the next day after I had thought about it overnight and looked elsewhere and she said that the next day was too late. Somehow I would get my dress in a month if I ordered it that day, yet the next day would put it out more than 3 months which would be after my wedding, even with the rush fee. I felt extremely pressured by her, and she was very demanding and not at all accommodating nor understanding to what I was saying. I felt too stressed, and ended up going back to Alta Moda, where they are more expensive, but their customer service is over the top amazing and they were able to get me an amazing dress in a very professional and warm environment, with plenty of time to spare. Most likely it was just the girl I was working with and there may be others who are nicer and more professional, but I am still disappointed that I had such a negative experience here and that the girl I worked with was the reason I chose not to get my dream dress, as I didnt want the pressure nor the bad experience that came with it.

Found my dream dress here and it wasn’t hard!! there are so many beautiful dresses to play dress up in, everyone that worked there was so welcoming and helpful, such a fun and positive environment!! come to this place to find your dream dress😍

I didn’t go in to try on dresses, but I had a job interview. We did it over zoom, then they asked me to come in to shadow someone working to see if I would like it and if it was a good fit for me. They said it would be a few hours.. I get there and a different lady tells me that I’m going to work as much as possible for one hour and then call it good. I never got to talk to the lady who interviewed me, and they never reached out to me after. They just told me to work, and leave. I guess it’s a good way for them to get free labor. Dresses are pretty tho.

We love the variety of dresses prichette provides! We also love the consultants and the manager, Tiffany. They are easy to work with and have your best interest at heart! We accidentally had our daughters dress order come in in the wrong color. Within less than 24 hrs Tiffany had us back in and the problem resolved! Yes, I would recommend their service and their product! ♥️

I have been to multiple events at the new Pritchétt location, and am very impressed with all they have to offer. You can literally take care of so much of your wedding planning through them, and everyone looks stunning in their pictures. They have an extensive network of professionals to help take a load off your plate as you prepare for the big day, and let you focus on finding the perfect dress.

My daughter and I just stumbled into Pritchett Bridal as our 1st stop to try on dresses. We didnt know we needed an appointment. They were so very nice and accommodating, they found a spot for us within a hour. We ran our other errands and upon our return we were given the royal treatment. She picked out abt 6 dresses after which I was instructed to relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the fashion show. They assisted her with ease in and out of her dresses and over to a model staging area. They fussed over getting it all just right then stood back so we could talk and she could decide. After she chose the one she loved ( I could tell it was The One because she spontaneously started dancing) they took us over to have a fun confetti dance party. So fun, upbeat and festive. O yeah big bonus she can get her hair and make-up done at this same place the day of the wedding. O yeah and another great thing - they offer alterations (not included in the price of the dress) for a competitive price. I just love how we got 4 things checked off the list at our 1st stop. It was a very fun experience and we felt very productive.

Seriously such a fun place to buy your wedding dress! I felt so comfortable and confident while trying dresses on here. I would definitely recommend this bridal store to everyone. Also the dresses picked for me were right around my price range which I appreciated!

I got to work with (one of) the Savannah’s there and she was an SO SWEET. Their dresses are beautiful and they were so kind and really helped me picked all the dresses I wanted! Savannah really was so darling, I hope she gets a raise for being so kind and helpful! You can tell they really care for all their clients that come In.

I had a wonderful experience at Pritchett! I especially want to thank Savannah and the owner who went out of their way to help me find the perfect dress. The only reason I give this place a 4 instead of 5 is because a lot of the dresses they have there you can find them cheaper at other places. However, they do have a wide selection of unique designs, which are worth paying the big bucks for. I love my dress and it was worth the money. Thanks a million Pritchett!

I’m recommending Pritchètt bridal to every future bride I meet! Savannah was the best to work with and made this experience so fun and unforgettable. She was very attentive and pulled dresses I wouldn’t have thought to try but ended up loving. Their selection is so great and it was hard to choose just one dress! I would give this place 10 stars if I could and request to work with Savannah because she is amazing!

Mistakes will happen, but when they do the owner takes full responsibility and does all she can to make things right. She was very fair and surprisingly gracious and kind. She contacted me outside of her work hours, gave me her personal cell number, and was very concerned about understanding and resolving the situation. She turned a nightmare experience into a positive one. I can recommend this business because of her.

I was really excited to go to my appointment at Pritchett, but my sister, mom, and I were very disappointed with the atmosphere we received while I picked out a dress for my wedding. I ended up loving the dress I found, but the help I was given by the girl helping me was awkward and not very genuine or friendly. My experience was not similar to the ones I had seen of other people through social media. My veil was also made in the wrong fabric so it took way longer than expected and living 2.5 hours away, it made it very difficult to pick up my dress and veil separately.

I loved this store and everyone that worked there! They were so nice and so helpful. The dresses are beautiful, and I loved the way they give you a tour of the store, allowing you to see all the dresses, and allow you (or your guest with you if you want) to choose a few dresses you might want to try on. They also make suggestions (if you want them) which was very helpful for me. I would 10/10 recommend!

Love love LOVE this place and the people that work there!! I walked in just checking the place out, but they were able to get me an appointment the next day (which happened to be one of their busiest days)! Sadie was amazing to work with and basically knew my type of style from the start. She made me feel comfortable right away and definitely sounded like she knew what she was doing. Sadie also communicated with my mom and friends too, which was nice as their input was vital in helping me choose the dress of my dreams. I tried on several different dresses, but the first dress ended up being the one that I chose, and I dont have any doubts about it. They truly care about their customers, and Im glad that I found them!

My experience was honestly sad. I wasn’t treated like the other brides who come in to shop with them. When other brides find their dress they get a mini celebration and are asked if they’d like to take a photo in front of their decorated wall which I didn’t get to do. Which sounds dumb but it’s something I was looking forward too, and they consultants act excited about the brides decision which again didn’t happen. I was pressured into buying my dress that very moment and was given no other time to think or look at other dresses or stores. Then at alterations I was quoted one price and left paying way more than quoted and to top it off I was told to lose weight and that would be the only way my dress would fit. My dress turned out beautiful which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1. I hope no other bride gets treated the way I was

Im changing my review slightly.The seamstress deserves a lot of credit for making this dress work. I Picked up the dress and the alteration price was the same. There was an alteration that was added that I dont remember was an issue when we tried on the dress in the first alteration. Once the long sleeve where put on then it needed to be altered. So in the end I did pay more than I thought I would need too. This whole experience has not been fun and I dont think Ill return to the store again to buy a dress.I hate to give bad reviews but Im disappointed in this bridal shop. My daughter ordered a dress with long sleeves and what came in was a dress with short sleeves! We are having to pay for the alteration to put long sleeves on a dress that should have been ordered correctly Ive tried to call and talk with the manager about it but they never call me back. Very bad business practice to make the customer pay for your mistake.

Absolutely stunned by the customer service and quality at Pritchétt Bridal & Salon! Not only did Karlie help me find the most perfect wedding dress, but Ashlyn made my confidence levels soar with the perfect balayage. I’m extremely indecisive by nature but the ladies and team at Pritchétt made it almost imposible to not make the right choice for myself. Pritchett is the BEST!! This was only the second store I went to but I ended up loving the first dress I tried on! I was worried they would be picked over since they are in Orem but they had such a big selection and all the dresses were super cute. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Two of my friends also got their dresses here so it is the place to go! 10/10!!

Had a great experience here! So many options and styles. Emma was helping me and was so fun to work with and made my feel way less anxious and nervous about everything. I tried on several dresses that I liked, and decided which silhouette I wanted to go with. I asked Emma if she had any other ones in mind that were that same silhouette, and she pulled a few more for me, one of which was my dream dress! Cannot recommend enough!

I have had a struggle finding a dress for my upcoming wedding... I went to 4 other places in Salt Lake/ Utah County before I found something I really liked. I had a great experience with Pritchett Bridal. Everyone was so attentive and optimistic! The girl who helped me find my dream dress remembered exactly what I liked/didn’t like and was able to find something that I felt beautiful and comfortable in. Best of all they honored my price range and I never felt pressured into anything!My advice for anyone going dress shopping is PLAN AHEAD. Even if you don’t know exactly your wedding date, get a move on because most dresses need time to be made and shipped. Best of luck!

Emma was the best!! My maid of honor & I were shopping at a store near by then happened to see Pritchett and wanted to check it out. Extremely unprofessional. Go ahead and arrive 30+ minutes late to your appointments, because theyre not going to be ready for at least that long. They dont know how to add prices, and their estimates on alterations are absurdly low. The staff are all unprofessional, not to mention that none of them were wearing masks in the middle of a pandemic.

I cannot express enough my love for the people that work here, the environment that they create, and for the dresses that they have. The owners both have a heart of gold, and they truly care for their brides. The whole staff makes you feel so special, and really truly create that experience that you should have when trying on wedding dresses. Super friendly staff. I was feeling kind of discouraged after the first couple places we stopped but felt so much better after I left here. I was able to put a dress on hold while we went to a few more places but ended up going back right after to get it. All of their gowns were super cute and their staff made me feel like I was with my friends. Definitely would recommend.

Although my first experience was tricky, I really feel like they did their best to help me have a reparative experience with them!Im going to try to convey my experience with as much kindness and rationality as possible. Ive been here several other times when my friends were getting married and I always really looked forward to the day I was able to be in the bridal spot. In my experience with friends the consultants were always kind, knowledgeable, and hyped, the selection was awesome, and the overall experience was honestly just so happy and magical.Unfortunately, that wasnt really my experience. Although I still believe this to be a good store with a really beautiful selection, my experience fell a little flat. I am about a size 14 and I feel that this really impacted my experience. I was already a little nervous and vulnerable about trying on dresses in front of others and it feels as though some of my fears were proven right. I wasnt able to pick any of the dresses for myself (something important to me as a bride and as someone who knows exactly what looks best on my body!) And although my consultant was nice, I dont really feel like she took the time to understand me and what I was looking for (although maybe I just didnt offer it up well-enough).The first dress I tried that the consultant pulled was very fitted...something I totally wanted to steer clear of. The rest, although pretty, felt a lot more mature and matronly to me. There was one dress I liked, but I felt that the selection of 14+ gowns was pretty limited. It wasnt the same experience that my friends (sizes, 2, 4, & 10) had. I expected to feel beautiful and hyped up (of course I brought my most hype-girl friend along, haha) but I didnt really feel beautiful and didnt feel as though my consultant helped me have an easy experience. I could be wrong but it didnt really feel as though she felt I looked good in any of the selections either which just made me feel a little deflated.I dont want to over-attribute this experience to the salon alone; I went into the appointment already a little nervous. However, I feel hesitant to even want to try on gowns here or anywhere else after a pretty defeating experience.Anyways, all this to say, I wish I had been able to pick out my own dresses and I wish the selection for women sizes 14+ was a little better (maybe it was really awesome and I just didnt see it because I wasnt able to pick out my own dress, haha), and I wish my consultant helped set the tone for my anxieties and nerves to be calmed a little.Stephanie, one of the co-owners chatted with me a little and she seemed really amazing and kind. Again, I dont want to attribute it to salon alone but thought it would be helpful to share my experience. :)

I have never felt so much love trying on dresses before! Elly was my consultant and she was my number one hype girl and so attentive to my needs and wants. We practically made my perfect dress and she was so happy for me! Stephanie one of the owners was also right by my side the whole way through it all. Found my dream dress without even trying. Super fun atmosphere, you can tell they really care for each client about their special day. All of the consultants were fabulous and all around the most amazing place.

These woman are absolutely amazing, they are so kind and helpful! They take the time to get to know you and make it a more meaningful experience! Their dresses are beautiful and they have such a great variety! They truly made my dreams come true!

I LOVED working with Maddi! She was so kind and helpful. I was pretty indecisive, but she was so patient and willing to work with me to find things I loved. The environment is chic and exciting. It was a blast to have my family there participating in the experience. It can get a little crazy and feel time crunched but they do a good job of trying to make you feel like a queen. Absolutely would recommend coming here to anyone! The dress selection is superb!

They have a wonderful dress selection, but they have AWFUL customer service (they’re mostly friendly, but incompetent and all about the sale).1) They told my wife they’d have her dress within two weeks, and it took over a month for them the get the dress, and that only because we kept calling and calling and asking them where the dress was. Otherwise they would have just left the dress in the shipping center.2) The seamstress made multiple mistakes (the same mistakes over and over), which made the process take longer than necessary.3) They told us FIVE times that they’d have the dress ready to go for us to take and go the next time we came, and it wasn’t every time, until a COUPLE HOURS before we needed the dress.4) They charged us for each alteration session; but almost every time they hadn’t made any modifications, or they added a zipper, or some other single item every week-two weeks.5) They added a bunch of extra charges and hidden fees that they never told us about (such as charging us for the panels in the back of the dress, or DOUBLING the quoted hourly labor time for alterations).6) Half the time they were very friendly, and then half the time they acted like they could care less if we there, and almost didn’t give us the veil which we had already paid for, and they almost couldn’t find it.7) Scheduled appointments for one time (and watched the seamstress put the time in her phone), then would get there and the seamstress put us off for another half hour, even though we’d told her multiple times we were scheduling at the time we did because my wife had to be at work an hour later.8) With how little the seamstress actually did, we don’t really know how she’s claiming to have done so many hours as she did.9) On our first time taking the dress out of the bag, we saw a button had somehow already fallen off, so apparently a high quality job by the seamstress.By the end of it, we were so done that if we didn’t love the dress so much, and had time to go anywhere else, we would have just gone somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Got my wedding dress at Prichette Bridal! Madi was my consultant and she was awesome. I actually had another appointment scheduled after my appointment at Prichette and ended canceling because I loved the dress at Prichette so much! I would totally recommend them to anyone :)

I would 100% recommend going to Pritchett for your wedding dress...but NOT their hair/makeup. I went to basically every bridal shop in Utah and Salt Lake County and didnt have much luck until Pritchett. They definitely have the most in-style and wide range of selection compared to anywhere else. The lady who did my alterations there was amazing and so helpful and precise.The downside of Pritchett is their in-house hair and makeup salon. The girls that helped me were snappy (idk if they were having a bad day but I expected to be treated better on my wedding day). When one did my hair she didnt even ask me what I wanted I had to stop her a few curls in and even simply tell her where I parted my hair and then she acted all miffed that I even had to tell her that LOL.My makeup....my fake eyelashes fell off 10 minutes within leaving the salon and I wasnt super happy with how my makeup turned out so I hurried and went home and basically re-did my makeup.Over all though, I loved my dress so 4 stars it is!!

I have one word to describe this amazing bridal store. LUXURIOUS! From the dresses to the employee I was blown away with how much of a fairytale place this was! I totally recommend buying your dress here or at the very least making an appointment and just going for a look! This place has high reviews for a reason. No they do not give you a discount if you give them a high review people do it because they are great! I recommend getting an appointment with Hailey because she is fantastic!
