After shopping at a handful of branded car lots and feeling as though the owners were sketchy (after confirming listings were inconsistent and dishonest) we ended up here at Pay Lower Auto. Trustworthy dealers can be hard to come by, but right off the bat I had a good gut feeling after talking to Sergio, the owner. Sergio made the car buying process painless and easy for me. He was not pushy, and even though it took a couple test drives (and 4 visits) for me to make a decision, he was patient throughout the whole process and very accommodating of my work schedule.Not only was the car priced well (he sells them at wholesale prices), but I was happy to find out that when it came to negotiations, I did not even have to bring up my qualms. He offered to replace the missing hub cap, take the vehicle into the dealership for inspection, and even got an oil change and a car wash before selling me the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to do all of this without me even having to ask as this was the complete opposite of my experience with other dealers (we walked away from multiple cars due to their unwillingness to fix issues or negotiate price). We even worked out a deal to trade in my current car, making the whole experience even easier on me. If you are looking for an honest dealer, this is the place to go!
