I go nearly everyday. While the prices arent any better than any other gas station. The people seem nicer. So thats a plus.

Friendly staff, great drink selection.

I do love coming here. The staff are super friendly and it is super close. I always get in deep conversations with the staff here and they are very educated on their stance which leads me to believe that the people working here are not just nice and friendly but also educated. I didnt give it a full five stars because I felt like the price markup was a little high. I dont blame that on the staff or the company. Honestly, things just keep getting more costly now a-days.

They ran out of gas

Theyre staff was openly my discussing their personal political views in spite of a customer that was in ear shot. Super unprofessional

Got something for everyone. Cold drinks, hot food, ice cream. Friendly staff. Clean store. Lots of parking, car wash and Chevron gas station.

Cashier tried to make me feel stupid for not doing 2 for $5 deal. Yes, I saw the deal and I appreciate you bringing it up. Maybe dont treat people like children after they politely decline the offer. He kept shaking his head at me and was almost mad I didnt go grab another drink. Also, treating your employees in an openly condescending way isnt a good look either. *Visited at about 12:15 PM today.

Bad vibes

I had just a little bump in the road at Jacksons food store recently and sent them an email about my concern. The next day the first email I got was from the local Manager Tim Smith the requesting to meet me at the store personally and address my issue. Now you talk about a company that is on top of things, values, and take cares of their customers. I unfortunately was too busy to break away., but had almost a 30 minute conversation with my new friend Tim Smith and he went up and above what is called Custoner Service at its highest level.This is the only conveince store I will go to.They have high quality products at reasonable prices and the only gas I will put in my Mercedes, Chevron with Techcron Technology . And if you buy a car wash you get 10 to 20 cents of a gallon depending on different cards. I definitely recommend JACKSON CONVENIENCE STORE4.5 STARS ****Garyleescritiques

They always advertise having one liter A&W rootbeers but they never do. Id go there more if they did but instead they have like 50 rows of Mtn. Dew

The staff has always been very friendly with me, and most of them try their hardest to keep the store very clean.

Fat guy with glasses offers the worst service, he should get fired! I Wish I knew his name.

Extremely slow service and everything is 10x as much as a regular gas station.
