Took my 10 year old grandson to shoot. Had a great time together I purchased a 1 year pass so we can go more often.
We’ve bought a few guns from these gals and guys now. We’ve always had a great experience buying from them. Great expertise, super friendly. Get some has our long term business!
Adam is an awesome guy! He helped us get in on the range and they were so accommodating. He helped us look at different guns and we walked out with 3 new guns! We weren’t a total fan of the other employees, as they kind of had some bad attitudes but Adam is the guy to talk to for whatever needs you have! He won’t steer you wrong or treat you like you know nothing about anything.
Their current ammunition prices are an insult to the intelligence of those who shop there. Two days ago, at another store, I purchased two boxes of target ammunition for roughly $38. Here, those very boxes are being sold for $38, EACH. Moreover, just last week, at Scheels, I purchased a Colt Python for $1,499, which was hardly a good deal on account of the fact that it retails for just as much. Here, however, the same python has a price of $1,700 — $200 more than the MSRP. Take your business elsewhere, and dont subsidize these greedy crooks.
Great selection of firearms and accessories. The Indoor range is fun with modernized controls. They were very accommodating towards a brand new shooter whom I was teaching.
Their business model must be Avarice, and rudeness before anything else. The price of ammo is gouging on a whole other level, and they are so rude, lost a customer for life and will let everyone know it.
Super condescending staff. And ridiculous price gouging. You’re better off trying a different gun and ammo store close by
Worst gun store experience.Staff is incredibly rude. Idk how they even get people to buy there guns and ammo with how unreasonable and unfriendly they are. Even then the gouging ammo prices are ridiculous. I just went to to shoot at there range witch keep in mind Ive been there many times before to rent and use my own firearms. A staff member had to end up calling a member of my family or friend for a psych evaluation just for the waiver to let me rent their guns. Sence when has that changed? Ive never had to do that before when I was by myself at there range. Just a horrible experience overall.
Talk about price gauging! Over $1 per round on 9mm. No thank you, and you won’t be getting my business when ammo supply comes back to normalcy.
Condescending staff, by mistake I picked up bullets castings for making rounds and the staff member thought he was being helpful by asking me to tell him what I had in my hand.. when I answered incorrectly he said “wrong, you have bullet castings you should have read the box” he was right I had the wrong stuff...... but it still irked me the way he handled the situation I’m not over sensitive but if I compare my experiences that same day the service I got from the three other major guns and ammo stores in the area they did not give me the same condescension as I got at get some guns and the other stores had plenty of patience with all my ammo questions. Poor staff experience and the mark up on their guns and ammo lead me not wanting to come back. Not worth their prices not worth their services.
Good straight up employees, honestly everyone giving 1 star reviews needs to grow up. They’re not being rude, they’re just not sugarcoating anything. When buying a gun honesty from the sales rep goes way further than anything else.
Very helpful!
Horrible experience. Staff was super rude. I wish I grabbed the guys name. I have medical exemption from wearing a mask so when he asked me to put a mask on I told why I cant, then he proceeded to call me a liar and that thirty minutes of wearing it wont hurt. I said no again and he then told me that if I have medical issues then I shouldnt even be outside. Mind you the whole time hes being an arse about it, hes not even wearing a mask! He was just mean. We left the store and found a different gun shop in Springville called discount guns and they were AMAZING!!!! They were super kind and accommodating and werent mask nazis. They got my business instead!
Backed myself into a corner with time this season. Dropped off my hunting rifle to get sighted in because I put it off too long and just didnt have the time to go do it myself. Keven noted that my scope was damaged. Didnt have it in the budget to replace it so I had to borrow one. (This was end of last week) Was told to drop it off Tuesday to mount and sight in. Now, bear in mind, they had no idea I was in a time crunch, leaving the following Friday morning for the hunt. I called in Thurs to see when I could pick it up. (I live in Layton, work on Orem) and they noted they were short staffed and had not been able to get to it. Keven was off today, so it would not be ready.I explained my circumstances. (too late to find a last minute replacement now) They called Kevin, who went in on his day off and got me set up for tomorrow.THANK YOU GET SOME! AND THANK YOU KEVIN!
Ordered a gun through gunbroker. Decided to use get some because it was a little closer to where I am. Waiting for the package to be delivered and when it was I got a notification it was there. I called and asked if it was ready and they told me their staffing was low and they could not get to it. So now I have to wait for who knows how long for them to get a round to it. And all they say is they will call me when it is done. So their customers who are inside take priority I suppose.UPDATE: After calling them to see why and then writing the review. They must have got someone in to get the gun registered and gave me a call.
Get Some has very unfriendly staff. Ive never had a anything other than negative experience with them. They are condescending or just plain rude to customers.Theyve been price gouging more than any other gun shop since the ammo shortage. Just went there today looking for 300BLK and 9MM and it was double what I have seen elsewhere. $42 for a box of 50 9MM rounds.
Reasonably priced gun range. Small number of lanes, but conveniently located next to the I-15.
Terrible!!! My family has been at the store twice and talked to them on the phone many more times. Each time, the staff has been abrasive and just exhibited the lowest of the low consumer service. Its just annoying. Go to Ready Gunner instead, more selection and better and more knowledgeable staff.
Awful experience! Staff was super rude, would not recommend
Terrible customer service. The staff are very rude to their customers. I would recommend Gunnies on state street in Orem, or Ready Gunner.
Awfully rude staff, complete price gougers, in the extreme, dont play their game and let them rip you off, otherwise this will go on forever, you have to boycott this behaviour.
Unbelievably rude. We just sold our house and had full intentions of splurging a bit and purchasing a new firearm for both me and my husband but will be going somewhere else. Additionally the gun cases are super dirty and scratched so you can’t really see what your looking at/what’s new vs old. Store is old, dirty and in desperate need of an update.
The range is pretty good, the staff is always helpful and informative.
Ive been here several times in the past month and each time the staff has been extremely rude and demanding. The last two times Ive gone they shouted across the room at customers. Never going there again. Youre much better off going to Gunnies or Ready Gunner.
Rude staff, they make you feel as if youre bugging them. I went in to buy multiple guns and a few months worth of ammo because I just got a nice bonus and something Id been wanting to do for awhile. My idea was to test a few of the guns I was interested in at the range and purchase my favorites. I asked if they had a particular gun at the range to test, they didnt, not a big deal at all, I dont expect them to have everything available to test fire. What bothered me was the manner in how I was treated; normally when I go in to purchase anything, if its not in stock Im given alternate recommendations. Instead the range rep mocked me as if I was making a ridiculous request and then proceeded to ignore me even though I waited there for a few more minutes. Definitely convinced me not to go there again. Youre better off going to Gunnies or Ready Gunner as the staff there are at least pleasant to work with
Staff was awful!! Was unwilling to answer questions or be helpful in anyway. 0/10 would NOT recommend!!
Love these guys! Super welcoming and funny and take your wants and needs seriously. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They didnt bash on any manufacturer (I hate when sellers do that) Hubs and I will be visiting again!
Cant give them 0 stars. My wife lasted about 7 minutes at this place. Staff is RUDE, condescending, and patronizing. To the girl in the Ive got Attitude shirt, patronizing is a big word that means when you spend all your time talking down to people. If youre looking for a good gun experience, both in staff, support, selection and range, go elsewhere.
Amazing experience! 100 rounds, unlimited time to switch out weapons for 2 people for $50? Cant beat it! My husband and I went here to shoot some hand guns to figure out which ones we wanted to buy and the staff was soooo kind, knowledgeable and helpful would highly recommend coming here if you need help choosing a weapon!
Exceptionally rude staff. Nothing I have experienced before. Thought maybe they had bad day until I saw other reviews.
Their range is great. The unlimited gun rental is a blast. The best part is the expertise. Even though they arent the cheapest, the information that Ive gotten from them provides an experience superior to other stores. Their ability to compare models and provide details specific to my needs in a firearm is amazing. Ive fired close to a hundred models of firearms and was still able to get great information. Its the kind that only comes from true firearm proficiency.
Helpful. Once you show honest interest, they are right there with you and are good with customers. With tacit shopping they are aloof. Very interested in your carry, but follow the rules: no exposed, loaded firearm. If you want to show unload outside then bring it in. They frequently have plain clothes cops who are very helpful.
Great place to come look at guns a get a good idea of what you are looking for. Amazing staff that help you and give you an honest opinion. Great shooting range. They were really kind in helping my wife who was a first time shooter. Definitely coming back again.
I have nothing but the best to say about this place. Been there several times to look at and shoot guns. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and lend a helping hand where needed. Great place to purchase and shoot firearms.
I’ve been to this store several times and given them plenty of chances to prove me wrong but they’ve officially lost my business. Staff was unhelpful and rude every time I went, go somewhere else if you want a good experience shopping for guns.
I frequently patron this store. I have always had a great experience, but never a real need to do this. I have to say my latest experience was very good. I had a issue with and item on layaway and they didnt pressure me or throw the, in a sense, book at me to keep the layaway open. I would defiantly recommend them to anybody. Range is busy at times, but it is the best in Utah county.
Always a great experience here. Great staff, efficient, knowledgeable and great sense of humor.I drive past at least 5 different gun shops to take my business to Get Some! You guys are pretty awesome.
I ordered a variant of a rifle(had a different stock and an extra rail) from their online store and picked it up. Turns out the store and inventory is managed by a third party warehouse and the listing was a mistake. I received the base make model. To make it right they gave me a free bag and a 2 month membership to the range. Pretty cool.
Ive always had good customer service here.Have always enjoyed using the indoor range.Competitive prices and good variety of products.
They treat their customers disrespectfully- yell at them from across the room.
Took the time to answer my questions, very knowledgeable. Suggested to try a different handgun then what I was going to buy. After putting 400 rounds through it, I could not be happier with the suggestion that was made to me. Their prices for handguns are better then what you can find online or at any box store by a lot. The ammo prices are fair from what I have noticed at other ranges around. I will most likely be buying another gun from them. The background and buying process was a million times faster then what it is at cabela’s take a number wait and over another hour to check out. After this experience I am going to try and support local businesses in the guns and ammo space and for sure Get some for me is now a top choice.
Good selection; friendly customer service, if not particularly helpful. Went in knowing what I wanted to look at so maybe that contributed. Be aware that their closing time is the time they leave, not lock the doors. They started turning the lights off and closing the store up about 10 minutes before the posted closing time as I was browsing. Dont come at the last minute.
One of the workers, older guy with a goatee, was incredibly rude. I had a few genuine questions I asked him, in which he responded with a yes, no, and I cant tell you that. Basically gave us the scram you punk kids vibe. Definitely wont be buying anything from them anytime soon.
The guys there were really friendly and made it easy to have a good time. Lots of different firearms to use or buy and I thought the prices were reasonable. I would love to go again.
I took their CFP class and it was awesome! Their instructor is very clear and helps you understand all important laws and information you need to know to conceal carry.
Knowledgeable staff though a little hard to get their attention and they dont come over to see if you have any questions.Pricing is a bit high (you can get most items cheaper online) and little to no selection of items for left handed shooters.
Its the kind that only comes from true firearm proficiency.Update: Ive sent multiple first time buyers here with confidence. All have raved about their experience. Being able to try many firearms at the range before you buy allows you to buy with confidence. My wife was picking among highly concealable handguns. She tried firing 7 or 8. She hated most, liked a few, and loved one... the one previously recommended by a knowledgable employee. Easy choice! After about 500 rounds on that purchase its still her favorite firearm.
The staff there is amazing! I was looking to purchase my first handgun and the man helping me was very kind and answered all my questions. I end up purchasing a different gun than I had intentionally done research on. The staff helping me showed me the Pros and cons of the original gun I had in mind then they directed me toward something that was similar but still within my price point. Definitely going back here for my future gun purchases!
Great place for getting familiar with several hand guns and learning the fundamentals. Staff know their stuff and are happy to share experience or knowledge. Prices are good, the whole establishment is great
Weve had the most amazing experience here over the last week. We went shooting as a family around thanksgiving, and my little brother in law who had never handled a gun was intimidated by the big semi-auto handguns all the older kids kept picking to shoot. It was a busy day full of loud shouts and so he ended up having a lot of panic and couldnt get himself to shoot any of the guns. Chad ended up giving him a voucher to come back and try out a gun for free, arranged with another employee, Kevin, to come in during a quiet weekday time with his own lower-caliber guns and let my brother try them in a calmer setting. Kevin went above and beyond, bringing several low caliber guns for my brother to choose, and giving him one-on-one instruction on how to handle each one and other gun safety and marksmanship principles. He handled everything perfectly and the whole experience was just very very positive and confidence building, for my little bro-in-law, and my wife as well. Amazing stand-up employees and people.
We had a really good time using the gun range. The staff and everyone was really friendly. Good date idea too!
I went to get a single crush washer for my 300 blackout build. They only had them in bulk which was fine. I had to wait to pay because the guy helping me took a call while the other guy stood there and watched. Finally after about 5 minutes he decided to help. Their card machine was down, something they could have told me as soon as I came in. Unfortunately all the cash I had in me was a $100. Youd think a store that sells guns in excess of $1000 would be able to make change but no. He didnt even seem to care. This was the second time I went for a common part and they werent able to help. I wont make the mistake of going there again.
The price is right and staff is nice. The facility is good but the range is really hot as there is not air conditioner... come prepared to sweat a little.
There are only a few lanes and they are small. The T brackets used to hold the targets hang too low for taller shooters (Im 62) and had to adjust the targets as to not be shooting towards the floor. All that said, this was the BEST INDOOR RANGE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. Staff was friendly and hands off. You get to shoot until your thumbs are bleeding from reloading mags, or the store closes.... In reality few people shoot for that period of time. For me it was beyond pleasant to be able to go spend a couple carefree hours and not have a range master hounding over the time.
I dont normally write reviews, but it was such a negative experience, I feel like I should. I tag along with a friend who has a year pass. I always pay the extra money to shoot with him. But last night, we were telling the employee with the soul patch that we wanted to shoot. He never once asked if I wanted my own lane and normally as long as its not busy will hop onto my own lane, even at other gun ranges. I make sure no one else is in there and would be bothered by it. I would for sure move to my friends lane if someone came in. I would also always pay for the second lane if I needed to since its not too much money. But no one has hardly even asked me to, even when theyve seen me. Again as long as its not busy. And it was not even close to being busy. When we went to pay, he gave me a death stare before even talking to me. He then asked if I had told him that I wanted my own lane. I told him no and that he never asked me. He then proceeded to talk to me as if I had offended his ancestors and told me to never do it again. I would had paid the extra money, but he didnt even ask me that. He just talked to me in a deathly tone and said had it gotten busy, it would have been a problem. We were the only people in the range for at least 30 minutes. Again, I would had moved over. He simply could have asked me to pay for the lane. He also could have told me what I had done was wrong, but in a better tone. My friend and I plan on not shooting there anymore once his pass expires. We are going to find a different place that treats customers better.
All 4 times I have been (why do I keep going?) The staff are rude. Some worse than others but everyone at least pushing rude. Seems to be company culture. This last time I went they had lost my paper work and after about 15 minutes I was the one who found it. The guy helping me had a bad attitude from the start so to lighten the mood I jokingly told him your welcome. He replied by saying, dont Thank yourself, I could come up with 40 reasons not to give you your gun. A gun I had already bought mind you, online from a different company. Total jerk. I wont go back even if its the closest place.
Great range, decent prices on ammo as well firearms. Friendly is a plus as well. I appreciate a lot actually. Wish the location close to salt lake had a better range. But thanks none the less
The staff at this location is fantastic! Theyre always super helpful and knowledgeable. Theres also a great selection. The biggest issue is the heat in the building! A friend of mine has a thermometer on his gun bag and in the shooting range it was reading 103 degrees! It only felt slightly cooler than that in the rest of the building. I would like to shoot there more often but I may have to wait until the fall when in cools down.
Very helpful staff. The range is not state-of-the-art but is clean and really great overall. Be sure to check out the Two Gun Special!
I have been to this store several times looking for pistols and a rifle. Every time I have gone there, nobody approaches me to ask if I need help. The only time anyone ever did was when I was with my father. I am a woman shopping alone on the times when nobody has approached me, so maybe they dont think I was serious about buying anything. Anyway, I have always left the store because nobody seems inclined to help me. Well, in the last 4 months, I have purchased two rifles, a pistol, and am going for my second pistol today, but I did not buy from these guys. I bought all of my guns from Gunnies, just down the street because every single time I have gone in there looking to purchase a gun, they give me all the time in the world to talk to me and help me decide on the gun for me. I love the Get Some Guns and Ammo range, it is top notch and I will continue going there for my range needs, but I will never buy a gun from these guys because of their lack of customer service to me, a woman. I have spent over $2K in firearms the last few months, and would have happily given Get Some my money had they paid any attention to me when I walked into their front door. Take note, a woman shopping alone for a gun is not an idiot and is happy to spend her hard-earned cash in your store, if you treat her the same as your male customers.
It is so good
I used the gun range here and the experience was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Exactly what you would want from a gun store and range.
Spent a fair amount of time and money at Get Some since I first discovered them in Murray roughly 13 years ago. Prices and stock werent the greatest back then, but for the knowledge base and service they offered it was an acceptable trade-off for me. It was a great group of people working there at the time, and interesting technical conversation could be had when time allowed (it was a busy place!). In short, they were far from your stereotypical LGS.Since I live in Utah County I was pretty happy when the Orem store opened, and I used the range facilities and bought my parts there frequently for the first few years (even though range fees were, and still are steep compared to competitors). Eventually, as employees turned over and/or were added, the apparent knowledge base in the Orem store started to dwindle and attitudes started showing up. At that point I decided the juice wasnt worth the squeeze, and moved to another range even though it meant a longer drive.I stopped in today, and while the majority of the staff were absolutely friendly, there was one who was profoundly ignorant, and apparently extremely proud of it. In the short time I was there, this employee single-handedly convinced me to spend my money elsewhere. At nearly sixty years old I will not suffer fools, nor will I encourage their behavior by spending money with them. Although the other employees were friendly, I cannot speak to their level of knowledge; what I CAN say is that I didnt get the same ignorant and proud of it attitude from a single person when I spent my money at a nearby competitor.Ironically, the Orem Get Some seems to have become what I sought to avoid all those years ago by patronizing the Murray store - they are the stereotypical LGS. I assign them a two star rating based on nostalgia alone.
Went here with daughter and wife at the end of a Roadtrip. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and humor that our instructor Kevin displayed. Had fun and even got to shoot a bad-ass snipergun as bonus. Summary: Very good!
Complete roll of the dice with this place...Ive been in 6-7 times to both purchase guns, and shoot on the range. 2 times I had a wonderful experience, people were friendly and helpful etc. 2 Other times where meh, and the last two visits were pretty bad. Cant get anyones attention, and when you do they are usually snobby and rude. I cant stand the know it all gun guy attitude.
Get Some has a great selection of guns at good prices. The shooting range is nice, and the staff provides friendly and helpful consultation on purchases. They strike a nice balance between the professional customer service at high-priced places like Cabelas that will sell you crap with a smile, and the blunt honesty of gun guru shops that can get you a good gun but cant see past their own preference to find your best fit. Solid four stars.
They were so busy. One lady was running just to help customers. They only had ammo and nothing else I needed
Decent selection, higher than topical mark ups but at least they have them in stock, but not the warmest reception. Some of the staff have a snobby personality towards new shooters and can be vulgar. Drop the attitude and maybe it would be a much better place to go.
Came to use the range, one lady was pleasant and directed me to the right counter. When I got to that counter I stood there for about ten minutes while the man behind the counter ignored me completely. Didnt seem interested in having my business. A simple Ill be right with you would have sufficed.
Every time I go in, it takes an act of Congress to get someone to help and answer questions. Many of those times they werent even helping other customers. I feel like I am in the way and a pest. I dont really like being treated rudely. Ill take my money and business elsewhere. By the way, that was not my experience at their Layton location. I happen to be working up there one day, so I stopped in. They greeted me kindly, were helpful and polite, so I made a purchase!
I must say that I was skeptical about coming here, I went to their other location up north months ago and had sort of a bad experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and attention my wife and I received. Not only did they take the time to talk about all the pros and cons of a number of 9mm handguns we were looking at, they also gave us a mini training session on several ways to understand how to fire each gun and how we can tell what gun fits us. We were so impressed by how well they worked with us, and also because their prices were fair, we came back a day or two later and purchased from them. When we came in the second time they instantly recognized us and went out of their way to make us happy. I certainly will be going back.
I ordered a part there and called before hand and was told it would be ready to pick up in 30 minutes. I got there in 30 minutes and they told me they are closed.
Air conditioning was broken and it was 109 degrees on the range. I was sweating like crazy. Perfect for anyone training for a gun fight in the dessert not wonderful for an afternoon at an indoor range. Other then that the staff was helpful, though inconsistent in there instructions .
Ive used the indoor range at Get Some many times and find that its comparable to other facilities in the area (I will mention, however, in summer it can get VERY warm in their indoor range because they appear to have very little A/C). The employees are knowledgeable and [some] are friendly while others seem to be a little put out to help you.I made a decision to support local businesses with my large consumer purchases and therefore bought my last handgun from here just a week ago. The price was competitive for brick&mortar, the staff were helpful in walking me through the benefits of various models/manufacturers, and Ive been VERY happy with the purchase. Their inventory is OK but not super robust... however, they can order product pretty quickly if they dont have it in store. Overall, an above-average establishment!
Its the staff that makes this place great. You can buy online most anything they sell, but being able to talk to someone who knows a thing or two about the product makes all the difference.
Total amazing service. Awesome selection. Great Range. Shoot all the way to .50 BMG.
I just read a review saying these guys are un helpful unless you know them personally. That couldnt be further from the truth. I dont know a single one by name, they dont know me, but anytime I have gone in and asked questions from why a gun isnt working properly to just shootin the breeze with them asking what they think about this gun or that, they have great insights and are super helpful. I have brought friends in to take shooting for their first time, the employees are excited to help if I need it, they will come out and give a few pointers to my new shooters and go above and beyond to make a pleasant experience. I recommend all my friends and family to go there for help or gun purchases.
So my experience there was a bit rocky at first, basically felt like a cold shoulder from most of the employees. None of them seemed too eager to take the initiative and get to know me and my gun interests. And then I met Joe, a middle-aged gentleman with a beard he was more than helpful, answer my questions and gave me some great tips. I think people just need to be a bit more open-minded about drumming up a conversation with the crew to really see a positive experience. However, that shouldnt really be our job as customers, its really on the staff to make you feel welcome and make you want to come back. all in all great place, well-stocked, clean, nice shooting range. I dont need much more.
Great for first time shooters. Three of us with limited experience. The staff was very helpful and prices were fantastic. Highly recommend.
Great location, great selection. Not enough staff. Every time I go in there, be it on a Tuesday at 11am or a Friday at 7pm, there is always a wait to talk to somebody.
Great place to go shooting, for purchasing firearms, and gun accessories. And they have an excellent staff.
Went in with my wife to the range and staff was super helpful. Kevin even went above and beyond and helped me get a 22/45 back together.
I have been there a handful of times and it seems like I need to bring a bucket of rocks to get help. We bought my wifes first gun there on our first visit. She wanted the purple one but it had a different handle and was hammerless. We asked if they could get the one she wanted in purple and they told us no. A week later we are back for the range and what do you know they have it in purple. When you spend $700+ on a gun you should get what you want not a lie. The staff always seems too good to ask if you need help. Go to gunnies right down the road they have better prices by far too. Never again will I give these guys my business.
Love the selection and very knowlageable staff. Reason it is a 2 is due to an employee there that was helping us. I dont want to go into too much detail, but when some kid who seemed like he was 18 comes up and tries to imply that I do not know how to handle a firearm, and talks down to me, that is where I have to draw the line. I have been in almost every gun store in the area, and have never been treated like this. I will never will go back to this one. Which is unfortunate because I was about to purchase a very nice hand gun that only they had in stock. Ill wait to give my money to someone else. As long as this guy does not help you, then you will be happy with your service and with your experience. But I would recommend other stores where people there actually give you the time of day and dont talk to you like you are a moron.
Great to work with. Love that they have lots of guns you can try out to see what you like.
Good, big shop and range. Seems well managed and the staff know their stuff. The range is priced reasonably too.
This is an OK gun shop but this review is more about the range. It has really degraded over the years. I guess they never like to replace light bulbs or something because over the years the range just keeps getting darker and darker. Could hardly see my sights today it was so dark. I have a few punches left on my range pass. I may not even use them since shooting here has become so miserable.
I have never once seen a deal on anything in the store. Their prices are high. As much as 20% over retail. The staff are jerks. Their is one nice guy there. but he is not there that often. On a Saturday I went there I walked up to the door and it was locked. It was 5:55pm a couple came out. One of the staff came over to the door. I asked if they were close. This jerk turn his wrist looked at his watch and said it is now 6 pm.(what a total douche bag move). 6pm on a Saturday is such an odd time to close. When they stay open 8pm during the week. Honestly can anyone name one deal they have ever had. Last time I was there they had 22lr ammo for $7 a box of 50 rounds. (are you kidding me!! This is November of 2013) at the guns shows(Nov 2013 show) they had it for $4 a box.The range is nice, but it is overpriced to shoot there.
Far more expensive than most other stores for ammo. Prices were almost twice as much as Cabelas. They do have a decent selection of guns and accessories though and the staff are friendly.
Friendly staff, good selection of firearms, most major brands. Automated range lanes.
Get some has very helpful staff, however, it isnt my favorite place to go shoot. I feel it is a little too overpriced and the range is often packed with little A/C. Id say go check out their selection, however, I would try out more ranges before making this one your home.
Went in to buy a Ruger 10/22, none in stock. I understand this as it was Christmas and they are a popular gift. Tried to order one and felt like I was insulted in every way by the know it all salesman about my choice in guns. This guy should be mopping floors or stocking shelves at midnight somewhere because his sales skills are the worst I have seen in years.
Very friendly and fun staff. I shot their M16 and it was a ton of fun!
They have awesome team of employees all very educated on weaponry, also friendly and honest. They also give good suggestions on deals they have.
They had a pistol for $629 when I called up to price it. He sensed that I was uninterested and asked me what I had found it for. He offered to match their price and give me a 1 month range pass. They worked hard for the deal.Unfortunately the pistol was sold when I got there, but hey my fault not theirs. They were good to work with.
Cool range, wide variety of guns to rent. Good prices
