I walked in today and the staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for in just a few minutes. I got a small hand held vacuum for my studio apartment, went home and it works great! I also got their “GONE” citrus spray for stains which is proving it’s worth already. Took care of an old stain right away that I have been trying to beat for weeks! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing help choosing or buying a vacuum.

We paid to get our Roomba serviced. After bringing it home it still wouldnt work. I spend over 30 minutes taking apart the vacuum myself and took piles of fur out the the rollers (the picture is only some of the fur), which should have been done with the PAID service. I spent a lot of money for something that wasnt done.

Greg is great, and we enjoyed working with him! We came in with a few brands in mind for a canister vacuum. Greg walked us through all of the capabilities and pros of the different options. We tried them all out and chose the one we wanted. They price match online stores and we get 10 free tune ups over the life of the vacuum.We felt very taken care of and more so educated than being hard sold to. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a vacuum.

Just moved in around here used to live down south but the place i used to go to is 20min drive away now.so Came into this store Because neighbor said hey there is a place only like 2min walk away. So came in I Was looking for a canister vacuum then I saw Their 21 tune up Program witch was amazing but after looking around and shopping online. the program is misleading 1st they added extra money on top. the brands own Websites and other stores isnt that expensive on the machines. Also on their vacuum 360 own Website the tune up says $50 and w/coupons 50% off tune up that only $25 and when i divided the amount the 21 program says the tune worth is $80 to $120 how is it worth that when its state it only 50 or 25 with couponAnd then parts are extra i have never paid that much for a tune up. I understand part are extra but its like their inflating the price to make it sound like your saving thousand when its only maybe around a few hundred. maybe its new and they are still figuring it out ill wait a few weeks and see since im still un packing or go somewhere else

Next visit, repair guy was very honest about the repair costing more than the vacuum was worth. Showed me three different options.... Very knowledgeable about each model. Bissell send us here because its under manufacturers warranty, to fix our broken Bissell carpet shampoo on a 9 months machine, here they cant help us because its technically broken (you got to be kidding me sherlock) Now Bissell its going to take care of it

Clearly, honesty and objectivity were her only interest; understanding my real needs first, then seeing if they had something that was the right fit for me was clearly her main objective.Her product/brand/industry knowledge was very impressive, yet she simplified it all in the most warmly articulate way. Getting a high-quality vacuum is honestly not a trivial investment. She clearly understood that and gave me lots of space to think about things, test out vacuums, etc., after she gave me some great information about my different options.I had read lots of google reviews before going to the Orem Vacuums 360, so I shouldn’t have been surprised at having a great experience. Even then, they somehow surpassed my already-high expectations. I ended up purchasing a Sebo canister vacuum. Not cheap for a vacuum, but after having used it extensively for two full days now, Im dumbfounded at how superior these high-end German-made machines are. Along with my purchase, I got Vacuums 360 awesome, near-lifetime maintenance service with it.Ive rarely felt SO good about spending my hard-earned money. Especially on something so practical like a vacuum cleaner. I took in my carpet cleaner that suddenly stopped working. Not only was Lauren able to get me a brand new replacement cleaner, but she also got it to me weeks sooner than I expected was possible. Overall fabulous customer service and great experience!

I wasn’t aware that the vacuum I got there was refurbished. The sales person didn’t tell me as I was looking at it and then paying for it that I was purchasing a refurbished vacuum. I ended up returning it after I opened it the day I went and picked it up once it was delivered to the store. It was very dirty and had scratches all over it. I was not pleased. Also it only came with a 1 year warranty through the store and 90 day manufacturers warranty, where as I could spend $50-$100 more and buy one new from the manufacturer and get a 5 year warranty. Make sure you are getting what you expect before you swipe that card!

I was told when I took the vacuum in the service charge was $60 because it was out of warranty. I was told last year I had one more year. When I picked it up today the service charge was $85. Very kind and and efficient but I will have to avoid future visits because of the cost and discrepancies.

I was unable to go into the store when I wanted to because we were isolating after a potential COVID scare, but Greg was so helpful! I was able to complete my order over the phone and I was able to get same-day delivery. I could tell that Vacuums 360 was dedicated to ensuring that I had the smoothest purchase process possible, and I knew they cared about me as a customer! Highly recommend!

Came here to get a replacement belt for an Oreck Vacuum I was fixing. The staff was super friendly and I was able to get in contact with them over text to make sure they had what I needed. When I came to pick up the belt, I was pleased by how clean and nice smelling the store was. Prices were a little steep, but they did offer a discount if I bought a few extra belts. I will definitely come back here to get parts in the future.

I bought 4 Oreck vacuums from Vacuums 360 in 2008, one hand held and 3 upright vacuums. (Previously Oreck Vacuums)My vacuums have been used almost daily.Every time that I have gone into the store for regular cleaning and warranty service I have been greeted by knowledgeable friendly staff. The warranty has been unbelievably good!!!! . The only things that I’ve paid for have been bags and brushes!Besides the excellent cleaning power on carpet and hard surfaces, and excellent warranty service, I am grateful for the light weight of the upright vacuums, especially as I have gotten older.I love love love the power of the little handheld Oreck vacuum. It is my “go to” vacuum for cleaning up messes plus all the edges and dust bunnies on fans etc.. I have had many other hand held vacuum cleaners over the years and none of them have had the power of the little Oreck.Thank you for long lasting, worry free cleaning equipment. I love my Oreck! I also have their steam mop and love that as well! Dont get caught up in the Dyson hype! Theyre light weight, simply a good vacuum. They vacuum up pet hair better than any vacuum! The sales team is also very kind and helpful!! Love this store and their products!

I went in for a simple vacuum bag replacement and I have now found my favorite vacuum store. Marina there is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. I am not in the market for a vacuum just yet, but that is where I a going to go when it comes time to upgrade my current vacuum. There is no pressure to buy a vacuum which makes it nice when I go in to get tune up on an older vacuum.

We own several Oreck vacuums, a steamer, and a couple mops. They are quality products; our oldest vacuum is about 22 years old and still looks and works great. We took this vacuum to the Orem store for a tune up. Marina was very friendly and serviced the vacuum quickly. Were pleased with the products and the service.

We have loved our last 2 Oreck vacuums. We came intending to buy another Oreck, but with advice of the salesperson who knew very well the quality and functions of each brand we decided to go with a Riccar. It is lightweight, as I prefer, and has good suctioning power also. We spent more than we had intended, but came away with just what we needed.

My Dyson died and these folks were recommended for repairs. I called and the owner treated my like she was my best friend. She got me with the line Are you going to come see me this afternoon? How could I not go see her? She greeted me at the door, took the vacuum out of my hands and gave me her published discount to repair. Discovering we have friends in common, she let me know which vacuums they preferred and why She showed me how my vacuum picked up lint on the floor and then showed me how the Oreck picked it up. Amazing. I walked to the truck, stopped, turned around and went back inside and purchased the Oreck and the canister.Its rare I trust someone so inexplicably. We purchased our Oreck a few years back and bring it in once a year for a free tune-up. Marina is always a pleasure to work with. During our most recent visit, our vacuum was mixed up with another so when we returned to pick it up, it was not yet ready; however, they were able to quickly perform the service and Marina offered us a free bag refill (about a $15 value) for the inconvenience. Im always surprised how different the vacuum feels after a tune-up - it really is like-new each time we get it back!UPDATE: Recently, our vacuum lost suction and Sven offered a complimentary unclog which was greatly appreciated!

I purchased a Miele vacuum from the couple who run the store and I was very pleased. They were knowledgeable of all the products and helped me make an informative decision. I felt the pricing was good and left the store with some extra goodies. I called a couple days after my purchase with an issue and was told to bring it right in. It ended up just being a clog and I was able to solve it on my own but I still felt taken care of. Definitely recommend.

First, let me say that Oreck is the best vacuum out there. Its what I grew up with at my parents house, and since Ive moved out Ive chosen to purchase one of my own. Secondly, this was the best place I could have purchased one! They were sure to get me the right vacuum, at the right price, for my needs. Also, after I had sucked up a bobby pin or two--I took it in to get a little TLC and they remembered my name, both when I dropped it off and picked it up, they remembered when I purchased the vacuum, and that I was a young college customer of theirs, as well as they didnt charge me for the simple cleaning! Great vacuums and great customer service! The perfect combination.

Took my oreck vacuum here last week for a $50 repair. Got home. A rubber part was left clogged in the vacuum so it didn’t work. Took it back today. Repair person removed the rubber part and said ‘you probably don’t need it.’ He explained it helps on hard surface floors. That’s almost all I have. I told him I need it so he found one and replaced it with a very ‘put out’ attitude. No apology for having to load up the vacuum and bring it back. Just felt like I was a big bother. Used to be an Oreck store with great service. New name. New attitude. Need a new vacuum store

I love this Oreck store in Orem. I bought my Oreck steam mop here 2 years ago...LOVE IT. I use it daily and have had no problems. With 2 little boys its the only way I keep my floors clean quick and easy. I just recently went in to get a refurbished Oreck vacuum. I got such a great deal, they were so nice!
