I have purchased 10 new cars over the years . This month I shopped at several different dealers while looking for my next new car. Most of my experiences were pleasant enough. But I have to say my experience at Mazda of Orland Park was by far the best shopping experience I have ever had. As a matter of fact the Mazda was not at the top of my choice list when I walked in the door but thought I should check it out. I was able to walk around the lot and show room without “pushy sales people” chasing me around. I actually had to seek out a sales person once I decided to take a test drive. John S. was fantastic! Not pushy! He listened to everything I said and found exactly what I needed that fit my wish list and my budget! He answered every question I had. He was very knowledgeable. He gave me plenty of space and time to really get to know the car before making a decision. They gave me fair value for my trade and the time I spent was pleasant the whole time! I will send friends and family there for sure!!!

I highly recommend Mazda of Orland Park. Great warranties...really, who else has lifetime warranties on their engines when you purchase a new vehicle??? They also offer free oil changes for the first year on my new 2021. Customer service was wonderful as well. We had Rob handle our sale and while he was new to the arena, did his best to answer any questions or find the answer to any questions we had. We also dealt with the owner, Eric. Down to earth, kept it real and went the extra mile!

Not wiling you go above and beyond for a customer that has purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. To then having to bring it into service and find out I need to get a A WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION at only 20K miles. Now I have to wait I don’t even know how long till they get my transmission and install it. Without a vehicle to drive because they were unable to give me a loaner vehicle. I am so highly disappointed with Mazda. With the issues I have with my car that I purchased BRAND NEW from them and have Mazda not provide me with any other possible way of transportation

My fiancee purchased his Mazda from here in May. The sales team was fantastic. The service team is another story. He recently took his car in for the maintenance oil change/tire rotation. The next day while he was on the highway, his steering wheel started to shake, as if the tires were not aligned. He called the service department on a Friday and spoke to the sales manager regarding the issue. He was told they could not make room for his car until Tuesday and that there was probably snow in his rim causing this issue. He luckily was able to get in to a local shop the same day and they re aligned his tires for free, no questions asked. They said it was possible there was snow in there, but most likely the tires were not aligned properly after the tire rotation. This is not how you take care of your loyal customers. We will not be taking his car there anymore.

I was debating on leaving this review but with how the world is going now, I believe this is important. I stopped at this location as a first time car buyer and what’s crazy is, I truly wanted a Mazda. It was the car I’ve had my heart set out on. However, the moment I walked through the door, I knew a Mazda probably wasn’t what I was going to buy.I will admit, I look young so I will give the sales floor that. But walking in the door I already saw the face of the sales team and it looked as if they were looking at each other like “Who’s going to take this one because I’m not wasting my time.” Now, one who i guess received the ‘short end of the stick’ did come up and help me. I told him what it is I wanted, my budget and what cars I wanted to see. He humored me and allowed me to test drive a few of them before I sat down with him and wanted to talk price.I will give my sales rep some points for not completely pushing running my credit. Although it would be my first time purchasing a car, I wasn’t new to going to dealerships and how it goes. I knew that each pull hurt your credit and brings your score down, bank by bank. Now, this dealership is located on a street where almost every car brand is at so I will admit that I am comparing my service from a few dealerships to this one. But with the other dealerships, I could give them the same information and they would work with me, talk with me and communicate with me as if they ran my credit. Here? It didn’t matter. It’s as if they would not take it seriously until they ran my credit. Almost like a my way or high way.Now again, i will say with the sales agent I had, he wasn’t bluntly pushy. But in comparison to customer service at other locations, it’s very clear what was happening.Would I recommend this location? If you are dead set on only getting a Mazda and want it in a convenient location? I don’t doubt that the service would be better. But if you’re looking to buy a car but aren’t exactly sure what you want and don’t look the part of 30 years or older or like you have the finances? I would not recommend.
I purchased a 2019 Cx3 from Mazda of Orland Park. My sales persons were Jack and Larry. Larry who is no longer there. Let me just say they know how to give great customer service which is why I purchase three Mazdas from this Dealership.However dont write an unfavorable review or you will be denied service. The last two times I had my car Serviced at Mazda Of Orland, The Customer Service Rep in the Service Dept. was not so Great.I had been experiencing my engine light intermittently coming on but was told nothing could be done unless the light is on at time of Service. Low in behold I came in for service for a new tire and at this time the engine lite was on. A diagnostic was performed.The Service Dept. tells me Its not a Mazda problem (Even though the light intermittently always came on) But brings up my accident and attribute the cause to it.( I was reared ended a year after purchase) Stating they were not responsible and I needed to go back through the insurance company.I settle things with the Insurance company, Im ready to take my car back to get the engine light taken car of. I speak to Rudy in the Service Dept. who at first stated he will give me a call once he has ordered parts, but he calls back and states looks like you wrote us a unfavorable review so we are not going to be able to fix your car. Excuse me, Of course I am floored by this. So wait I am sent a survey to which it ask questions and has a comment section and because I express they way Some of your staff made me feel So now you refuse to fix my car. You did the diagnostic you know the issue of what has to be done, I am not understanding how my survey has anything to do with you servicing my vehicle.I ask to speak to a Manager. Eric Bates calls me back who must have been clued in already because as I tried to present my case I was interrupted by him saying Oh I see your vehicle was involved in an accident. Yes it was Eric but what does that have to do with your Service personnel refusing to fix my car. Well looks like you are unhappy here. Well yes I am with How I was treated. But again what does that have to do with my car being serviced. I express my opinion on a survey where I thought you were to tell the truth in order to improve service.So continuing to try to explain the reasons I gave my answers to the survey. He basically did not want to hear it stating that since I am unhappy I would not be a good fit to come to that Mazda anymore.Once again I am floored. So I say You mean to tell me that if a customer comes into your Dealership and experience service thats not up to par from your Techs you will side with them. I dont believe you were treated indifferently so we just believe since you wrote the unfavorable review you are just not a good fit here.I could have blown a gasket because its not the service Eric Bates its the treatment I experience from the folk in your Service Department and instead of you apologizing or trying to improve on the problem you say to the customer well since you are unhappy well go some where else.Hum, this Is Where all Of my vehicles were purchase and thats the resolve you come up with.And to the public please understand I am Not including all just the ones I came in contact with. First the 2021 Mazda CX-5 GT AWD speaks for itself and it says Spectacular!!!. All the standard features I could ask for..warranty, safety and many others..the exquisite comfort of the cabin, the smooth engine, the classic look of the vehicle..the Grand Touring..sells itself practically but no that’s not all..the staff at Mazda of Orland greeted and treated me with all the professionalism and kindness..I am impressed. Quickly answered my emails and followed up with courtesy calls. 5 stars for Product Specialist Mr John Sequiera, he took his time, he was honest and very knowledgeable, polite and reassuring. Andy was a great help during the whole process. It was very busy and we were there 3 hours after closing. He stuck around just to walk us out to the car. We had the best experience with this dealership from beginning to end ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had emailed this dealership about a specific car we were interested in and had the best experience dealing with salesman Adam. He was so knowledgable about the newer Mazda cx30 turbo, which just came out last year, and Mazda in general. He even pulled up some articles online when I asked about safety and reliability. Very impressed! We had a long wait for the finance manager, who was dealing with another customer and had several more waiting, so we decided to go grab dinner. Adam insisted we take the new car! Really?! But it’s not really ours yet?! It seemed too good to be true. We thought we would go somewhere within walking distance but thanks to the excellent customer service, we were able to take the car we were waiting to buy, and head to a nearby restaurant. When we returned we went thru the paperwork with the finance manager, who was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He was straight forward and explained everything about the different warranty options very nicely. When we finished it was approx 3 hrs after closing on a Friday night and Adam was still there waiting to escort us to our new vehicle and answer any questions we still had. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership. Thank u Adam and thank u Mazda of Orland Park!

I went in last Friday 3/26 ready to buy a cx - 5. Approval already ready. The manager only offered my 3k for my vehicle when it was appraised for 8200 at the dealership before and the actual Mazda of Orland website offered at max 7700 this morning. The manager never spoke to me or my father and the vehicle is still being advertised a week later. I don’t encourage anyone to shop here and an extremely disappointed with the service I received from this dealership.Please find the managers response as proof this dealership doesn’t do good business. How do you negate the KBB price on your own dealership website? Thank you for the dodged bullet.

Im happy to see that some people had great experiences here, but mine was not like that. My salesperson was disrespectful when helping us, often cutting off what I was saying and saying he understood (when he obviously didnt). He was pushy through the whole process.He was asking to run my credit BEFORE talking about the price of the car and it sounded like he didnt think I would qualify for the financing offer because it was my first car purchase (EDIT: I should clarify I knew what my credit score was so I was confident I would). This should have been the final red flag and I should have walked out here, but no - the last red flag was when he began asking for my credit card information before finalizing the pricing details. This is when I got up and walked away because I told him I wasnt going to provide anything until I have all the information I was asking for.The next day, I went to another Mazda dealer and it was a 180 experience. I bought the exact same car make, model, year, color at this other dealer instead. They were transparent, we finalized the price before running my credit or asking for the down payment, and they answered all my questions while listening respectfully.If this is the process at Orland Park then whatever, that just means its not going to be where Im spending my money. My experience here might not be how everyone here is treated, but it doesnt change the fact that this is how I was treated.

Mike and Marta were great to work with. They got us a lower interest rate than our bank gave us. Marta was able to help me get warranties on my car and still stay within my budget. I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. I completed the process for pre-approval prior to arriving. I told the sales person exactly what I wanted. When I got there he had the vehicles parked in the front of the dealership for me to look at and test drive. I hadnt purchased a car in several years and I am happy with my purchase and with this dealership.

I purchased my last 2 vehicles here. The sales staff are pretty knowledgeable about the product, Mazda is a great brand. I like the service department best. They are fast and professional and keep a pretty tight schedule. If your car cant be repaired in a reasonable amount of time, then they provide you with a loaner. You also get a complementary exterior wash whenever you visit.
In what alternative universe does sponsoring a large scale event like Taste of Orland in the middle of a global pandemic sound like a good idea? Profit over lives, I guess.

Jose in the service department is great. From start to finish he was very professional answered all my questions. He made sure I understood the process and kept in touch with me as far updates on the work being done. He deserves 5 stars.I was highly upset with my experience today which had absolutely nothing to do with Jose. I was returning the loaner car and picking up my car. The loaner car had a full tank of gas when I pulled off with it I returned it with a full tank just a little bit below the line. A guy named Rudy from the service department came out and said I had to go and put the car at exactly the full line so at 9 am in a snow storm I had to leave the dealership and find a gas station to put 1 gallon of gas in the car making me late for work. I think that was absolutely ridiculous. So while I was very satisfied with Jose in the future I will not be returning to this particular dealership.
Arrived last Monday to purchase my first car on my own. I knew exactly which model I wanted (2019 Mazda 3 sedan) in grey. Upon arriving I was greeted at the front desk and the guy confirmed the car was in the lot. He then took me to Lynn who I have contacted prior to this. Went on a test drive. Everything went flawless and I left the same day with a new car at a great rate. Love my new Mazda.
Lies, deceit, confusion, and avoidance were all part of the process that I went through the week I bought my car. I have a lot of things to say about this process if anybody is interested in reaching out to me. Id be happy to point out all of the points at which a decision was made to be unclear or misleading (i.e. not showing me all the docs Im signing, not explaining that none is an option on the extended warranty sheet, grouping warranty parts into tiers on that sheet and then saying later that they didnt need to be packaged, listing all the things that could go wrong with no data to explain how likely it actually is, not disclosing my interest rate until the last document, explaining the privacy policy completely different than it is written, failing to provide a copy of the warranty i was offered, saying that i couldnt have a copy because its internal and its thrown away, refusing to provide a blank version, when escalated to the president - providing a completely different sheet but with my info on it, when pressed about that - the one I signed was able to be found)
They made it the quickest and most painless car buying experience of my life.

I went into Mazda looking for a vehicle and Brandon was very quick to assist my family and I. He was helping another customer at the time and was able to multi-task. Which a lot of people can not do. He provided great customer service throughout the entire process. He assisted in putting in my cargo cover and taking some lettering off the back. It was as if all my request werent a problem. I returned earlier this week for new tires and front brakes. Everything from checking in until I picked up my car that afternoon was perfect! Thanks to Adrian, Rudy, and the rest of the service team!
In for an oil change, brake flush and a new air filter. Service advisor was fine, Edith is friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic didnt use a fender protector while he was servicing the car. Oil filters on a Miata are horizontal to the block, there is no way you can remove one without spilling oil on the block. Because of this I asked specifically to have the mechanic use some brake cleaner to clean off the oil so it doesnt drip on my garage floor for the next week. It either wasnt done, or done poorly. - five days later and Im still cleaning the garage floor. If it was cleaned, it is thinned by the brake cleaner, its easy to tell if it was done or not. It wasnt, this is straight oil consistency. Ill give it a couple more days before I go back to have them complete it correctly if Im still cleaning the garage floor after a week.Makes me wonder if the other work I had done was completed as poorly. When you drop a couple hundred bucks for service and you have dozens of other places to choose from, I dont waste time with shops that do a poor job.Ive had good service here previously, Ill give them one more opportunity to do a good job or Im off to another Mazda dealer for service.

Regardless it was almost mid night, Marta from financing department was very customer friendly and respectful person to explain important options for per-owned car based on her expertise. We could fully understand what is the best way to select options with great deal which I have never seen in my life.In addition to that, Elite Master Certified Sales Mr. Otis who was also very friendly and respectful person. Regardless our target price was too tough, he totally agreed our price negotiation point of view and tried to find out the best he can do for us. We could end up with very satisfied happy middle deal. He also stay until 11;15PM to support us.To be honest with you, I have never seen such a outstanding service car dealership in USA. From the first email I received from my sales guy Chet Poplonski through to the paperwork part with Marta, the experience was enjoyable and hassle-free. I did my research, knew what I wanted and sent out requests. Chet was one of many to respond, but he was also the first and in his email gave me a link with all the info I needed to make an informed buying decision. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and he sat down to talk with me about my request. He immediately went to work finding some cars for me to test drive and even dug them out himself before the porters could make a move. He patiently allowed me to test drive three models, even though 2 were virtually the same (sedan vs. hatchback) and then we came back to the dealership to crunch the numbers. Most people hate the finance part, but Chet made it painless. I knew what I wanted and he worked with me to get it. It was quick, no back and forth and voila, I landed with a deal I liked.The paperwork process is always long, but Marta explained everything thoroughly, which made the process a lot more tolerable.I walked away from the deal and the dealership feeling like I got a great car at a great price with phenomenal customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Chet. I HIGHLY recommend CJ Wilson Mazda! They have excellent customer service. Had an issue with my lower control arm that had already been replaced with the recall. CJ Wilson had performed the recall almost 2 years ago and replaced the part today with no charge. Most dealerships try and get over on you with service, but I didnt experience that here. Thanks again CJ Wilson Mazda for excellent service today!

I just purchased my second vehicle from CJ Wilson of Orland and couldnt of had a better experience! The employees at this place rock! Jack in finance worked hard to put me in the vehicle that I wanted. He was very helpful with answering any questions that I had. The man that went through all document signing with me was also very helpful in answering questions and very honest with helping me with gap insurance and things to that nature. The sales team is very layer back and not pushy like most. I got a great car at a price much lower than any other competitors around. I will definitely be going back to CJ Wilson the next time I need a vehicle. Thank you guys!!!
CJ Wilson has by far been the best when it comes to car buying experience. I live over 3 hours away but found their prices and attention to customers to be well worth the drive. From the initial phone conversations to working through a couple of hurdles, even spending time in the finance office, I always felt appreciated and more like a friend rather than simply a business transaction. Great all the way around!
The people at CJ Wilson Service are nice, very professional. I have no issues with the staff or the work done. But a recent change in charging policy now have me going elsewhere for service. CJ Wilson service has begun charging a $135 diagnostic fee for them to look at your car. I was told they might be able to apply some of that diagnostic fee to the repair if I decide to have the work done.Isnt having a service department look at your car part of the reason why you take it to them to start with? I declined, went elsewhere and the entire repair cost me $45.More importantly, my Miata is 14 years old, no one has ever looked at it except a Mazda dealer, because of the diagnostic fee theyre charging I went elsewhere for service and found good work at a good price. Their change in policy opened the door for me to take my car somewhere else.Ill be back for an oil change, but any other work Ill go to a service department that I dont get charged for them to look at it.
We worked with Dan Stelmach on the lease of a 2018 Mazda6 Touring. Dan took care to understand our needs and figure out the best option option for us (lease new vs. purchased used). The color we wanted most could not be located in the area, but our second choice was not far away. Although the car could not be transferred the next day, it was waiting for us when we returned from a vacation a few days later. All in all, a very easy transaction.

This dealer was farther from me and I had some misgivings about going out of my way. Wow that would have been a colossal mistake. They treated me like a buyer. No B.S. no run around, just straight forward dealing. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, cleanliness and courtesy my wife and I were shown. The little follow ups were just icing on the cake. I got the car I wanted, at a price I liked. All in a timely manner.
We had kind of an emergency stop when we were on vacation and a light for tire pressure came on. We didnt get our car from this dealership but yet they got us in fast and back on the road very fast. They followed up with a phone call.

This was the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. It is a comfortable, casual, low-pressure environment, and I was treated very well. No joke, from start to finish I was in and out of the dealer with my new Mazda 6 and all paperwork finished in under two hours. About a half hour of that was me choosing a color, so really about an hour and a half start to finish. That is unbelievable.

I was corresponding with Otis by email and he answered all my questions. I also spoke with the sales Manager Jack and he was great. This Dealership was the best dealership I have been too everyone was very friendly. Otis explained in full detail how everything in my Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring works. The car buying experience was painless and easy. I received in the mail this week a tin full of Chocolate Chip Cookies with a thank you card. I never had a dealership do that. I have been to the service center a few times this year to get my oil and fluids changed and each time I come away more and more impressed with how quickly and efficiently they are able to take care of my car and get me out the door. As a person who has a very tight schedule on the weekend, their efficiency always allows me to free up a few very important minutes during the day.
