I am from out of state and the process was very easy, they even picked us up from the airport. Very friendly staff easy to work with. One of the best experiences Ive had with a dealership. I definitely would go back if Im in the market for another car. Shout out to Jeremy and your GM, pleasure doing business with youthanks again.
Big Shout out to Mr Joe Rizza.....You have a fantastic team of salesmen both at your Ford Lincoln store as well as the Acura Dealer. After days of test driving in a already compromised vehicle shortage you managed to locate and get my daughter in law the exact vehicle she wanted!!Thank you so much Bruno, Dmitri, Bob and Anthony for all your help. I appreciated each and everyone of you!!You made my Nicole one happy girl!!
Just purchased a new RDX. Very pleased with my salesman Rick and the Finance Manager Anthony. Both were very accommodating and professional. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. I highly recommend visiting this dealership. They are very professional and trustworthy.
I feel like Patrick is a well respected Manager. He is always friendly and available.Tom Fritz is always friendly and knowledgeable.I cant remember the new Finance Managers name, but she is very good at her job!
Everything was great. My issue took less time than expected and there was no issue taking me in at the last moment. Even though I went to another dealership for my car I will be back from here on out. The convenience of location and the helpful staff that assisted me.
This is my second purchase from this location. The first time it was a pleasurable experience. The staff and management was pleasant and helpful. They really worked with us and I think both parties were pleased with the outcome. This time around...I felt like I was in a very bad episode of the Stepford Car Dealerships. Sales people not very personable or knowledgeable about the vehicles... correction, trademark vehicles, yes...used vehicles...no. Management was very stiff and unwilling to work with me on the price; they were only interested in if I could make the purchase. The only reason I came back to purchase another vehicle from this dealership was the positive previous experience. The service department is courteous and informative.
I’m very pleased with my experience and attentiveness from all the salespersons! They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me!Thank you so much for my dream car!
The service was good and fast. I prices was explained at the time of check in.
I am a Acura customer from 20 years ago was looking to purchase another vehicle and Lord behold when I returned after 20 years my sweet sales lady Denise was still there. As the last time Denise came through again always great being in her presence and doing business with. Love Joe Rizz Acura
Denise was very pleasant to work with. She treated us like family. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Our family loved the car and we are all very happy with it. If you go ask for Denise, she’s the best.
Outstanding service dept. Service writers are very helpful, and answer questions honestly. They explain invoice, and work done. Work is done as promised, and is done properly first time. They have loaner cars available if needed. This is the best service dept I have dealt with.
Great job all the way around. Made my trade in on a lease and new lease very simple! Thanks Denise.
Staff at Joe Rizza Acura were outstanding. I was treated like a valuable customer. Jay Weber (my sales consultant) was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to explain every feature about my Acura RDX during my test drive. Pat Dazzo (general manager) was very professional and courteous. Luke Kapolka (finance manager) was very speedy in processing our paperwork. I would recommend this dealer.
Always a great dealership to have your Acura serviced at the dont try and rip you off because your a women like the rest of the dealership
The female service writer that took care of me the other day please forgive me for not remembering her name she was very helpful and attentive . She made me feel welcomed and that he’s very nice woman to deal with she was very polite and professional. She has taken care of me before and I really appreciate all her hard work and effort. A beautiful person with a beautiful personality and service with a smile thank you
Had my car in for service. As always joe rizza service department does a fantastic job, fast, on time, and always very polite. Cant go wrong with Joe Rizza!
Always professional! Prompt with service completion, as well as courteous and professional staff!!
The people here are very nice. We bought a RDX and we love it. We bought from Jimmy and you could not ask for anyone nicer. We will definitely look here for our next vehicle.
Great place to have youre vehicle serviced. Always fast, friendly and honest.
The Service Department are the nicest and most honest people I have ever met.
Everything was easy from the appointment to the car wash and vacuum and everything in between. no pressure no hassle.
Vehicle appointment made online easily. Vehicle serviced quickly and washed before returned. Chris, the service advisor kept us informed throughout the process.
We have bought our last two used cars from Joe Rizza Acura. Neither were Acuras! They really ensure the quality of trade-in vehicles and do a great job to help you find something within your budget. The sales staff are super professional and kind. It takes a really outstanding experience for me to recommend a car dealership, but I have to suggest you start your car search here.
Great experience with great salesperson and GM Pat couldn’t have been nicer. First time Acura many more to come and they will be from Joe Rizza Acura in Orland.
I would highly recommend. I would not take my car anywhere else. They have excellent service and communication.
The service department is always accommodating and timely. Friendly staff always makes me feel comfortable. I hate I’m relocating to another state, I just hope I can find staff as professional as the folks at Joe Rizza Acura.
Quick, professional service. Comfy waiting area
Best price for timing belt replacement. Best service and people!
Brought my car for a repair, they repaired my car that day. Great quick service.
Terrible experience…. called the dealership to check on availability of a TLX they showed online, was told the car was available and set appointment to go see it. The car was on the showroom floor, talked a bit and become very interested (even though the salesman and manager had MANY details of the car incorrect). We requested a test drive, and to our surprise and disappointment our test drive request was denied!!! This was a new model so the vehicle was an Acura issued demonstration new model, so the entire point of the car being at the dealership was for clients to see and drive. When we pushed the issue quickly found out the reason they didn’t want people driving it as instead of using the vehicle to demonstrate to benefit their clients as Acura intended, they are already trying to sell it with a delayed delivery selling for a $12,000 markup over MSRP! So a $53,500 sticker price has a selling price of $65,000…… what a joke and attempted ripoff! We then called Advantage Acura of Naperville, they invited me in to view and test drive their demonstration model, and guaranteed no markup. We headed out to Advantage, the curb appearance of the dealer was night and day better to Rizza in Orland Park. We were greeted, they had the car up front with a plate already on it awaiting our scheduled appointment, the salesman and manager were very knowledgeable, so the process was seamless and pleasurable. They allowed us to lock down an incoming vehicle and we reserved that vehicle as MSRP with no requested markup! Our visit to Advantage Acura was 5 star where the visit to Rizza Acura was horrible and was proven Rizza was not an honest dealership (all about the money not customer service).
Parts were affordable and service was top notch!
Quality service & was in and out for an oil change really quick.
Great experience, felt they just wanted the best for my car as well as myself. Explained everything thoroughly and answered questions well. Completed swiftly.
I was very happy with my purchase and service. I loved and appreciated their customer service. Im a happy customer. Im very pleased! No complaints here!
Sales manager didn’t even want to give me a quote on a ‘21 TLX. Sales rep was professional; acknowledged the manager was having a bad day and apologized. I left embarrassed - which is an unfortunate situation when trying to buy a $50k car.Happy to say I was treated much better at Advantage Acura Naperville and love my TLX. If you’re in the market for an Acura - I’d encourage you to go there and ask for Kirk. Everything there was top notch
Excellent professional services. 100% of the time. I purchased a new Acura because of the services.
Everyone was so helpful and nice like always thank you
1st class service and timely.
They was nice and polite and considerate I like 👍 .
My name is Dustin Thompson. I leased a 2020 Acura MDX on November 30th 2020. I recently got a job offer in New York. So I need to turn in my lease. I brought back the car to Acura Rizza Monday May 10th 2021. I know the process. I bring the car in your appraise the car for what you will buy it for and then the difference is what I pay or Acura pays me back. Very simple…. Well when I went in the manager Anthony said he needed the used car sales manager to look at it and sign off on a figure. I let him know McGrath Acura offered a buy figure of 35,750. Anthony said if he can get the manager to approve 36K will I let Rizza Acura take the car. I agreed. He said the GM was in first thing in the morning and someone would call. Now a little information. Anthony went out inspected the car and scanned my VIN. He knew exactly what car I had. The car had 5002 miles on it. It is in perfect condition. Im a single guy, I don’t have kids I don’t have people in my car every its in CLEAN condition.I spoke with Anthony and he said “I didn’t know it was FWD”. He looked at the car he pulled up the VIN he said the car looked great. So now he said he doesn’t know if he wants the car. I am sorry but why would you not want a car so you can certify and sell it for more money….. I am confused is this not a car dealer who buys and sells cars? I understand I am not buying a car. I am moving where I don’t need a car. Anthony said he needed to connect with his guy down the street I think Phill…. Not sure the name. He said he would call me back Thursday. I did not get a call back. I did call and I left a voicemail on his cell phone and his work number. Again no call back.Today Friday I called he isn’t working. I tried to reach the GM. I called in the store asked to speak to the GM was put to his voicemail. I left a voicemail.Again still no call back.I am sorry but I have never had such an issue with getting a car purchased. I went to Honda down the block they had a buy quote of 35,500 no problem, no questions asked. Said the car was perfect they would love to have it. So why cant Acura get this done? I am shocked at the unprofessional actions your members have with a paying customer. I PAID your dealership for this car. You think I would ever refer someone to this establishment again? I have had nothing but poor communication. I am very upset and I plan to letting Acura know how poorly this deanship has been run.POOR POOR COMMUNICATION
My experience with Denise was perfect. I visited the showroom in January, shared with her that it was time for a new car. We discussed what I wanted and I left a deposit for a 2022 Acura MDX. Denise was very thorough in understanding the features that were important to me and ensured that I was able to see the MDX I wanted, with the package I wanted, so I didnt have to imagine anything. Most important, Denise did not try to oversell me. She made sensible recommendations that made sense for me. The financial discussion was spectacular, the pricing was clear, the cost of add ons were clear, the value of my trade in was clear and we were able to close the transaction quickly. Ive been a customer at Rizza Acura for 18 years and the customer service level is consistently impeccable, from making a purchase to have service and maintenance on your car. This is my car dealership of choice.
I confirmed this dealer of Acura is the best, especially with the assistance of Alyssa Adams who guides us and make the processing of documents easy and also with the welcoming attitude of Jimmy who made us comfortable. Lin was helpful regarding the introduction of the technical matters about the car. Overall were able to bring home a new car with a good deal because of this good folks.
I was greeted by Chris in service today and he was one of the nicest people I have dealt with in service. Listened and said what he could do for me. Denise sold me a black aspec RDX 4 days ago and is honest, caring, and a sweet person as well. Apple CarPlay had issues after service and she spent an hour to make sure everything was 100% working for me. She also helped me with a minor issue no questions asked. I can’t recommend her enough! So far sales and service has exceeded my expectations.
Do not waste your time coming here. Came to look at our options for the new MDX. If a sales person tells you, if the other dealer is cutting you a better deal then buy it there, with in the first 2 minutes of being there -you bet I’m not giving you my business. Anyone looking to get their hands on the new MDX go to McGrath, they’ll work with you.
Price gouging on the Type S, that was not cool afterAcura made me and other customers wait for this Awesome car for nearly 3months😡
Worst dealer to come talk numbers. So far McGrath Acura hands down values every person that walks in there. That bald guy at Joe Rizza not very good sales person. We will take our business to McGrath Acura. We were in and out of This dealership in less than 4 minutes 😂
Tom Schultz is a very knowledgeable salesman. He answers all questions and describes all features of vehicle during test drive. I purchased two TLX vehicles from him. Patrick Dazzo finance manager helped tremendously is getting me loans that met my budget. He’s got the magic!!! They follow CDC guidelines which made shopping and buying very safe.
Highly recommend Joe Rizza Acura for all your car needs. From buying a car, to getting it serviced, Joe Rizza is unmatched. Ted Jurick in the service department consistently goes out of his way to make sure his clients are extremely well taken care of.
I highly recommend Joe Rizza Acura. I had an issue with my new car and they handled it quickly and professionally. Thank you Jay, Denise, Pat and others. It is nice to know that there are still kind people out there that value and appreciate your business.John and Patsy H.
Good service, Nice people!
I will never go anywhere else for service or to buy a new Acura other than Joe Rizza Acura. I love the service people -- Chris, Matt, Charlotte, and Kalee. They are helpful, courteous, gracious, and always go out of their way to help. The people who work on the cars must be wonderful as well since any service or repair is done quickly and efficiently. God bless Joe RizzaAcura.

Denise is very helpful! Despite some difficult news on my trade in (not their fault) they made it the fastest and most accommodating car buying transaction I have ever had. I got a price I am pleased with and would go back to buy another car without hesitation. Thanks!
Worst place to purchase any vehicle. They do not stand behind their cars. Untrustworthy and sneaky. They actually sold a car for $9,000.00 that doesnt work to my son who is a disabled veteran and he lost his job because of it. They wouldnt even meet him half way to help with the expense. It still sits in the driveway. Im ashamed of Pat Dazzo the manager who allowed this to happen. Do not buy a car from this dealership. You will be sorry!!! We have never been treated so poorly.
We worked with David, Ashley, and Pat! They are so knowledgeable, easy to work with and so accommodating! We bought our car from them today and will definitely be back! Thanks for the awesome service!
Very bad customer experience. Very disappointed- poor treatmentmanager on duty super bias - would not let my daughter test drive as he assumed she is just window shopping since she looks young. He just lost a sale. Also thy send us out to Costco to look at another display and no one at Costco new about it - it took us 30 minutes to find it. It was parked all the way in the back. They showed very little care and zero respect of our time.I would not recommend this location to anyone
Very respectful, pleasant buying experience
Staff was friendly and professional. Service was quick, isolated, hassle-free and easy. Dealership and service department were clean. Felt comfortable and safe during entire time car was being serviced.
Ted and Charlotte are amazing and everyone at the dealership is so friendly and personable. Service is timely and explained well. I will only go to this location for service from now on and look forward to leasing or buying my next car from them.
I went into Acura feeling very skeptical about my luck, as I have been looking for a car for over two months. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a wonderful lady named Denise Maniakouras. I walked out with a car within a couple hours because of Denise! She helped me out so much and I love her for it! If you visit Acura go because you will be in good hands but especially for Denise. Got a great deal on a car and it was something I never imagined could happen. Thank you Orland Park Acura
Very informative and fast
I had a fantastic experience at this dealership from the moment I walked in, to signing paperwork on my second visit. LG did a great job of answering all of the detailed questions I had and followed up consistently throughout my search for a vehicle. The signing process was quick and smooth; I left knowing everything I needed to know about my new vehicle and I look forward to visiting this dealership again.I give LG a double thumbs up! He is very friendly, patient, genuine, and understanding, and was a big part of my positive experience. I would absolutely recommend him and this dealership to a friend, as my experience here has been a breeze compared to other dealerships and Sales Consultants I have dealt with during this search for a vehicle. Keep up the good work!
Professional Friendly atmosphere
Avoid this place as if it were ground zero for Covid 19. They have a scam going that when you bring your car in for service. It leaves with other additional problems. Then, they hit you with diagnostic fees when you bring it back when these problems didnt exist when you originally brought the car in. NEVER......EVER.......get your car fixed here. As a matter of fact....avoid ALL Joe Rizza dealerships because if one facility is doing this. Im sure they all are.
I enjoyed the initial email and telephone conversations with Alyssa. She was very easy to work with leading up to my arrival at the dealership. Being picked up at my office so I wouldnt have 2 cars to try to drive home was also very much appreciated. My product specialist was knowledgeable and also very easy to work with. Finally, the experience of completing the sale and signing all of my paperwork was painless and efficient.
I cannot think of anything I could say that this service department needs to improve. They seem to me to always do beyond what is expected, to do a great job, professionally, and pleasantly. I have been coming to this location for service since 2005. It may be a bigger reason than I have realized how much that has played into me choosing to own 7 Acura vehicles since then.I like the sales, finance, and parts guys as well. It is all very good. They are all very good.
We appreciated the customer loyalty that Rizza Acura extended to my wife and I in the form of a favorable trade-in value for our Ford Edge, purchased years before at Rizza Ford. I know the dealer has to make money to stay viable in business, yet the folks at Rizza Acura appeared to negotiate very fairly throughout the sales process. Id like to thank the GM, Pat for taking good care of us through the close of our sale and follow up. Chris Scott, our salesman, was not pushy and pleasant to work with.
I have been bringing my car here for years to get service done. Service managers Matt, Chris and Charlotte are excellent! The technicians complete quality work and are pleasant as well. I highly recommend this location.
They use allay of tricks!!Be careful.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM JOE RIZZA ACURA SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Before COVID-19, they were somewhat reasonable for a dealership to take your car in for a repair and not feel like you are being taken advantage of. You expect to pay more for service, but still feel like they care about the consumer. My experience taking my car in for B2 and B3 service after COVID-19 turned into the BIGGEST RIP OFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY AUTO REPAIR SHOP. There was a sound that I was hearing in my brakes that I also asked to take a look at, and I got a call from Charlotte saying it was TERRIBLE NEWS. She explained that my back passenger side caliper had seized, and the back brakes would need to completely be replaced. She said the cost would be $1200. In the past, they have charged me under $400 for my back brakes to be changed. I literally hesitated for a minute and then asked her how this adds up, and if there was any room to lower the cost. She said she could lower it by $100, and that the cost was due to the Acura Brand Rotors being $250 a piece. I still was ready to not make this repair, but when I asked if the car was safe to drive, she said it wasnt safe to drive, even though the dealership knew that I had just re-done my front brakes with 3rd party parts through Rock Auto. I reluctantly trusted what she said and agreed to the repair, feeling like I didnt have much of a choice. When I picked up the car later that evening and looked at the bill breakdown, the total for rear brake parts was outrageous at $800. Labor cost was over $400. Even with a $100 discount, the back brake job was $1100. You can purchase a complete front brake kit through Rock Auto with better than manufacturer quality parts for $180. A complete back brake kit is even a little cheaper. I gave things a day to settle down, and then called on Friday to voice my concern to Matt. I wondered how Acura branded parts could add up to $800, and again he told me that there was no markup on the parts. I took the liberty to look on the Acura parts website, and the MSRP for the caliper was $235. I was told $250 over the phone by Charlotte, and the bill said $259.83 for each caliper. So again, this was not completely true about no markup on the parts. And we know that Joe Rizza Acura is not paying $235 MSRP for each caliper. Maybe their price is $80 for each caliper. Matt took notes on everything that I said, and asked what would make me happy as a consumer. I let him know, and he said he would get back to me. I didnt hear anything back the first few days of the following week, and checked in on Wednesday. I was told that the service manager was on vacation until Monday. I did receive a call back saying there was nothing they could or would do for me now or for a future credit. They said I agreed to pay, and that was the end of it. In the end, I did agree to pay. But I was given half truths and misinformation at Joe Rizza Acura, making me feel like I didnt have a choice but to accept the outrageous repair price. My call to them on Friday to voice my concern was to give them a chance to do right by the customer, after they were fully aware that I felt completely wronged. In the end, Joe Rizza Acura showed that they are a money hungry, desperate automobile dealership that will stop at nothing to try to recover profits lost from COVID-19. I have spent thousands of dollars in maintaining my car there throughout the years, and I can see clearly that they just want to rip off as many consumers as possible after COVID-19. I hope this detailed review helps consumers make much wiser decision about where to go for car repairs, and that the hundreds of dollars that they ripped me off will pale in comparison to lost business from educated consumers who read this review in the future. This review will be going up on every major review site for Joe Rizza Acura. If zero stars was possible, the review would be a zero. Mike F
It was amazing experience! I got new Acura MDX for lease literally within a minutes. Staff was professional and done all financial paperwork quick. We went transparently through all options during lease and after lease. Absolutely for sure it was not my last purchase with Joe Rizza.
Quick service. Friendly staff. Did not push other services. Good pricingI am never disappointed with their customer service and patience. They do not pressure you for services. They provide me with a detail report on what is necessary, every time, and then allow me to decide what I would like to do and when.I love bringing my car here.
The service at Joe Rizza is excellent.
I dread the car purchasing experience. This was the first one I enjoyed. The sales rep was very courteous and well-informed about the vehicle. The sales manager was very upfront about what he could or could not do for my trade-in cost and nee car price. They really stretched to get the most out of the trade-in (well above what other dealers offered) and they were very competitive with the price on the RDX that I purchased. Financing was quick and painless (less than 20 min from start to finish). Overall great experience.
Very friendly sales staff.
I keep taking my car back to them for the same problem that was supposed to been fix the first visit. I tried to take it back again for the same porblem and they wanted to charged me 160 dollars just to look at my car for the same issue that they never fix the first time. The technician does not know what they are doing. And after reading the other reviews.. i will not buy a car from them as well.
We have had such a great experience at Joe Rizza Acura. Are salesperson Gerard and sales manager Anthony were incredible. We came in with a tight budget for a dependable car for my wife and they knocked it out of the park. They gave us a great deal on a great car and couldnt have been more friendly. We really felt like they actually listen to us instead of trying to just tell us a car. Not only have they sold us this car but we will be back for our future cars. And I would recommend to anybody whos looking for a new or used car to give Anthony a call first. It was definitely not the dreaded dealer experience that I expected.
Bad customer service, for a few reasons:-Online they give you a TRUECAR price once i got there they claimed that since i was financing through my bank i didnt qualify for any of those rebates and discounts they had going on.- they had me discuss my business in the middle of the floor, not evenA chair or hey lets go this way so not nobody can hear your business-test drove an ILX and I had done my research on it but i expect the salesman to know the car way more than me .. nope most of my questions were answered with an IDK.DEFINITELY TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
We just bought a car from Joe Rizza Acura and the experience was amazing. Great service, fair prices and just good people to do business with. I would recommend a visit if you are looking for a car!
Gerard and Pat both made my car buying experience a pleasant one. I was not under any pressure at all, and I appreciate that. My overall experience with Rizza Acura has been very positive and I will recommend them to my friends and family.
We are using Joe Rizza Acura service center for last 12 yrs. We can depend on them. We live in Munster, so, it is quite a drive for us. But we want to keep it that way. I have 2006 Acura MDX ; I always take my car to them. Had couple of issues with them in the past. But each time they took care of it right away. Sorry, I do not know all the people in the service by their names. They are all reliable and friendly and knowledgeable ( mechanics).Keep up the good work!
Very knowledgeable staff love the parts department very professional excellent customer service extremely thankful for your excellent customer service !!!
Dale and Chris provided an excellent Internet purchase experience on a almost-new 2012 Acura MDX Advance (<5000). Dale was very pleasant and straight forward to work with via email and over the phone. I made this purchase completely remotely and then flew in from Minnesota to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described and advertised. Chris was kind enough to pick me up at the airport making the entire process very smooth and easy. Thanks guys, I will consider Joe Rizza Acura for my next purchase (even considering they are out of state).
If I could give 0 stars I would. They called to tell me the cost for a repair-$300. After having my car for 2 days they called to say they couldn’t fix it. They wanted to still charge me the $300 for the manpower they put into trying to fix it. I argued and they gave me “deal” of $150. I should not have had to pay at all if they could not deliver what they promised. When I went to pick it up, parts were sitting on my passenger seat. I had to tell them this and then wait for them to reinstall those parts. Then when I started it, indicator lights were flashing on the dashboard. They did not know how to turn them off. They have to call Acura to find out but Acura is closed (it’s after 4). Tomorrow is Thursday the 4th of July so they can’t contact Acura until Monday. So I took the same rental car back home. So they did more damage yet could not fix the original problem. I will never use their service dept again. I hope on Monday they have the problem they caused fixed.
I was in in and out in less than an hour, received coupons that offset some of my bill, and was treated like a valued customer.
Ted, Chris and Matt of service did an excellent job and have gone the extra mile for me, and I will go the extra mile(s) for them to have my car serviced at this dealership! The service team did a TSB to my car without any hesitation at all. They even ordered what I need for the TSB the moment I have set my appointment (3 days prior) just to make sure its ready for me. All this through phone and even without previous services with them yet!My previous dealer in northwest Chicago has no idea what theyre doing and didnt even bother to acknowledge the TSB, they have very bad after-sales and service considering I got the car from them.So far I am happy with the professional service team of Joe Rizza and will continue my future appointments with them even if they are 20+ miles farther than my previous dealership. I wish I could have sold my car from their lot!
My initial comments after my first visit: Courteous and a nice placeIt was nice enough to come back and actually purchase a vehicle! So, Im adding this review, too:Gerard took great care of us. Easily answered all of our questions and made this one of the fastest, most pleasant car purchase experiences Ive.ever had! That means a lot because this is my 5th Acura and Acura dealerships are known for taking good care of their customers anyway. Shop here and ask for Gerard.
I liked the laid back approach of the sales person; she said what she needed to say about the product(s) and obtain the information she needed for her records; but there was no pressure. She was very professional personable and knowledgeable regarding the Acura brand and products.I definitely recommend Denise as your sales professional ; this was the best car buying experience Ive had and I have bought many new cars in the past.
This is the 2nd time Rizza service dept. has helped me out. I had an alternator fail and without having to be at Rizza, Matt handled receiving my vehicle and called with a diagnosis as soon as he knew. I okd the repair and I picked it up after 5:00. I wish to thank Matt and the mechanics (I am old school) in the back for exceptional service and peace of mind about my vehicle. Thanks again, Pat Cusack
Well, the actual buying experience was great. But, once we got out the door, thats where the service ended and the experience appeared to fall back into that dreaded customary characterization of a used car dealership. First of all, they had promised a second key and that they would have someone drop it off. Well, it took several months of badgering before they finally ordered the key and then I had to go pick it up. Which was really no big deal. But I just wish they wouldve done what they said without a hassle.Furthermore, the worst was yet to be realized... beware if you are buying a used car from these folks. We did (it was used Nissan Pathfinder) and were made aware that the car had a recall at the time of purchase. We were told that it had something to do with the passenger air bag indicator light. We called a local dealer shortly thereafter to schedule the recall repair. They also made me believe that the recall was specific to the indicator light and were told that it could be weeks before the parts were in. Thus, we took the car on vacation for a few weeks and upon our return brought it into the local Nissan dealer and have found out that the recall is actually related to the transmission... in fact, the transmission needs to be replaced. Holy cow.... Acura was boasting about all their checks they did on the car, etc.... we are just lucky that we didnt have our vacation ruined by the transmission crapping out on us in the middle of it.Again... another reason why the car/used car buying experience has the stigma that it does. We have scheduled another vacation in a few weeks and are now dealing with Nissan on the recall (those parts are also on back order) which may impact our planned vacation. Heavy sigh... just wish they were honest.
Great experience for a service department visit. No wasted time. I was promptly greeted--by name. Paperwork was ready and only took a few minutes in office. A clean(always nice) rental car was waiting for me when I arrived. My service was completed earlier than agreed upon time. Drop off of rental and pickup of my car couldnt have been easier. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice. They definitely treat you in a way that shows they truly appreciate your business. Ive purchased many new cars, this is the best dealership experience Ive had. Im a 1st time Acura owner, couldnt be happier with my purchase. I did go to Acura in Westmont, while they were nice, nothing can compare to Ed & Chris in sales and Tony in financing. Thank you all for for such a great experience.
Great service dept. Very professional ways of doing business. Chris was very attentive. Rizza Acura service dept is my favorite
Last year I purchased a new vehicle there. I was promised military cash credit which was not delivered when it came down to negotiating a price because I missed it by a week. I let it go because I wanted to go give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I recently went to purchase another vehicle there for my wife and was promised loyalty cash. When negotiating the price of the vehicle, the “stand up” guys said I couldn’t get the loyalty credit because the vehicle was for my wife and we had different addresses on file. This of course was a lie that was verified by another Acura dealer who said all I needed was an insurance card with both of our names or a marriage certificate. To be completely honestly I have never experienced something so shady at a dealership.
A very friendly environment, everyone was pleasant. The customer service was also excellent. My next car will definitely be an Acura, especially from this dealership.
This is the best place to buy a car or get your car serviced because of the staff working there
Went there not expecting much, but after meeting Pat and Denise we left with a new car. Great people, nice comfortable atmosphere, no pressure, and they REALLY take care of you. I wish there were more starts to give!
Consistent efficient quality service at a reasonable price. Saturday morning oil change without the need for an appointment, which includes an inspection and car wash in about a hour!
