Wouldn’t even give this location a single star. Took my 10 year old cousin to exchange her gifts she didn’t want and a very disrespectful manager decided to scream and terrify her that she isn’t able to use her gift card. If you and your children want to get treated with respect go to another location.

If you cant stand the smell of a bunch of things at once, dont go in there lol my husband always stands outside while I go and peruse the merch. The last time I was there they had a wallflower refill but couldnt find a candle so I could see what it smelt like. The clerk was nice enough to open up a refill so we could smell it.

Long wait in line, but otherwise good experience. Love the candles and foaming hand soap.

She is an absolute joy to visit and to be able to have a quick chat with. I’ve never come across anyone that has worked their previously that s quiet like her. She knows her products and she knows what kind of products I like and recommends new products for me to try that she know I would like. She is an angel sent from heaven. She deserves so much recognition for how amazing she truly is. She always puts a smile on my face. This store is very lucky to have her! And I am very lucky to have find her at this store! I liked the candles cactus blossom and champagne toast! They smell really good. I didnt but them tho because they were 24.99 to 29.99 . Ill wait for better coupons and sale. I do love the wallflowers and car scents! Those are very affordable!

For most part the associates are friendly and helpful. Due to this location being a larger store, it has a better selection of products.

So decided to stop by here to look around. Salespeople were nice but a bit pushy to try smells. I just wanted to look around. During my shopping I had to leave to go to the bathroom. Upon returning I went in through the otherside and within a minute I was told to wait outside for whatever reason. I obliged but wasnt happy about it. In this climate and with the malls dying and being respectful good luck because I wont be returning along with anybody I know.

They have wonderful deals every time I go in this store. The fragrances smells so good I really love they brand new collection. The workers assist you if needed. I just love this store.

Gentlemen, the cologne and body wash is excellent. I recommend Ocean. Its my favorite scent and gets me the most compliments. But theres a fair selection to choose from. Also, its a great store to get gifts for anyone for any occasion.

Thank you soo much to staff! Especially Erica and the manager (I forgot his name). Me and my daughter shopped there on Friday 11-29-19 for the special sells and she left her wallet at the counter. My daughter have a large amount of money (cash) her debit card and drivers license in it. We though it was left at home so the next day Saturday she realized it was at the store so she called and the manager told her it was there and safe. We picked up the wallet and the staff was very professional and returned her wallet with EVERYTHING in it!! Thank you again not everybody are honest about returning cash but you all was! We are forever greatful!! 💖💖

Bath and Body Works has so many scents to choose from! They have body sprays, lotions, body butter, oils, candles, and lots of other products. I personally shop her during the semi-annual sales since they products that are 50%-75% off, and the products last for months. The workers are helpful, and you can try most of the products before purchasing them.

I called looking for a product and was told it was in stock. After a 45 minute ride to get there....I was lied too and the item was never there.😤
