Got my daughters ears pierced and young ladies were nice and did a great job.

The process was find, the young lady who assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable.

The representative has been there for a while. She remembered my wife and stepson who she has serviced in the past. Extremely sociable. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

We got are two girls ages 5 & 7 ears pierced for the first time today. We had Neicey and she was amazing are kids loved her and would go back to her again...She took the time to go over everything and are kids loved her also

I’m so so glad I decided not spend my money at this location. The customer service is At all time low. I walked up no one greeted me. meanwhile it’s two ladies at the register acting like doing paper work is better than serving the customers. Mainly no one wanted show me where the nose rings were. If you shop here expect a struggle.

I received an on line order that was defective. Went in store and problem resolved.Great customer service

They pierce with a gun not needle the earings are cheap but screwbacks arent to easy to screw on.

My 7 month old daughter was brought in by her baby sitter/auntie and got ears pierced WITHOUT my or my daughters fathers consent on 12/11/17. She left the receipt in the bag with payment info/store info. I was told that nothing could be done about that because they followed all of their procedures. We had continually told her no dont do it and she did it without consent and the piercing pagoda did not try to resolve the situation. When I called to get the number for corporate they asked me why and gave me the wrong number. I am definitely unsatisfied. I thought you needed a birth certificate and parental ID before you pierce a childs ear!

Stopped in today to ask a question about the warranty on a ring I had purchased... The lady worker there was extremely rude. I explained to her that I didn’t have the ring with me but I do have a warranty and if I’m able to still get the ring and she told me yes let me just finish taking care of this customer . As she continued to help me she was just standing there looking at me to give her the ring but I in the beginning told her I didn’t have it she assumed that I got mad but I didn’t I simply said OK and thank you and walked away and as I walked away she wants to start making noises and give me attitude. Not professional at all.

The manager is so rude and unfriendly. Worst customer service ever! I will never go back there again. They lost a loyal customer.
