Upon entering the store, the sales representatives are always welcoming and nice. I receive great help every time I visit this Shoe Carnival location. The manager Albert was very helpful with assisting my needs. He went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Nate was making sure things were ok by checking on me making sure I was finding everything ok. Lastly cashier Ryne was very nice and offered me a way to receive a discount on my purchase once at the register. My definite go to store when I want to buy trendy products for less money. Great 😊 job guys

No greeting, but greeted others behind us. Didnt ask did we need help, nor did she help us. The shoe I wanted didnt match the box it was in, nor was the mate in the box. The cashier gave us back talk about it like it was our fault. Her coworker found the mate in the back, and put a theft device on it, and gave it to us. Both shoes now have a theft device as I am trying them on. Difficult, but the shoes fit. Would never shop there again.

Our cashier Ryne was super cool and friendly. Told me all about the current coupons and saved me $$. Feeling really good about shopping today!!!

As I entered, I was immediately greeted by the staff. This is always nice, but I wasnt asked what I was looking for. Im a tall guy, and it should have been immediately notice that I would probably need extra help. I spent an extra 15 minutes scanning all of the available show options for my size. I require a 15 and can settle on wearing a 14. There was ample opportunity to help me individually. I ultimately settled on a couple pairs and the buy one get one half off isnt bad, but it really doesnt feel like youre getting a super good deal. Customer service is key, especially in the age of buying shoes online.

This isnt the first time Ive been to this store. I was looked over and never offered any help. Its nice to be greeted when you first walk in. Most likely not returning to this store..
