Jackie was most helpful. Very knowledgeable about products and gave great preparation tips. Many in-store and first time customer specials. Will return when the freezer needs to be restocked !

Ive ordered online from Omaha and was always happy with the quality of food. Love actually being able to come and look at the meat and sides versus looking at pictures. Jacqui was working on the two occasions my husband and I came in. She is very knowledgeable of products and such a pleasure to work with. We have tried a few options per her recommendation and loved each one! We will be back.

I ordered on line. Thought I was getting Barber chicken breast as it showed you had them. I order several boxes but they were Omaha brand instead. I really don’t like them can I return the unopened boxes to the store on Orland Park? I paid $300 for these.

My wife LOVED her shopping expeirnce with Crystal and the manager Jay. The customer service was awesome. We are both handicapped and Crystal brought the order to our car. They were out of the Pot Roasts that were on sale and Im coming in today to pick them up at the sale price. No rain check required. Great place to shop! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Only giving this place 2 stars because I was treated poorly by one of the employees at this location. I live in out near Schaumburg and usually go to the Omaha Steaks in Schaumburg.When I walked in the store, there wasnt many people in there. Usually this place has its busiest times and i tried going in on a weekday.The lady working did not say hello or even looked my way when I walked in. She was very slow in helping customers out. When she finally helped me out, she claimed the coupon I had retrieved online was not offered in the store. I know they can honor online prices because i do it all the time at the other location. she claimed they shouldnt have done that and that the item isnt on sale anyways. Ill never come back to this location, ill stick to Schaumburg and Napervile.
