Great customer service! I came here to replace my factory stereo in my ‘13 Jeep Wrangler because it had finally gave out on me. Staff is awesome, great customer service, friendly and they have a great selection of items. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their stereo. I will definitely be back for any future electronic needs.

They were recommended by Rockford Fosgate. I live in Indiana talked with Joe and scheduled an appt. today. Dropped off my bike and about 3 hours later it was done. Bought the bike with 6 rockford fosgate speakers and 400 watt ampIt was installed by a Harley dealer and when i bought the bike from an individual i knew it was not right. I picked up the bike and it sounds fantastic they redid the tuning of the amp to the speakers it sounds super great. Nicest people i have ever met from the young lady inside to the techs will never go anywhere else. If u have an issues take it there u will not be sorry. I am 1 happy person. Al

Great Experience!!! I got in touch with Shawn(sp?) I needed them to finish wiring in a new head unit in my fairly elaborate Audio system in my Toyota 4Runner. He said “come on down”. He knew exactly what to do and understood the details I wanted and got it back together perfectly in a few hours, checking in with me along the way. Shawn was great and did Exactly what I needed for a Very fair price. I’ll be back again.

Went in to install remote starter for my car and the service and product is amazing! Recently referred a buddy of mine for installation of his sound system and he said the same thing! For sure will always go them for anything!

I wouldnt recommend this place. I took my exotic performance car there for audio system diagnostic. They kept telling me it would take another day to identify issue, which eventually led to two weeks. When I picked up my car, somehow my mileage was rolled back. Peculiar, huh? Turns out, I have 2 batteries on the car and the audio power cable was connected to the wrong battery. It costed me over $700 bucks to learn that lesson. So, I am paying it forward. Be wise and beware.

I brought 4 cars both of my sons cars and my wifes car and my car for a total of 2 days work. You did 2 cars at a time. 2 of those cars were traded in Saturday at Orland dealership. I have the reciepts sir. The installation was shoddy and they broke the steering column cover on one car and the lower part of dash on another. The only reason you are even a thought is because this is where the new cars wont be having systems installed or should I say thrown in. Oh and by the way you told my wife it would be 100 dollars to remove the systems you installed.per car. I decided to leave the units on the car and not risk having any more damage done to them and minimizing trade in value all the more thank you good day.

Obviously the circumstances that lead you to require a BAIID device are horrible and in and of itself it’s a miserable process to go through. But I am BEYOND glad I went to Audio Tech for this service. The device sucks, there’s no way around that. It’s a pain and a half, but it’s better than not driving. And the service this shop provides was outstanding. By far the smoothest part of this whole process. And that’s saying a lot because there’s a lot of people and facilities you deal with when you get a suspended/restricted license. They are very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. God willing I will never find myself needing their help again but I would certainly recommend their services to anyone I know that is in the same predicament. Thank you Audio Tech!

Brought my 1979 Lincoln Continental Mark 4 here to have a new stereo and speakers installed. Everyone was so knowledgeable and the work was top notch. Quality workmanship and sound is great.

Had some audio work done on my Nissan by whom I believe was the owner. Needless to say I had to take my vehicle somewhere else to find out that he didn’t install a fuse on the wire going from the battery to the trunk. Which is a severe safety issue and can cause a vehicle fire. I would also like to point out that the incorrect wire size was used. I paid over what I should have to have to pay twice to have the work correctly done. The word con artist comes to mind. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Joe and his staff are first class. They have something for everyones budget and their recommendations are spot on. Btw,the sound in my truck is amazing!!!!

Had a KD-40 radar detector installed. Had problems so took it back, they told me nothing wrong. Took it to another dealer recommended by the maker of KD-40. He was able to determine faulty wiring and faulty components. Detector was fixed. I was billed $300. I understand 2nd Dealer had time invested but I should not be held responsible. I should be reimbursed by maker of Detector or Audio Tech. Ive called and sent letter but no answer.
