Staff is there to help you. Attentive but not intrusive. The products are abundant but you do need assistance if looking for a specific product/item. Try the braising sauces and other mixes. Just made the beef stew. I just added a little red wine and beef stock. Makes just enough for 4-6 people. Guaranteed no leftovers.

Went in today for some of the Casamigos margarita mixer. Madison was absolutely a doll! She was kind and very attentive. She made the shopping experience personal and welcoming. She was a joy to talk to and I definitely left the store with a smile.

I usually go to Lincoln park but this was the only one that had the red oven mitts. They have great spices and kitchen appliances.

One of my all time favorite stores because I love to cook and bake. They have regular and speciality products.

I purchased an item with curbside pickup. Unfortunately not the emailed receipt nor the text message alerting that the item was ready for pickup indicated where to go for curbside service. After three phone calls to the store from the parking lot I was instructed to go to a dock area, behind a brick wall, to two brown doors. I asked the salesperson during the third call if I could cancel my order as I was not comfortable with the pickup situation but she only said she didnt know. After finding the brown doors I knocked but there was no answer. One of the doors was partially open, so I entered and proceded to the backdoor of Williams-Sonoma where I used the doorbell. A manager named Cathy answered. I was very upset as this is in no way resembles curbside pickup. I had made the purchase this way to be safe during the pandemic. I was extremely upset and scared. Cathy had many reasons for the mistake in procedures for pickup. The sales girl on the phone is new, the mall has setup designated curbside parking spots but not her store, the area where I entered the building was litered with plastic gloves and cigarette butts but that is not her responsibility, it is the malls. Manager Cathy apologized and stated she would have a meeting with her staff to review the procedure for curbside pickup. My suggestion, do not use Williams-Sonomas curbside pickup until they have trained the staff well and provide the service in a safe way.

Its well worth go to. They have every kitchen gaget there. It may be pricey but well worth it. The staff are super friendly and are very knowledgeable about a the items and where the items are.

This is another one of my favorite go-to stores. I have taken my daughter here on several occasions for Saturday classes for children shes had a blast every time plus shes learned how to make great dishes that she thought she would never make.

We really enjoyed strolling through this store. They have seemingly everything you could imagine needing for a kitchen/dining room as well as many things you probably *couldnt* imagine.(My best friend and I had a good laugh checking out their boxes and racks of various kitchen utensils and trying to identify their - probable - intended use. Some were fairly obvious. Others far more closely resemble medieval torture devices than handy tools for making dinner - lol.)Being Williams-Sonoma, their normal prices are fairly, well, pricey. However, some things are quite reasonable. They have some really cute coffee and espresso mugs that are well-priced. In addition, their sales and clearance section has a lot of nice things - most of them identifiable!

The manager was so helpful.They also matched the price of my coffeemaker to the same one at Kohls that was on sale.
