Laptop hinge had split open so I contacted them for a repair or a possible fix if at all. Get there for my appointment and the door is locked when the store is supposed to be open. Ill also note that in the three times I went to their location, this happened every single time. They looked at it and told me they could fix it no problem, they just had to order the new case. I was thrilled especially after they told me it wouldnt take any longer than a week. It ended up being 4 weeks. I called them each week as a follow up and was told that they were waiting on a different part to fix it because they had the other one and needed this one to fix it. I was told this continually. Finally they say I can pick it up and when i get there, they tell me that they were under the impression that I was going to be arriving earlier (I came at the time they told me to come at?) so they told me to come again the next day. I do and again, the door is locked and I wait. When I finally get in there, I see my laptop still broken in the old casing. They then tell me that they tried 7 different cases, all of which didnt fit because they dont make my laptop anymore. They also bought me a replacement laptop for being unable to fix my old one. So at this point, why the 1 star? I was given the runaround of being told that my laptop was going to be fixed instead of the truth that there was a chance it wouldnt be. Also the laptop they replaced it with (valued at the same amount of money I paid to have it fixed) was nowhere near the value of my old laptop. Not even close. They told me it was a loss for them but it was also a loss for me. I could have even tacked on another star for the newer laptop because that was a surprise for me but the lack of professionalism and feeding me what I wanted to hear was too much for me.
Unable to deliver on time and poor customer communication. Called because a power surge killed my gaming PC. They came to my home to diagnose on the spot 30 minutes later than the window they said. Diagnosed it & said it would take a max of 5 business days to fix. Just after 5 pm on business day 5, they call & say it wont be ready until 9 am on business day 6. I say fine but bring it at 5 pm when Im home from work. At 5:20 pm on business day 6, no delivery of my fixed PC. Instead a call saying it will take 2 more days. I regret calling this company. Still no PC and a measly offer to knock $50 off the price. Not good enough for poor communication and utter failure to driver my repaired computer Im a timely fashion . DO NOT patronize this company.

I came at 11. The store opens at 9. The sign says open and their lights are on but the front door is locked. They didnt answer the phone. I drove 30 minutes to get here so Im pretty annoyed by all of this.

Worst computer techs on the south side suburbs. They had a tech come out to my place to fix my BSOD on my laptop. Alex told me it was a virus and I needed to have my data extracted. I call back the next day and he tells me my hard drive cant be saved and that the hardware is also bad with coffee stains on it. Funny cause I dont drink coffee. He tried selling me a new laptop. Now its bad sectors on the drive he tells me and data cant be saved, but he could send it to a friend in Florida for the extraction. Nah Im cool. Reading their previous reviews this isnt the first time its happened. Called numerous times to get my HD back and they never answered and voicemail is filled so you cant leave a message. Its been over a week and still dont have my laptop back or my drive, or a damn phone call back. They basically came to my place, took my laptop, tried selling me a new one for way more.
