They have a great selection and prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also told me that they are looking for people who need jobs to work at there facility.

Savers is a really good place especially for a squishmallow like me. There are plenty of toys and they are not even the spensive. They had a big red scooter which I rode but i guess i wasn’t supposed to i guess. Yeah but this place is willy nice and I reck the mend it honestly

My cub pack and troop with the Boy Scouts did a fundraiser with Savers. The staff was professional and took us through all the steps they would do with our items we collected. Our drop off time was 12 noon. We got there early so they took us at 1130am. The manager and the other employees were nice and helpful. We do another fundraiser with them again. The store was clean and neat also.

Their fitting rooms are still all closed and I was told corporate may keep it that way. Theres no reason for this when everything else is open. I think its just because theyre making more money that way especially since they dont give you a refund. Instead you have to exchange for something else of equal or, (more often) greater value since you dont want to loose money at the time of return.

My wife and I come here often. We find really nice stuff here. Very affordable.

Nicely organized and well lit. Stuff is overpriced. Monday half price is madhouse and under staffed. They are given this stuff for free and want ebay prices. Dressing rooms are removed so not able to try on clothes. They dont give plastic bags at checkout.

First, I am going to speak as someone who occasionally donate to different thrift stores and resale shops. For the purposes of donations, Savers is not my first choice. They are upfront about their business model which I appreciate. Essentially they collect items and goods and then pay the charitable organization to buy those goods from them. So the charitable organizations do benefit but it is primarily a for-profit retail establishment. That being said, they do provide some benefits to the community. And if my understanding of how this establishment works is incorrect feel free to let me know and Ill be happy to change this review.As a shopper this is one of my favorite thrift stores to shop at. It is large, organized, generally clean, and spacious. There is generally enough space to keep 6 feet of distance between yourself and others. Their prices are generally pretty good. However as with any store of this nature sometimes the prices are a little off. Every Monday, they have 50% off day. Remember what I said though about them being a for-profit retail establishment, dont overpay for items by justifying to yourself that the money is going to a good cause. The money has gone to the cause once the donation is made.

Anytime you end up needing two carts, you can bet it was a damn good shopping excursion. 🤩

Drive up drop off fast and efficient. thorough covid protocols, staff masked and gloved, very courteous and appreciative. one or two cars ahead of me the three times I donated but I was in and out in minutes each time. plenty of hours available for drop off, check website. great spring cleaning resource.

I was shopping here January 2021 and fitting rooms are closed and unavailable. Normally I try on all clothing before I buy it especially pants. Store associate will tell you, you can exchange what doesnt fit. Be aware this isnt a slip of paper that shows store credit. You literally need to bring the items you want to exchange and find the new items to exchange within the time period listed on the receipt (2 weeks). Theres always been no refunds but be careful with the exchange policy. If you buy 10 pants to try on at home, lets say $25, and none fit, you will need to exchange them for $25 in merchandise you find in the store within 14 days. I managed to always avoid this by trying everything on, but until fitting rooms are open its an issue for me. Also, I was disappointed in how many sweaters on the racks had holes, around 5, so shop carefully. Something that rips apart while you wear it isnt a deal no matter the price. On a positive note, I did get some excellent deals here. It took more work to buy, drive home, try on, drive back to exchange, shop to exchange, drive home, and try on again. After 2 trips, I have 1 shirt that still needs to go back! Honestly, I might be donating it back there. After all, time is money, too.

I was greeted as I walked in. The store is clean and organized all items are well priced. The staff is friendly and helpful once finished with the shopping cart they are sterilized. Thank You to all that work here.

Extremely rude staff confrontational with me and screamed for management when I said I couldnt comply with their mask policy. Ive never had an issue. Management equally rude. Savers is a wonderful store to shop if you have plenty of time to meander through the entire aisles locating treasures for your home. Every time I explore this establishment my newly discovered riches find a niche just for that item, as if it was made it.Plus, they have oodles of fancy glass items, books for all ages, clocks, bedding, clothes from babies to extra large men and women. Not to mention beautiful lamps, furniture, and small electrical appliances. Remember, this store serves those who select their merchandise first. If you arrive late the item may be purchased by another treasure hunter. I wish well on your wonderful exploration of a fantastic store!

I have been coming here after the Savers in Downers Grove closed. I think they have better things that other thrift stores have. Some items are over priced but you need to really look for the good deals.

Hi, Everyone:) ive been shopping at savers for some time now.. I do have to say... Savers Has NEVER let me down at All! I Buy All my wardrobe at Savers. I have been to other Thrift stores but can Never find what i am looking for:/ so I go to Savers because they are huge and i Find it Relaxing their. The staff is Friendly, Helpful and very nice to me .. I honestly Feel like Family their.. they dont mind talking to you when they ring you up .. I am just so happy that i want to Live at their store... lol Thank You Savers .. I love Everything about your store and your staff. My wife and I frequent re-sale stores of all types and search them out. Having recently moved here from Connecticut, I had become used to visiting Savers, where often I scored some of my best finds. We were tickled to find out about this one not far from home. Its quite large and well stocked. Savers should be on any discount shoppers list! My only criticism: We were there on a Saturday. There WERE some people re-stocking. At other stores, though, they seem to make a bigger effort to keep the shelves full at all times. They were slightly picked over here. This could be due to lack of inventory or poor management; Im not sure, of course. Just a wish for better things...

I get it, everyone wants to stop in and grab deals. Obviously with covid going on makes it a bit tougher to do what you want when u want. I have never seen so many people in a line that wraps around an entire store. Everyone gets overwhelmed when checking out a line of customers but there was someone counting people as the entered to not hot a limit. Now at this point everyone is literally shoulder to shoulder trying to get their deals and not paying any attention to what guidelines as a community we are supposed to follow. Unfortunately I see covid getting worse due to peoples ignorance when doing anything in a public manner or in the public. As Ive seen absolutely no one has a sense of urgency. Honestly disheartening knowing no one wants to move any faster than molasses in one retail store you find.

I got a beautiful pair of Frye harness boots for 18 bucks, excellent condition. As with any resale place, you have to do some looking for the treasures. This place is extremely clean and well organized. Good furniture finds and household items. Theres plenty of parking as well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Best thrift store in Orland. I have been able to find so much here from clothes to toys and classroom supplies. Its really well organized and roomy to navigate so its easy to swing by for a quick trip if necessary. Best if you have some time to wade through everything. They have half price days and daily discounts too. Donations benefit those with epilepsy and uses are found even for items that arent sold so I always can feel good about donating here as well.

I really like the Super Saver, mainly because of its clean, roomy, friendly, decent atmosphere. Im so thankful, they dont allow, bad things in theyre store, Ive seen some things at other resale shops, that just shouldve been there. Creepy! I love the sales, and the reminders, the texts, are the absolute best thing they could have done, I love to shop, an when I see them texts, bring your own bag/box, I get happy.

Customer service “HOT MESS”, stealing from customer after purchasing items based on the fact the items were almost new!! We purchased furniture paid for it and explained that we needed to pick up the next day. We weren’t able to return to the store to pick up the items due to an emergency, so we did what responsible individuals would do we call and explain our situation and was told by an employee that the next day wouldn’t be a problem. We return on the next day to pick up our purchase only to find out that part of my items weren’t there. The sold them or did they steal them from a sale of sold items only to use their store policy as an excuse to not have the remaining furniture. I spoke with the manager “Bea”, who repeated every store policy imaginable, but had no empathy for the situation. When I asked for the corporate # she sarcasticly told me to call back and press the number to talk with Emily. After long sighs of discuss and frequent reminders she finally stated that she would return money for 2 of the items🤔 little to say I purchased 10 items and left with 6 🤔. The personality of these people who are given items for free and now they are on top of the world speaking reckless, immaturely, and making poor decisions. I have given free stuff to them 🤔 “Really”!!!! I will continue to post this until my fingers are tired!!! How dare you disregard that you work with dishonest individuals where in house Thievery Exist!!! So much for giving to charities who don’t understand the charity!!!

I have always enjoyed going here. There are always great deals, good customer service, close actually very well kept. Only suggestion that I have is maybe we arrange the store for a different look but thats miniscule.

Savers prices are ridiculously high especially their clothing. Bric a brac is price too high. Unique and spree thrift shops were better. They dont even have the decency to offer a commentary bag after purchasing items. Ill continue shopping at good will not savers.

What a great place. I found lots of 80s vintage peices at fair prices I love that Im not fueling the fast fashion industry when I shop here-- I even found a few Jcrew items.

I love shopping for name brand blouses, jewelry, shoes, books, dresses ect. Monday is 50% off. The customer service is wonderful. U will b hooked and wonder why u play the ridiculous prices at the Mall.

I love this savers! Sign up for there club card its free and they send out emails about sales. They sometimes have 50% off everything or select items like toys or jewelry. They have ever furniture too!

Great used clothing. 1/4 the price of TJ Max with a larger selection. Excellent to complete a new wardrobe for $50-$100. This is not a goodwill or thrift shop.They sponsor a lot of charities with donations usually paying out right $.20 a lbs.

Hit or miss like any thrift store. Its very clean and the staff very friendly. They sell groups of bagged items. Clothes are a bit on the pricier side but the book selection is fantastic.

Clean, large selection, friendly staff but the prices are a bit high for a thrift store. Especially compared to other local resale shops. I used to donate here until I noticed the prices. I still purchase items from here but only if Im confident that its a good deal. Also, their return policy is not great. If you want to return an item its actually an exchange and you have to find something at the time. I would appreciate itif they gave store credit at least so I can come back when I have time or see something I actually want.

I’ve had hits and misses With this store. Had great staff take care of me and also had rude service or just pure laziness.I feel like the clothes are getting a little overpriced. Some of the prices are almost the same if you would just buy brand new department store clothes.I do love their bring your own bag approach. I think all stores should consider a eco friendly option like this. They also give out coupons for donations/after purchases.

A thrift store, just like Good Will. It is clean, though prices are slightly higher than Goodwill. This Savers location is better organized than the Goodwill location on 159th & Harlem. That is probably mostly a result of store size differences.

Great selection, decent prices

This place was ok maybe a year ago. But now they want to play games with prices on junk. Some prices to high compared to new at an actual store that offers warranties and returns. The stuff they sell is mainly used. And the people doing the pricing set item on a shelf without tags and they refuse to get a price on something you may want that day. These resale stores are starting to loose out on business because they want to be bogus with prices.
