Clean, organized, friendly staff. If you want more than what big box has in their toy aisle, COME HERE!!!! You will more likely find something more unique. They could be a bit better on price, but nothing beats the in person variety of their toys.

No complaints except that the small aisles/layout make it hard to maneuver a cart around if there are many people there. Customer service is great every time. I love taking my daughter there and Ill be sad to see it close.

I still love toys r us. But it used to be more interactive. We went there to check out the new toys, and so it was THE place to go. Now its more like the toy section at Walmart. Still, the most toys you will find anywhere.

This was the second Toys R Us store I visited when I was kid, besides the first location in Burbank. I have fond memories of this store in the 90s when my cousin would take me here on occasion. I will truly miss this place, its the end of an era 😥💔🦒

Pretty solid Toys R Us.The few times Ive visited the staff have been helpful. There is a nice selection and the store is neat for the most part.No complaints

Recently have been going back to this store now that i have a nephew. the aisles were to narrow for my taste. if a cart is in the aisle you find you have to go 2 or 3 aisles down to get to the other side of the original aisle you wanted. also it could be just me being cheap but i find the prices i little too steep for what you are getting.

Its crazy that they are going out of business! Everything is on sale. I got a few things for a couple of birthdays that were really reasonably priced. Even though its chaotic and busy because of the sales, everything is still clean and organized.

Over all nice store. A bit tightly packed making it a bit hard to get down aisles with a cart. Clean store. Alot of train items which my son absolutely loves.

They have a variety of toys and brands. But they could use more staff help. Sometimes you wait too long for layaways. Need to be more organized.

On two recent occasions, I have been served quickly and efficiently by young friendly staff. Im referring to cahiers as well as service desk staff with returns and other inquiry. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would say the store itself is a bit cluttered, but it is a toy store. Would you expect otherwise?

Need a better system in dealing with handing out numbers for items. Manager was rude about it if you were not in line when she did. But then other people duplicated their copies so some people got screwed out of getting the Nintendo SNES Classic systems that they had a ticket for. No wonder why they are filing for Bankruptcy!!!

Great help from electronics guy, named Yuseff,.. He was so informative, about everything in the store. He was more helpful than management. He should be management. ! Nice store thanks to him!

This store has everything a kid could possibly want. I came here occasionally for the Legendary Pokémon promotions in 2016. Very sad to hear that Toys “R” Us is going out of business. Will miss this place very much when it closes.

The service was always stellar and the employees very nice. However now I know why they are closing. Their prices are outrageous which is ridiculous and a pain in the ass to do price matching all the time

The store was very clean and the toys were well organized. They had lots of workers on the floor keeping the shelves stocked and clean with the toys in their right place.

Great service plus well stocked and organized for 3 days before Christmas!

We have bought a remote control car roughly 4 months ago. It was rechargeable so it was costly...it started smoking and not running properly. We contacted the manufacturer and they were absolutely no help. Then we went back to toys r us. Yuseff and Philicia were all smiles and super helpful! They looked up our receipt and we promptly got store credit which we used immediately to buy a new car. Thank you for making this an easy process!

Not happy with having to walk the lot to get our own cart because there were none at the store entrance. Also the cashier never made eye contact with us and was very rude

After being lied to at the Matteson location I took a chance on the Orland location friendly staff.outstanding customer service the associate “hadial H.” Was phenomenal I will be traveling to the Orland location from here on out . The Matteson location will never see a quarter of my business ever again. That location lies to the customers.the Matteson location was my 1st and last visit. Typical toys r us. Bought a better gun to find missing pieces and it appeared to have been returned and stuck right back on the shelf. 30 minutes back to return it.

Unfortunately, I visited the first day of their liquidation sale as they wind down their operations.Depending on when you read this review, this location is either still selling off their inventory (in which case, expect a larger crowd than usual), or closed forever.Like Toys R Us stores nationally, this location fell victim to forces beyond their control, so get there while you still can.

Decent store, they have most items in stock. Checkers always seem to have issues with coupons but it never takes long for a manager to come override or adjust the prices.
