Terrible service these people need customer service training we walked in showroom 7 ppl in the showroom not one person spoke or greeted us. Didnt even ask us why we were there. Looking to pay cash for a tractor/mower. Do Not recommend them.

Waited at least 15 minutes before ppl at the desk greeted/cashed me out and watch them be completely rude to my father. Definitely wont buy or recommend this place to any1. cant figure out way to repy to owners response but the question was do u discout local 150 or veterans. not seniors.

Chuck, the service manager, George the parts manager, and the sales manager along with Ozzy the Parts guy gave us so much help with our requests regarding our equipment.I first encountered Martin Implements in a search for parts online. I called to order parts and that experience impressed me. Surprised and excited I decided next time I needed a part I would make the two-hour trek to see them and visit their shop.I am glad I did. Recently rented a Vermeer wood chipper over the weekend. Very helpful and easy to work with staff from the sales to service people plus very reasonable prices. Rental equipment is kept in immaculate condition which is hard to find anywhere else.

1 STAR.... sent in a crew member to take care of a faulty cylinder. FAILED CYLINDER.... Told something must of fail on the fitting to break it in this way..I looked over the area were the cylinder fiting sheared off. Not scratch, dent, mark of any kind. I myself was standing right near the area of work when it broke. The threaded fitting is still inside the hose fitting. It sheared at the WELD... told this is not covered under any warranty. That it is our fault. 1st I know for a fact it was not our doing 2nd I once worked for a Very large company that test Hydraulic cylinders and valves. I have seen this from over torque on instal. As well as using CRAPY CHINESE STEEL. We will be selling our entire fleet of NEW HOLLAND. ASAP. I have no problem dealing with a bad or faulty part from time to time.it happens. But honor your quality and workmanship. Now I had 3 hours down time today. And still no repair made. Whos going to cover that???Sincerely pissed off EX CUSTOMER.
