OH MY goodness. I cannot begin to explain how AWFUL this company is. Not only was my filter delivered completely bent and unable to be installed into my AC, they still have not refunded my money! I am an allergy sufferer so having a proper MERV filter installed at all times is necessary. I had to get another filter from a different company all while this company has still not refunded me as they said they would!! Don t bother trying to call either as they never answer the phone. 0 stars if possible.
Sent wrong size by accident but quickly and easily resolved the issue and sent new, correct filters to us. Weve ordered from them in the past and the filters are always high quality and fit perfectly.
I give this company high marks for making it easy to buy online. We need three sizes and in stores, they were always missing a size. Buying online was a pain (and I love Amazon) because I couldnt just pick a filter and check off the sizes I want. This companys website is pretty good. The downside is that it took a long time for the filters to show up. I forget exactly how long. Two weeks? Longer? I lost track. And when they did show up, they came in an oversized box with no packing material and somewhat scrunched. I sent an email to customer service about my mild disappointment and didnt get a reply. I might buy again. Im not sure.Edit: Raised from 3 stars to 4 for the reply. Will order again.
I ordered a 20x25x5 filter but they sent me one labelled 20x25x4 and added a little foam 1 foam strip around the perimeter (only) and rationalized calling it correct (with a little sticker). They could probably argue technically correct but seems shady to me. Wont buy from them again.
Have ordered a dozen filters 4 times. All have been excellent quality, and shipped quickly. The last order had a glitch on the size so I contacted them for assistance and attached a photo for clarity. There was a slight delay under the current conditions, but they did get back and quickly sent out replacements to make it right. A great company and I will continue to use them.
UPDATED:Im pleased to say that my air filters arrived this week in good shape, exactly one month after ordering. Im also glad to hear that the company is putting new energy into its customer service. Really appreciate the partial refund applied to this order and hope theyre able to meet customer expectations going forward.ORIGINAL REVIEW (1 star):Like others whove reviewed on here, I placed an order a month ago and have not heard a word since. I tried calling but gave up on hold and ultimately emailed the company to report that much more than 5 business days had passed without any notification about my order. The auto-response on customer support emails is that you have to wait another 5 business days for them to respond. Its now been 8 business days since my inquiry and 4 weeks since my order was placed.
Their filters are good but I’ve been trying to reach their customer service to make an exchange and get no response. I sent an email a week ago and called. Now after calling and waiting on hold for a while, I got sent to voicemail and still haven’t heard back.
I ordered on July 11,2020 I paid $73.68. It is now August 25,2020 and I have not received my order. I wrote the company. They refunded me 1/2 my money told me they would ship my 4 filters but they didnt. Now I need to contact them again to get back the rest of my money since it is time for me to put a filter in my heater/air conditioner again and I dont have any.
Ordered some filters beginning of July. Got a shipping notification but the order was never actually shipped. It just said label created. After calling a couple of weeks later to see what the hold up was, they said they had no idea and would create a new order. Its now 8/5 and no sign of the new order. We ended up just emailing them and asking for a refund, which I hope we will actually get.
Dont waste your time! Waited over a month for an order never got it. They took 2 weeks to respond to my email to tell me it was delivered. I eventually called and they gave me refund; however it was a hassle.
Although there was a 3 week delay in shipment the company responded and was willing to make concessions for the inconvenience. The filters are of high quality and for these reasons i will continue to place orders with them.
I placed my order on 9/9/20. Nothing has been received. No response to email, voice mail messages. Refund was requested. Buyers beware. Poor (nonexistent) customer service.
They shipped my air filters but the way I received it was not acceptable or usable. The box was damaged and the filters inside were bent and damaged as well. I been trying to get in touch with the customer service but no response yet.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their filters! My wife struggles from bad allergies and they did the trick! We were able to get the size we need and with a fast turnaround. I am setting up Auto Delivery as I am extremely happy with their service. Highly Recommend!

Very poor customer service. Made no effort to assist with an order I placed only hours before. I will not be ordering from these folks ever again. They said they could cancel my order, then shipped it anyway.
Ordered (charged card) and never received. After 2 weeks, tried to contact customer service and they said it would be another 5 business days to get back to you. I gave them every chance to rectify, but only heard crickets.Didnt appreciate delay tactics so might as well buy somewhere else.
Save yourself aggravation and order a/c filters from somewhere else. Ordered on June 23rd and have not arrived from Orlando. I live on the east coast of FL. I could have walked them here by now. Customer service is non--existent.
Today is Friday, May 15, 2020. We received our first order of 12 filters in two boxes with 6 each. One of the two boxes was bent badly and the filters are damaged. Now I have to wait until Monday, May 18 to reach be able to talk to someone to find out how to return these damaged filters. Bad start.
I placed an order in June still waiting for the order. The tracking number they gave means with FedEx. Please refund my money or resend the product. there is no customer service they ave you hold for 20 mins and then it goes to leave a message center and no one returns your call. Beginning to think this is a bogus company?
They take your money, create a FedEx shipping label & will NOT cancel order even though it has not left their facility. My order was placed July 6, 2020 & estimated delivery was by July 16-18.Today is September 10, I ordered 66 DAYS AGO & it has not left their facility!
I ordered a pack of filters from them or so I thought. After 2 and half weeks I still did not receive the email that my order had been shipped. I contacted them via chat and ask why. The person said I would recived my order by the end of the week. That same day I finally got the email that my order was shipped. So that tells me they did not ship it until I ask ask about it. Then I received my order a few days later (3 weeks after I placed the order) and it was only ONE filter. I contacted them again and the girl said I only ordered one filter. I told her the order I picked said a case of filters. I ask her why I paid so much for one filter and she replied because I broke up a case. I thought I bought a case but it turns out you pay just as much for one filter as you do a case of filters. I ask her to give me what I ordered and she told me I would have to pay again. Sorry I will never spend another dime with this ripoff of a company and i will suggest to all of my friends and customers to do the same.
On 7/10 I ordered 21 1/2 x 22 3/4 filters.1st call -theyre in stock & should ship on 7/17 you should get an email. 2nd call 7/19 - oh they are still assembling them & should ship tomorrow.7/20 if they are not shipped & do not provide a valid tracking number canceling my order.
They ended up not shipping the product until a week and two days later. There was a holiday for one day, so give them a little wiggle room, but very disappointed in this site. It will probably be another week before they show up as its still just in the label created stage. They do have easy to reach chat customer service, but dont expect to get any real help.
I ordered a specific size. The size was confirmed on my order sheet. They had multiple choices for my size. Evidently, the one I chose is actually NOT that same size. It is simply close to that size and they disclose this in small font, easily overlooked given I had no reason to think that the size would be different from what I chose. Now, Im stuck with them because I didnt notice the discrepancy until several months had passed and I ran out of my previous inventory.
Vendor created shipping label and never shipped item after a month. Contacted vendor through Walmart.com and never received a response. Disappointed and frustrated. Lack of communication.
Really good service. Price was great. Free shipping on my order. And I had some questions about the size of my filter and the Customer Service team was very helpful and nice.
**UPDATED** I did receive an apology email for the mixup and they did finally end up getting my order right. They also gave us a 10% discount once they shipped our order for the inconvenience of the mixups. We appreciate the gesture and will order through them again. Hopefully they dont mess anything in our future order and their customer service is improved.****************The ordering through this company has really gone downhill. Weve been ordering filters for years from them. Went to order today and it wouldnt let us because we have a PO box as our billing address. This has never been an issue before. My husband emailed them and asked what could be done as weve been ordering with that billing address for years. He got a short response back we dont accept PO boxes. Well, thanks, Captain Obvious, we got that info. Now what can we do to place an order? I called and the guy who answered put the order through for me but the price came back as $50 less than what was in my cart. I specifically said I needed MERV 13 filters instead of the MERV 11. After getting off the phone my husband received his confirmation email for the order and it said wed ordered MERV 11. So I called back and asked them to change it. The same guy put through another order after canceling the incorrect order but now we have no confirmation email and when we go into our account on their site our new order is not there. I just sent another email to them. I shouldnt have to contact a company seven times just to place a darn order. As soon as I find another company Ill be going with them. This company clearly doesnt care about customer service or a user friendly site.
I placed my original order on July 14...waited 9 days no delivery. Email on July 23 to ask about it...and hour later, I get an email saying it was NOW shipped out. Called up customer support...and they straight up lied and said its just coincidence that it shipped out within an hour after I inquired. It seems they just have a bad system and only shipped out after the customer has to remind them....cmon guys an hour after inquiring 9 days into my order...you all of a sudden send it out? Then lied about it over the phone? and rude customer service on top of it...I tried to give different companies other than Amazon a chance...but you guys dont deserve it.
Wow! I ordered a 12 pk of air filters on Wednesday and get them two days later! That was extremely fast! I was worried about the quality of the generic ones but it is the same! Will be reordering in another year!
Ordered standard size filters on Oct 27th.....no shipping information was sent to me until I contacted them on November 7th to cancel my order as that was past their 3 business day shipping timeline. Got a response on Nov 8th they were shipping it rather than canceling my order as I requested. This is why I wont do business with them anymore. Had I known they would bust their own time line and taken almost two weeks to get them, I would have ordered them elsewhere. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 only because the product appears to be good quality.To the owners.....figure out your shipping problem. This day in age people want what they ordered ASAP.....not 12 days later when they live in the SAME STATE!!
Lousy delivery, I ordered a stock filters on May 15 in the web site said it will be a 2 day delivery! on May 18 got notice that they were send to Fedex! for a 2 day delivery! on fedex now showing to be delivery May 24, do not Know how a 2 day delivery is from May 18 to May 24, but Company answer to me was: not their problem! last order for me! Answering owner I chatted with your representative on your website and she confirmed 2 days delivery!
Yeah, I agree with the negative comments here. My money was taken for an order on 7/18/2020, and I checked the online order status, which showed that there was an error on the page. I emailed on 7/25/2020 without receiving a courtesy confirmation and left a message on the phone.What is the deal?
