We purchased a white Scion FR-S from mint yesterday and within 30 minutes of driving it off the lot we broke down on the side of i-4. We called them and they said they would send a tow truck and took 6 hours to drive 30 minutes to come get the car. We live 2 hours away from Orlando so it should not have taken 6 hours. We came this morning to get a refund for the car purchase because we did not pay for a broken car. Although they did apologize for the inconvenience all they seemed to care about was a good review. They tried to tell us this is the first time this has happened but other reviews say other wise. I am sorry to inform you all but this place is terrible, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Great story here, so I owned this jeepnfor 2.5 yrs prior to trading it in at a local cape coral dealer in November 2020. I bought a Honda Civic si 2014 not I didn’t even drive it for a week and it wouldn’t go to second gear I didn’t pay no mind I called them about it and they said sorry we can’t help you and asked if I got the insurance package it only covers 2,500 my total cost to repair my whole transmission for 7k I can’t believe this happened to me and it’s my for time at a dealership I put 7k down and felt like I lost all of it now I don’t got a ride to both of my jobs and my college bad service go somewhere else

So today I finally was able to purchase a vehicle after going through a few life changes but with everything I’ve recently gone through Mint and specifically Mike Mr. “Make it happen Mike “ came through! And we’re there to help and they definitely made he happen! He knew my conditions and what I had to work with and got me my van! Along side made sure everything was in great condition for the safety of me and my babies!

We were recently at Auto traders. We were interested in a 2008 Lincoln Truck they had. We have had Lincoln vehicles or Grand Marquee for 21 years. My husband wanted a truck against. After 2 bad car accidents wanted a solid vehicle that was up in the air. We looked at the truck and my husband drove it and checked it out. We really were happy with the truck. I didnt know till my husband told me the Lincoln Truck was only made 2006 to 2008. Their was only 256 of them made. Right now theres only 20 on the road. My husband says it its meant to be itll happen. We wanted to get a lower price on the truck. What we felt we could afford. Was told from the boss they could not. My husband said then were unable to purchase the truck. We were going to leave. The gentleman helping us Phillip talked to us. He didnt try to force us into anything. They had offered that we could do a small loan for the rest of it. We werent interested.We didnt want to over extend ourselves. Phillip said you could pay off a certain amount of the loan. We had refinanced our house to pay off bills and get new vehicles. We would have to do a loan for part of it. Phillip explained we could finance the small part we didnt have for the truck. That we could take as long as needed to pay off the truck. We felt better after Phillip explained this to us. Know their looking at the money their going to make off the sell. Weve have been married for 49 years. We wouldnt of bought it if we didnt feel comfortable buying it or over extending ourselves. Sellsmen who try to talk us into something or force us into something might as well hang it up. Weve heard it all. The we have someone coming Saturday so we know the truck will sell soon and we cant go any of lower will take a beating. Which we heard from the supervisor. We probably wouldnt bought the truck if it wasnt for Phillip. Feel over money there is still a part of him that cares about the customer and helping them get the vehicle they want. That is hoping a part of him still has good values and really cares for people. What a good person he would be. Could feel that from him. Know thats still in him.

Z and Victor were direct, to the point and no hassle. Easy transaction, not your typical user car lot. A lot of reviews seem from buyers remorse. Cars are very clean and they are upfront regarding any issues. Easy going atmosphere not much pressure. Dealt with them over a 3 week period with zero pressure or intensity. Was easy process.

Nicolas was clueless about his job and couldn’t answer a single meaningful question about the car I was looking at. The only thing he knew how to say was “it’s already factored into the price”. My car broke down and needed a new starter within 4-5 days after purchasing the vehicle. I might also have a brake booster leak now too, I don’t think that was factored into the price Nick. I also depended on them to take care of my car registration. It’s been a month now and my temporary tag is expired and I can’t drive my vehicle. I called the dealership twice, both times they had excuses and said they would ship it out immediately. That was 3 days ago, now it’s Monday and the tracking number I was given still says it hasn’t even been shipped out yet. I’ve tried to contact Nick about this and he still hasn’t answered. I also got a shady text message prior to that where he asked me to sign over the title of my car to his name. He just came up with a lame excuse when I asked why. Pictures added.

I applied for a vehicle, received a text from a gentleman named Jared. Jared asked some questions and I answered them and informed him of some unfavorable things on my credit. I then received a call from Nick. I spoke to Nick and informed him of the situation and what I was looking for. I informed Nick that if the vehicle did not work out that I was open to something else (anything that works were my words). Now I understood the likelihood of being approved wasnt the best. But Nick informed me he would do the best he can, I said thank you and to let me know even if I do not get approved. I did not hear anything back, I reached out to Nick the following day towards EOB. He read my message and did not respond and has not reached out. Two days later on Thursday Jared reached out to me to make sure I got what I needed. I informed him that Nick did not reach back out after I contacted him. Jared has not responded. I understand if I did not get approved that it is not their fault. But i did ask to be informed of the outcome. And that they failed to do.

I called to inquire about my 2014 Toyota Venza and Philip answered. He was quick with looking up the inventory and knowledgeable of the vehicle. Once we met in person, he sold us on the car, without too much pressure and was quick with the sale process; had us out within an hour and half.We are very pleased with the purchase and will recommend and refer anyone there.The place looks like the pics, which surprised me bc some lots are like hotels, the picture doesnt match the dream theyre selling. It is a very well-kept and organize.

Update 11/18/2020:This car was sold to us as a mint condition car. We did question what the recourse would be if we received the car and it wasnt in mint condition. The salesman then told us that they looked over it, their mechanic looked over it and an outside mechanic looked over it & there would be nothing wrong with it. After we found all of the problems listed below, we called to ask if there was something they could do and were told that they had already lost money on the car and couldnt help us. After writing a one star review on Google, they suddenly COULD help us & offered to refund half of our delivery fee at that moment (which they did) and then half of the delivery fee after the review was amended. The review was amended & we have called multiple times over the last few months & STILL NO CHECK.We have bought multiple cars online over the years & have never had an experience as bad as this one. Because of the issues listed below, we are having to replace the sun roof, replace the dash cluster (which isnt even made any longer & costs more $500 to be installed, if you can find one), & get rid of rust in the trunk for a car that we purchased at a premium price!Updated 9/20: we have now found rust also in the sun roof.We recently purchased a car from Mint Auto Sales in Orlando, FL. Upon receipt of the car, we found that there were 3 different warning lights on the dashboard & the door locks did not work. We then had a rain storm & came out the next day to find a puddle of water in the front passengers side floor board. Other than these few things, the car was in great condition. After several phone calls with Mint, they addressed our concerns & made the situation right.

They were able to get me into the car I wanted with no issues at all and were happy and outgoing the entire time. These guys are true professionals. First day in, I test drove the vehicle, decided to sleep on it and they spared me of those pushy salesman tatics.Came back a day after ready to buy, but left my checkbook at home thinking I could put it on my card for those sweet sweet reward points. No dice.Got a call third day wanting to know if I was still interested since they had someone wanting to take a look, and of course I was. They decided to hold it for me, even after my banks wiring process took several hours.Ultimately got the vehicle, can’t say enough good things about the dealership. Mike and Zee are class acts.
