I cannot overstate the professional care and service I received from Steve, Patrick and Jay. In a difficult time and situation these guys went above and beyond to deal with a very sophisticated issue. Steve is a force and I so much appreciate knowing that these guys are here for me. I purchased a brand new 2021 190 Pro Team which is awesome but no more so than these guys! Do I recommend Tracker Service? HELL YES!!!

Don’t go to this place unless you want to wait a month to get your boat fixed. Called to just see if they could check my battery in my boat and they said I’d have to make an appointment and they are booked for 3-4 weeks. Like really it must take 10 min to check a battery and you can’t help me for a month. What a joke. Go somewhere else.

Our boat was in the shop for almost 2 months. This time. They first time they couldnt figure out What was wrong. We had to take a video to show them what it was doing. We only had the boat 1 month. Only had 20 hours on the motor. They put an additional 10 hours on it

Patrick was more than helpful through the installation process after I purchased a motor from bass pro. All the guys there were professional and worked very well with my busy schedule. I will return with any further marine needs
