This was my first time at this GMC dealership and I had a great experience. My Service Rep was very professional and personable. My vehicle was ready a lot sooner than expected. I liked that there are two lounge areas for waiting and lots of outside space to sit and wait. This made social distancing very easy. Overall, a great experience! I actually caught an Uber to Florida Mall which was less than a mile away and did some shopping.

Hannah greeted us in the sales lot to see how she could assist. We explained what we were looking for in a vehicle and fortunately there was one available. Hannah took us for a test drive and proceeded to work on the paperwork. She was very engaging with myself and my husband and did a great job as we moved to finalizing the purchase.Our trade in value was a little lower than expected but the Sales Manager worked with us to come to a deal.Luis did a great job explaining our options for extended warranty, etc. He was very friendly and answered any questions we asked.Overall our experience was fantastic!

I must say that during this process I was losing my love for the GMC, as I remembered my very bad experience with Orange Buick when I bought my truck, and now with the transmission problem that it took a little longer than I would have liked.But Mat did a good job finding all the parts, and together with the transmission mechanics, apparently they solved the problem, since the transmission is working perfect again. It is not about whether the vehicle has a problem or not, because all vehicles at one point in the vehicles useful life will have a problem, it all comes down to how the dealer will help you solve that problem.

Waited some time before I posted this review so I could make sure everything was great. I saw an SUV on their website that I knew I wanted and needed to have. I called and luckily I was in contact with Mark. This man is the bomb.com!!! He had the car ready and cleaned for me to test drive and to take home. He was extremely helpful, polite, and a jokester. I and my partner spent our whole time laughing with him. Not only did he make everything easy for us but he was honest with every step of the way and didnt try to trick us into anything we werent positive about.I would recommend him ANYDAY!Thank you Mark for such a great experience!

We had contacted you through the website and Sebastian reached out to us via text immediately and we were able to work with him through the whole process pretty much through the text messaging which I appreciated since we work from home full time. Sebastian was prepared, knowledgeable, direct and clear on answering all of the my questions. We made the appointment to test drive the car. Sebastian welcomed us and had the car ready. He was very informative and knowledgeable walking us through the features of the car. The color we thought we wanted was not in stock so he was able to find the color vehicle from another dealership but we loved the one he showed us so much we decided to go with the one we drove. He had numbers ready when we returned from our test drive and the deal was done! I have never been in and out of a car purchase in 1.5 hours. It was a beautiful dealership and a friendly and informative staff.

Fountain Buick GMC made purchasing a truck enjoyable!! That’s right buying a vehicle can be enjoyable. I worked with Mari as my salesperson. She even came into work on her day off to be there for the delivery of the vehicle.From the start, it was a no pressure buying experience. I had it narrowed down to two vehicles. The sales personnel provided the information answering all my questions. I purchased a 6.2L Sierra 1500 and was told it should be in by the weekend. Unfortunately it was delayed but not by fault of the dealership. Mari kept me informed and worked with me, while I was trying to find a vehicle I could pull a trailer with. The truck came and the only day I could pick it up was, Mari’s day off.She came in to meet me for the delivery of my new truck. Got an oil change, told them the truck sometimes acted like the push to start Got stuck and the truck just kept cranking until I hit the button again. Took 3.5 hours. They said that they couldnt reproduce the problem so nothing fixed.

Vehicle was brought in for damage from collision. It took months to correct (Unacceptable). Problems then still persist today (Unacceptable). Vehicle broke down and left me stranded the same night I picked it up (Fantastic). Other uncorrected issues were not immediate discovered as well. I did not even bother attempting to have them correct those remaining issues because I simply could not financially afford it.I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Id been online and went to a few dealerships during my car shopping and Ive never met a salesman like Brian who has the right people skills and attitude when dealing with a prospective client. He was honest, professional and I never felt pressured during the buying process. There was not much back and forth during the price negotiation. Purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation from Fountain Buick GMC 10/2019.. Found deal online. Spoke to Sebastian who invited me and a friend (also purchased one) for a test drive. He met us at the door, very welcoming, showed us the truck and a few others, being my mind was not made up at that time. He was very patient with my questions and concerns. After a test drive of the Elevation, he found me the color I wanted and the rest is history. Great experience from start to Finish. Just purchased a 2021 GMC 3500 dually and Sebastian was our sales rep. we made the deal over the phone, took a couple days for the truck to come in, and i was kept informed the entire time. when i picked the truck up, everything was ready and as it was supposed to be. highly recommend Fountain, Sebastian, and Luis. Part I - Buick Envesion 2017This is a review in progress- Thursday 26th at 16:00 - Brought vehicle to Founain Buick because of A/C flowing warm air. Matthew Wasson told me to leave the car for evaluation.- Friday 27th at 16:00 - I called Matthew Wasson to get information, since the employee Matthew did not bother to call me and give me an update.- Matthew then informed me that the problem with the car was because of a bad cooling fan, and the part was in back order. He also told me that he would call the extended warranty company to see if they would cover the repair- Saturday August 28th at 15:00 hours I called the employee Matthew. He called me back at 17:00 hours telling me that he had not contact the warranty company. He then said that was going to call on Monday morning.-Monday 30th at 9:30 am I went to Fountain Buick to pick up the car. Matthew was not working that day. I decided to take the car with me to work.- I am taking the car to a auto mechanic shop to a second opinion, since the cooling fan seems to be working fine.-

This car dealership is a class act, 100%, from start to finish. I began shopping for my car 1 month ago, from 10,000 miles away in Hong Kong. Mike and Andrew in internet sales read exactly what I wanted, found the car, had it delivered, approved my credit, and had the car waiting the day after my arrival back in USA. I needed a ride from my hotel - no problem, Andrew came and picked me up. I bought the car and was driving away in a matter of hours. Fortunately in the service area they hired a new worker named Cristian Cabrera, who helped me with absolutely all my requirements and cared to follow up on each of the details. Previously none of the agents who had attended me, had solved me SO WELL. I congratulate him and I hope he will continue there for a long time, since he is the dealer that is closest to my work. They could not find the keys to the vehicle we wanted to test drive. 95% of the employees were not wearing masks even though there was a sign claiming that they were supposed to be.

We purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT last week. Due to Covid-19 we were not interested in spending time traveling to different dealerships. Fountain Buick GMC had a very informative website where we found the truck we wanted. We called, connected with Grant L. the salesman, who answered all our questions. He switched us to Rubin T., the finance specialist, who helped us understand the terms. After negotiations with Grant, we explained our preference to do as much paperwork as possible online. They sent all the documents to us that we would be signing once we arrived. That gave us time to review them, and Rubin was very patient with our detailed questions regarding the financing. The next day we drove 1.5 hrs to their showroom, spent less than 15 min inside signing documents, then went outside and listened to Grant give a thorough orientation of the trucks features. We spent less than 45 total minutes there, a very hassle free, pleasant experience.

Worst service on the mechanic part took my gmc 3500 dually on Tuesday March 9 to get service for oil change and for them to check for a tire running low on air constantly took them 4hr just for those 2 thing and they said they couldn’t find the leak after i told them that the leak was so minor that can’t be noticed unless they go buy my tire sensor they took so long that i told them just to leave it I’ll bring it so other day i had already spend 4hr there for just and oil change it look like it so thats that next day i start to set up to wash my car and I noticed all the rims on my 2020 gmc dually look different and thats when i noticed this mechanic did a tire rotation ON A DUALLY when dually tire rotation are very different from a regular car for you to do a tire rotation you will need to take out ever tire from the rims in order to do a tire rotation so technically this mechanic mismatch all the rims and everything trying to do a tire rotation they really need to know a little more for them to work on a dually so Wednesday i had to spend another 3 hours at the dealership for them to do the rotation back to how it was luckily they found the leak and with my tire warranty they where able to get me a new tire take my car back on Friday for them to install my new tire go to pick up my truck on Saturday my valve caps for my tires are gone again 3 time i replace them because this mechanic keep loosing or forgetting to put them back on the tires and to top it off i get home call the dealership to speak with the service manager HE WASNT THERE SINCE IT SATURDAY WILL CALL TOMORROW because this irresponsible and careless mechanic scratched both my rear rims on 100k car you guys should have more caring and responsible mechanic this is just gonna effect you guys in the long run i will not be going for service there again ever and wouldn’t recommend this dealership for serviceThanks

EDIT - I am beyond disgusted with the handling of registration and titling. After waiting 3-weeks with no word, a package showed up at my house containing checks for sales tax (the NY portion) and all of the paperwork. Confused I text Mari and was told today they thought it would be easier for me to do it. Never mind the fact that it will cost me $1,000 (fly to NY and a day of work) to deal with it. Oh, and my temp tag expires in 8-days.ORIGINAL - My purchase was facilitated through the internet from Upstate NY and Fountain, Mari being the lead, was fantastic from start to finish. During my search, I did online inquiries with 5-6 different dealers, and Fountains Mari was the first to respond within minutes of submitting.From the onset the communication was excellent and the format didnt matter (phone, email, or text).

I walked away unsure about everything, this has always been my experience with the services department over the last year. The process of getting my transmission replaced sounded so awful and poorly explained that I called my warranty provider and asked them could I take my car some where else. I told them I would just pay the diagnosis fee myself to cut ties with fountain. I only come to this one because it is the closest one to the my house and they have always offered Lyft rides home, however this go around the lady told me things have changed and we don’t offer rides where you live anymore. She also told me she would have to wait until my claim was approved to see if my warranty provider would reimburse me. I literally had the find her 30 minutes later to find that out, I could have booked my own ride instead of wasting my time sitting in the lobby. I’ll take my car to the Chevy dealership on Semoran at-least I will be closer to home.

Matthew is the worst service manager I’ve ever dealt with, took my truck there 4 MONTHS AGO for a radio module, finally after getting fed up I call to see if it’s arrived, somehow magically the part would be there that night after 4 months of waiting. What are the odds!! I knew this was their fault and the part has more then likely been there for a few months but it’s okay, I made an appointment to bring my truck in this morning, I drop it off and leave my number, matthew took my number and said he would call me as soon as it’s ready, okay great right? Except I never get a call back or anything so around 4 I call up there and the sleezeball Matthew already left, and never called me, and also had ordered the wrong part. So they were going to keep my truck overnight there without telling me. Needless to say I picked my truck up and I’m taking it to a real dealership that doesn’t play around with their customers. If a owner or manager is reading this, thank your service manager Matthew for losing mine and my family’s business.

I purchased my 2015 Sierra from this dealer, which I have no complaints from the sales person Jonathan. I`ve taken my truck for service only to this dealer and have been treated excellent by Kevin Rivera. My truck went in for a minor transmission repair which took about 8 days, after picking my truck up a day later I realized I was missing several things from the interior ( pocket knife, flash light, 9mm magazine, portable power bank battery starter and a cup where I had a couple of dollars in change) I reached out to management was given a run around and never received a courtesy call with a resolution. I went back to speak with Management, which never came out of their office to greet me and give me an explanation, all I received from the messenger was a We are sorry, we upper management wont be able to help Moral of the story, dont leave anything of value in your vehicle when dropping it off at this dealer for service.

Our salesman, Clay, was attentive and knowledgeable and really listened to what we were asking for. Despite me being all over the place on what I wanted, he managed to point me toward the right vehicle.The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the same thing I read in a few others here. Their website shows you the lowest possible price on the vehicle if you get every possible rebate. Most people don’t qualify for every rebate and will end up paying more than the website shows. While I understand the dealership is covered legally on this point, it does feel a bit shady. Forget what the web price shows. You will start from the sticker price when you are negotiating.Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend the dealership to others.
