This Publix I would usually give a 5/5 ! Today … nope! Never seen such terrible customer service, these younger employees have no respect. Don’t even acknowledge they are checking you out just going about their own business talking to other employees about personal life taking their time checking me out … might need to remind them what customer service and respect is. And doesn’t Publix ALWAYS ask if you need help out with your groceries ?? Or did that stop? Felt like I wasn’t even noticed there. I’m really upset at this Publix, usually better than this.

Shopping at Publix is always AWESOME. Even though I order a difficult custom made sub every time, they take delight in perfecting it.Publix has nothing but the finest and most pleasant people service professionals on the force.They could absolutely monetize their training module, and every corporation in the USA would become a joy to deal with almost instantly. I went there for my medication. It was already prepaid from home and ready to be picked up. I think its one of the best ways to do this now. Being that this virus is all over the place supposedly. Just went up told my name and he gave me my prescription. Great app. Thanks

Went here a while back and bought some Graters Ice Cream, there was a couple that had packaging slightly different than the others. I grabbed it thinking it was newer or something and didnt give it a second look. Turned out to be a couple of years old, it happens. They replaced it without question but seems hard to believe something could stay on the shelves that long past expiration.

This Publix is very nice and big I got everything I needed and want the cashiers and all the Employees ate very helpful thank you Publix

Track was clean, facilities were clean, and the equipment appeared clean. Staff was professional and we had no problems with them. Great experience overall, will definitely be going back to reduce my lap times!

This Publix really is a pleasure to shop at. They always carry the stuff my family wants to buy. The baked goods are fresh and the store is always well stocked. They also have a nice sel6of meats and cheeses and gourmet stuff to put together a charcuterie plate. Has a huge wine section. Its more expensive than Walmart but compariible to Target in price. This Publix is actually my favorite place to shop.

Just a tad over priced and I wish they had more vegan friendly items.

Store is super nice and clean. Staff friendly but I didnt really see them go up to people and ask if they could help you like I see at many other Publix stores. Also the selves needed facing and a lot of missing product space.

Every time I shop at this Publix, Ruth is always a pleasure! I always make sure to go through her line. In the midst of this hectic pandemic, she always ask how me and my family are doing, if we’re healthy and how my job is. Even though I’m only in her line for a short period of time (just cause how quickly and efficiently she does her job) she makes me feel like a friend that she genuinely cares about me.

Its a great experience, like any other publix. theyre all magnificent.

Publix Deli Review: Is there anything Mo Betta than their Boris Head Italian Sandwich with Extra Provolone Cheese? I always have second thought due to their prices for a full sub...but when i get home and i open the wrapper....wowowow huge and delish!!!! ensure you get the oil/vinegar on the side in case u need to save a half in the fridge for later to avoid sogginess...Thanks Publix!!!!

This used to be a great store. Walmart is much cleaner and still enforces some social distancing. Publix was afraid to enforce a mask mandate even when the county mandated it. Disappointed in this location and publix response to pandemic overall. Employees are unprofessional and lacking in hygiene as well. Specifically in the deli. Masks dont cover noses of those working directly with deli meat. Deli employee chased another emploee with a raw chicken breast. I cant go back. I just cant.

Very disappointed in the service today. Asked an employee where something was and told the wrong information. The bagger was not very nice. When they rang up an item for the wrong price the cashier still charged me for the item. I thought it was Publix policy to ring it up free when it rings up wrong and not give attitude about it. Instead I was charged for the item. I have always had a good experience at Publix but lately the employees have not been very nice. I guess I need to drive further to a different to get better service. #newmanagementneeded#RIPcustomerservice

Store MANAGEMENT is dismissive.PUBLIX MANAGEMENT SHAME ON YOUToday 4th of July I went to the store to get a few items in the middle of the COVID Pandemic when I see a woman in the frozen isle climb into the freezer SHOES and all to get an item.I called to her attention she could seek assistance vs climbing in the freezer with her sneakers on. She proceeded to cuz me out.I approached two of the workers down the isle that were adding bags of ice and they nodded at me. I also expressively went to the store manager and she politely dismissed me.Another customer who had seen the whole thing approached me as I was leaving the store and said to me.... “you know the store manager is not going to do a anything.. she was just trying to hush you away.... I know that myself, but to see another customer observe and bring up the same point speaks very poorly of PUBLIX.They cleanliness at the store is just not there.I described the customer and what she was wearing. Short of giving her a video I could have not been more thoughtful for the safety of other patrons which this lady and the manager did not even give it a second through.Who in hell climbs into a freezer shoes and all and think it is acceptable behavior? So we wear masks to protect ourselves and is ok for some random lady to put her SHOES inside of the frozen area????PUBLIX MANAGEMENT SHAME ON YOU.

This is a really nice store with wide aisles, large selection of products and a beautiful meat department. They always have what I want out in the meat cases, and they will always cut something for me in the meat department if I don’t see what I need. The customer service is always good. They also do a great job on the Publix subs. I generally like to come here rather than going to the Avalon Publix, which is across the street from my house, so that should tell you how highly I view the store!

Great little Publix supermarket - at the time of this review, it still had the older Publix look, but staff & management keep it so clean & fresh at all times. (Even after they lost power during Hurricane Irma!) Excellent selections in all categories. ...and of course, their amazing Publix subs! YUM!

Usually I like going to this particular Publix... but today was an off day. There is an older gentlemen with glasses in the deli department where they make the subs ... I had him make my sub. Big mistake. All the ingredients fell out of the sub... he didn’t care and just grumbled under his breath, and just kept making it. If he is there next time I’m there, I will firmly request another associate make my sandwich.

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday and they made the wrong decoration. Before putting my order I asked several times the lady in charge if it was okay to do that old Thomas Coal Car design (from like last year) even if they didn’t have it in the book. And she said yes, no problem, we don’t have the toy but just buy it and put it yourself. Okay... that’s what I did but I arrive the day of the birthday to pick up the cake and booom just what I feared the most... they did the wrong Thomas design. The decorators didn’t even said hello, they never apologized for making the wrong decoration and even put a face like if I was bothering. I even apologized and told them sorry for giving a hard time (when they were the ones making the wrong order) but that’s just me. They did agree on fixing the cake and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. They did correct it, but didn’t include the Thomas topper (not the toy, the topper that it eas supposed to be included), no spatula to cut the cake, the cake was too sugary, I swear it was like eating 10 lbs of white sugar. Worse cake I have ever eaten in my life. This Publix needs to pay more attention to his Bakery personnel, and customer service. I worked in retail and customer service and this is not acceptable. At least employees should be able to say I’m sorry and be more empathetic.
