I am very impressed with this dealerships service department. Michael has been a true customer service orientated individual that patiently listens to your concern, provides reasonable options, and stays in communication. The rest of the team is just as great. I had an issue with my VW where we were getting ready to pull a lemon law. We had brought it to the Lakeland Dealership where we originally purchased it, 3 times (highly recommend no one goes there!). One trip to VW North Orlando and the level of attention was a thousand times better than Lakeland. They tirelessly looked for way to make the repairs even though they could not replicate the problem and still replaced parts. After nearly 2 months, the problem happened again and because of their great customer service we decided to try one more time. This time they not only discovered the problem, found a second issue, completed a recall, did the 10,000 mile service and to top it off, Michael came in on his day off to let us know the car was ready and even though the service department was closed, he left it with Sales so we could conveniently pick it up. Hands down, blown away. Thank you!!!!

My recent experience with Orlando VW North was extremely frustrating. A simple request to have a faulty key fob looked at and replaced, resulted in a 2032 battery being changed out. When a week later, the key fob stopped working completely and I had no way to start the car, I contacted Service Manager who required that I have the car towed to dealership. He took no responsibility for the inconvenience or cost to me. Ive owned 5 VW Jettas in my lifetime and 2 were purchased when this dealership was David Mauss VW North. Clearly service has declined under its new ownership.

They took care of me at a moments notice during a tyre leak recently😄
