TONY IS THE MAN!!!! I have never been so excited like this in my life. I just moved out here to Orlando and was real hesitant on where I should bring all my cars and I’m so glad I brought them here! Not only did he make my beauty’s look even sexier but the price was so AFFORDABLE! Most people try and rob you but not here! They are honest and upfront and go above and beyond! Not only do they do audio sounds but they also do lights and so much more! This is now my 5Th car that I have brought here and I’m telling all my friends and family members to come here as well!!! Tony is the most knowledgeable person in the music world. He rewired all 3 of my chuchero boxes rewired my entire wire system for my car and I’m an beyond speechless. I also has installed 3amp, big 3 and subwoofer installed in my car. And when the music plays, it sounds loud and super clear. People come up to me says they heard me before evening seeing me. Full quality work you would never be disappointed. I keep recommending people to creative car audio all day and everyday.

I went to Creative Car Audio in Jan of 2020 and waited a full year before writing a review so I could see how well things were installed.Tony, the owner, went above and beyond what I expected. He spent over an hour answering my questions on the phone while I was doing price quotes and discussing what would be installed; after the install was completed he made time for me drop in for him to tweak the crossover points for the speakers twice. His customer service skills are top notch.I am not a car audio guy, so I relied heavily on Tony to tell me the truth when I asked him questions. He was honest and told me what areas I could cut costs to save money and what areas my money would go further. Looking back, he was right on everything. I’m extremely pleased with his recommendations to me, and glad that he took the time to explain things to me in a kind and patient manner.I did have some issues after the install. About 3 months later the wiring to the front passenger speaker went bad and that speaker eventually failed to work. I called the shop, made an appointment, and they fixed it ASAP. After the appointment they told me that they had incorrectly installed the tweeters the first time so they adjusted them, which meant I had to re-EQ the head unit.It is frustrating that those problems occurred. But, I have to give credit to Tony who not only caught his crew’s mistake but also let me know he attended to it personally to make sure it was done right. Furthermore, he apologized that his crew did not meet his standards, and took full responsibility for the issue. I was impressed by his honesty and transparency with me. I have been to other audio shops in Orlando who have not only lied to me, but they failed to acknowledge my existence after the install was paid for.Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the end product. The speakers sound amazing, the bass vibrates my butt in the seat, and Im really happy. Sure, there were a few kinks to work out, but in the end Tony demonstrated compassion and care for his customers even after they pay him and drive away. I remember reading all of the 5-star reviews and thinking to myself “is this place really that good?” But, here I am a year later, writing and leaving a 5 star review myself. I will be back to have Tony upgrade my next car, (or maybe this one?) in the future, for sure. He’s the kind of locally-owned shop that you want to keep in business.

He went there to pick up 2 things and met Tony the owner and hed be the owner and he took time out of his day to sit there talk with me and and give me knowledge on newer products and better products that will work with my setup highly recommend stopping by and getting work done there its worked on there they do amazing work as Ive seen a few of their projects that are currently in the shop

They are very cool and easy to talk to who have proven expertise in car audio (and more but I can’t speak on those). I was having connection issues after I tried to connect my aftermarket radio to my car. Went there and they fixed it for me at a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend this place!

Bad service sat there for ever no one came out

The company reached out to us and we came to an understanding and we made amends so I feel much better as a result.We were told by Tony, the install would take two days so I dropped my car off on Thursday at 9AM and signed an invoice $300 for labor install. I called at 3PM on Friday to say I already had a window tinting appointment scheduled for Saturday morning and wanted to see what time I could pick up my car and since he is not done just please put my car back the way it was when I brought it. Tony, at that time advised me that they needed to keep my vehicle and I said well okay we can bring it back once the tint guy is finished. He told me no bring it back on Monday because he had another appointment scheduled for tomorrow which confused me since A.) my car was not completed and B.) he already kept my car for the two days as he initially specified. I arrived at the shop at 7:15PM (as he asked) and my rear car seat was on the ground and he again specified that he already had to pay the guy to take my car apart & mind you I already had an amp added previously by another shop so I only wanted an Audison Bit one processor added and a JL audio 500/1. I was asked to pay $100 since he had to pay his guy so we did in cash. He put my car back together and we left. I had to go back the next day after several calls and no return call because my front speakers were no longer working and Tony did hook them up at that time. I came back to his shop on Monday and asked again how long will you need to keep my vehicle this time? He said three days and since I did not come in at 10AM he said he took another vehicle so he would not be able to work on my car until later on. I asked him what exactly are you planning to do? The invoice you had me sign was blank and also we gave you $100 on Friday so we only owe you $200 right? He said no we still owe him $300. I said for what? He said he had to pay his guy and I said to him really that should be in your budget not mine. I at that time told my husband I DO NOT want this man touching my BMW. The amount of incompetence at this shop is horrible. If you are any business and you provide a service you must be able to communicate effectively with your customers. You cannot assume that we as consumers are just ignorant and will accept whatever excuse you think will do or your business my just fail as a result. I am not pleased that I donated $100 to this business but I thank GOD that I did not give them $400. Please be mindful of that when you decide to allow them to install anything in your vehicle.

I installed my radio around Christmas, but when I originally called to get instructions to install I do not recall them telling me I had to tap into pin 10 in the Harness to complete steering wheel controls. No idea what that means, Tony does. I needed the steering wheel controls completed and FM booster installed, and Tonys price was great. No overcharge or extras, the price he told me for a Professional install. Tony took care of me, I have to finish trim and install two sets of componet speakers, but once buttoned up and installed, back to Tony for a final tune.

First I would like to give a bit of background about my review. I replaced my factory Monsoon system in my Solstice with a Kenwood BT Stereo and Amp. I also replaced all of the factory speakers. The installation went well but the sound I got was very disappointing. The highs were painful to listen to and the sound was very distorted. I came to find out that Kenwood has crossover and filter settings on both the Stereo and the Amp. I had them both set!!! It was very frustrating to pay all of that money for a system only to have it sound horrible. I did a lot of searching to see if I could find an installer who would possibly be willing to help me out. I came across Creative Car Audio, read their reviews and decided to give them a try. Tony and his crew were EXCELLENT!!! They treated me with great respect and taught me a lot about the new system that I installed. Tony took the time to personally work through the setup issues that I had and also recommended a set of speakers to replace the front set that I had purchased (the new set had its own crossover network that made a huge difference). So, after they installed the new speakers and also tweaked the settings, I now have a system that sounds AWESOME!! The sound is clear and not distorted. The painful highs are gone and I can now enjoy my music again on my two hour drives to work and back everyday. Tony and his crew have my business from this day forward. This Engineer is very happy with their work and service and have no problem recommending them to others. Three thumbs up!!!!

I called this establishment one hour before closing on a Saturday to have some stereo equipment installed in my Jeep. I had a pioneer unit that would not turn on after a battery replacement. Tony was able 2 diagnose the issue which involved taking entire dash apart to get to the problem. I ordered new unit because I wanted to upgrade and Tony came back for the install and reassemble the dash and helped with programming. Very satisfied with his attention to detail. I would recommend him for anyones automotive audio needs.

To say that I had a good experience working with these guys would be an understatement. I am very picky when it comes to who I hire to work on my car and I decided to give tony a chance. First of all you should know he is a car guy through and through. He knew everything about my BMW M3 and seems like he can work on it with his eyes closed. He did the job faster than expected and did not do a bait and switch on me with the price. I couldnt ask for a better job and he has earned a customer for life.
