Every time i come here, i always find the best stuff. both stores have a great selection of trendy vintage pieces and modern clothes from expensive brands at a great price. i have also had a good experience selling to them as they are always fair with pricing and friendly. they will always answer your questions. definitely check out this hidden gem!

Options are nice prices ok..one clothing item for $50.. low reviews because theres NO RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS.. had to cut shopping short because I had to use the restroom

The service is terrible. I don’t agree that they have the best “payout” in town. I’m also aggravated that they shorted me .50 cents in my buy. It’s not a lot but if you don’t pay out 50 people $.50 then you have essentially stolen $25. Especially since I was making a purchase and it could have been applied to that.

This is a really cool place to buy clothes or resell your vintage, new or near new items. They play good music and its a good vibe in the store. I went there to consign some items to make space in my closet, and I almost bought several items! The prices are good for very good well-known luxury brand names. They sell new clothing as well. They have lots of different styles of clothing. I was pleasantly surprised. Ill definitely come back in the future.

Bought from them 3 times now! Love how they reuse packaging, wish more places did this! Everything comes packaged beautifully! Shipping is prompt. All items have been as described and in excellent condition. The prices were fair for the condition of the items I bought. Recently they could not find a pair of earrings I purchased, and I received a hand written card from the owner apologizing w/ the refund in cash. This particular package was expedited overnight shipped and I did not pay for this shipping. I also received complimentary lotions. The customer service is great!

In recently did an online selling transaction with Dechoes, and it was super easy! Kerri was very quick to respond on social media; I was able to tell her what I had, get an offer, and come in with the items within a few hours! It went really smoothly, and the college park location was adorable. The girls working were really sweet, and I even found a cute pair of shoes while I was waiting ❤️ Definitely going to recommend them!

Kerri (the owner) of the store is so passionate about what she does. She is fair, honest and knows her space about designer things with knowledge. Trust her process and remember that there’s a market for resale. Not everything will be accepted for consignment because of the market value. Kerri has always be so nice, welcoming and helpful. I come here every time I do a spring cleaning to sell my things and also love what she has to shop for!

This place is just okay. I originally came in to sell three brand new items (tags on with original receipt). They evaluated them quickly and they offered me a check within a few minutes. However, they only gave me 40% of what they were worth. I regretted selling my things there as soon as I walked out the door. The money they offered me just wasn’t worth the time I spent driving to the store (40 minutes). Of course, I realize they need to make money too, but I wish I just sold them myself. I also had a chance to walk through the store and look through their selection. It is very small and does not offer much variety. However, what they do have is nice and a good deal. I agree with some of the reviewers that the employees were not very nice. Customer service is something they could improve if they would like to compete with some of the other consignment/resale stores in the area. Overall, I would not choose to sell (unless I needed money ASAP) or shop here again.

Really well curated store with really fair prices. I personally was really impressed with the customer service. People at the store were really helpful in terms of setting up a dressing room without me having to ask and offering useful opinions on certain pieces.

Such a fantastic shop! The prices are great, whether you are buying or selling and the staff is super friendly! If your lucky the owners will be there (who are incredible) and they will have brought their adorable French bulldog GiGi with them 🥰🐶😄

5 out of 5 stars - I love this place! I have been shopping here for the past 15 years, and it still does not disappoint. Prices to some are a little higher than most, however the customer service, friendliness, atmosphere, and diversity in product make it well worth going. I think the owner is fantastic, and does a phenomenal job in choosing who she allows the privilege of working in such an eclectic atmosphere. Customer service for me has always been amazing! When selling here, I am always offered a fair amount (more than Id get from other resale shops) for the items I bring in, however when they do pass on certain articles as many other resale shops do, I dont take offense. Clearly they know their clientele, they know what sells in store and what doesnt. In that if youre in the area and are thinking about checking this place out, do yourself a favor and do it! You wont regret it!

I have been shopping at Dechoes for almost 8 years and appreciate them being selective with what they buy from sellers. I absolutely love the staff and the owner (Kerri). Dechoes has very reasonable prices on vintage and designer items. I have lived in Houston and Philadelphia and hands down Dechoes is the best consignment store I have been to.

Been going to Dechoes for a while and I absolutely love the place. Staff is generally very kind, the stuff is great and they offer more for selling then most other resale stores in the area.This review is to serve as feedback for the staff. I had a negative experience today with one of the staff members. I brought some clothes in to sell right when the store opened because that was the only time i had available. The employee that I dealt with was pretty rude despite my positive demeanor. I understand they were opening and that she had a lot to deal with. I offered to leave my stuff and come back later but she still was giving off negative vibes. She was most likely tired or had personal stuff that she was dealing with. As someone who has worked many jobs in the retail and service industry, i understand the struggle but at the end of the day, customer service is key. If a store hours are listed, then customers should have every right to come in between those hours. If she was having a bad day, I wouldve done everything in my power to make it a little bit more pleasant. Just wasnt given the opportunity.Regardless, I recommend that everyone check this place out. Its pretty rad.

I’ve been such a fan of Dechoes from the moment I found them on Instagram which led me to visit their store when in Orlando a few months ago. I’ve been following their posts and watching how fast they sold out- with me wanting to buy a lot of them but being too late before it’s already gone. Recently, I tried to purchase an item from Echoes which to my understanding was MINE. I was charged incorrectly ($$$ more)and when I questioned why the price was higher then the agreed upon price, they let me know that it had been sold to someone else. I was extremely disappointed, and they offered no further explanation other then “it’s already been sold!” I understand that it’s a business but I expected a little more then “sorry not sorry” from a company like Dechoes. Needless to say, lost a loyal customer that has been referring your store and website to multiple girlfriends since discovering it.

I used to visit this place on occasion and find great deals and lucky treasures. Now its all just super high-end stuff that no average person can afford. Not to mention the staff is not only unhelpful, theyre often downright rude. They always look at me like I dont belong there or Im inconveniencing them with my questions. I steer clear nowadays.

The staff was super friendly, and although the clothes were a bit eccentric, I can definitely see myself finding some gems there. Its a fun vintage store, with especially interesting finds that may be great for costume/theme parties and events.

I shop here from time to time and always manage to find a couple of great deals on nice brands. Its often that the items still have the original tags on them.

Great selection of stuff I havent been able to find at other thrift stores. Also Ive always had the best luck there. Everything Ive ever touched in the store has fit perfectly and I paid a small fraction of what I wouldve got it anywhere else!

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! I brought in several items for sell that were all high end vintage pieces; Gucci, Chanel, D&G etc. I was treated poorly and not only that I was insulted by the tall chubby white male staff member handling my items by offering me 25.00 for a rare chanel purse and a vintage D&G crop top I was also told my Gucci item was a replica because it “looks different” online. Really? You base authenticity by pictures online? I was beyond FLOORED! I do not recommend anyone to do business with this store you will be treated unfairly and offered drug addict prices for your items. This store should be out of business for the treatment they give to customers!!!

This place has lost all its dignity. Their buy process is mindless these days. They used to be meticulous about selecting clothing, but now it takes them 5 mins to barely sift through 20+ items, of which they take maybe one or two, and then offer you a couple bucks. Literally. They will offer you $2. Its not about the items being in perfect condition or seasonal anymore either; they seemingly only take the most anti-stylish and ambiguously branded items, if theyre not designer. And the designer prices are literally designer prices. Nothing about this feels like the cool, reasonably priced consignment shop it used to be. The people working there are also in a perpetual state of eye roll. Right back at you, guys.

I have been a client of kerri’s for years. Every time I walk into the store I am highly greeted served with beverages and phenomenal, outstanding customer service. This Modernized Bohemian style chic store is on my list of best boutiques to shop at and I highly recommended it to anyone visiting from out of town or even living here. Their buyers are highly trained in authenticity of the product. What is trending and what is not trending. If you want to make a statement this is the place you need to be. A place of Fashion Trendsetters for fashionista and fashionisto needs. Highest quality for a bang for your buck!

I’ve been at this location twice and they have a semi-dope collection of designer and all of that. But this review isn’t really on the products they carry it’s more about their customer service. I shop looking bummy, don’t really care to dress up to shop since I need the “inspiration” anyways right? Well I come in in slides and my work uniform and all 3 of the employees working sorta look down on me, pay no attention, or ask if I need help with anything. My guess was that if I was dressed down I’m not up to their “standards”. As I proceed to check out (I found an item) a gentleman in a gucci polo with a sliver necklace treats me poorly as he rings me up and doesn’t seem to want to help me finalize this sale (also he gave me no receipt). I get it, a high end resell store and all but costumer service is always important and they did a terrible job. Wish you all well though. God bless!

I think 1 star it too much for this store. I was told by phone they were a brand specific store and that I should visit their website first, so I did and then came down to the store with some Aldo and Calvin Klein purses, and MAC makeup and they just told me they wouldn’t take any of those brands. I told the guy that those brands were in their website and guess what he answered me: “sorry we have not UPDATED our website in a while”. Wow, just wow!!!!!

I enjoy the selection of second hand clothing and accessories they have here. Ive found several excellent deals.

Nice store, but wouldnt take my Giorgio Armani or Hugo Boss suits and matching pants so much for being a high end buy and sell store.

I always have very friendly service here with a funky, cool atmosphere. The selection is varied and eclectic. They have a lot of mens shirts and jackets, as well as womens clothing for the young adult and teen demographic. There is also a good amount of clothing older clientele would like. The styles range from work clothes, to casual, to a night out on the town. Most of it trends toward dressy. The jewelry is my favorite - so unique! They also have sunglasses, candles, accessories, scarves, shoes, hats, and a few home decor items.Check them out every few months because their inventory changes. The prices are fantastic. Most of it is around $10 a piece. Brand name items that were originally $100 retail would be about $25 here, for example. They also do a drink and shop party once a season where they give you a beverage and all their stock is marked down. I enjoy my experience at this Dechoes more than the other locations.

It was just ok, been to better, the emplyees are rather stuck up . Yes we got greeted when we walked in,. Wife and i never asked if we needed anything. Some possible product was brought in by a young lady and gentlemen, who asked for help, or a cart to bring in it in. Neither was given. Then as if 3 hygenas they attacked the boxes of clothing, with one verbal insult after another. So with that the wife she put the dress she had in hand back and we left. Grow up to the nasty crew, life is not all tattoos and fabulously self proclaimed talent. Everyone has different taste,
