Cookies by design took great care of me when i ordered a cookie cake to be delivered in lake mary. they made the ordering process quick and concise. when i called to verify delivery details the person on the phone was very helpful. and my friend loved her cookie cake! definitely recommend :)

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: I give the business 5 stars for the way the problem was ultimately handled. The owner contacted me immediately upon opening the next business day and apologized for the delivery problem and lack of communication and promptly credited my credit card. Accidents happen. Despite not receiving my cookie order, the owner handled the situation very politely and professionally. I will definitely give them another try based on the way they handled the issue.I only gave one star because Google wont let you post without giving at least one star. This should be a negative star rating. I placed an order two days ago and paid for it in full including delivery. It was to be delivered today. I called today at 3:15pm to be sure that the order was on its way and the store personnel assured me it was out for delivery. Well, it is now 5:30pm and I did not receive my order and no one at the store is answering the telephone or replying to email. I used to place 5-6 orders a year with this franchise. I am disheartened to realize that I cant patronize the Cookies By Design franchise in Orlando anymore - they COMPLETELY failed to deliver what was promised and paid for!

I ordered same day service by noon and the Orlando shop was able to deliver a beautiful and delicious basket of cookies for me before noon! The people at the shop were friendly and extremely helpful. The prices were very reasonable. Thank you!

Great customer service and they stayed on the phone with my mom for hours so she could custom order a basket for my birthday. However, When the cookies arrived they tasted absolutely awful and had a chalky texture and were so dry I couldnt eat another bite. This was so unfortunate seeing as my mother payed a huge amount of money to get this for me.

I love going here. ill return family next time. this place has an awesome feel to it. reminds me of a cafe in chicago i loved to visit.

We literally called at 4:55pm (they close at 5pm) with an order for 50 shamrock cookies needed at a St. Patricks Day lunch the next day. Juan called the baker and together they not only made the most beautiful cookies, the cookies were packaged in a festive way and delivered with time to spare. This is truly GREAT customer service!Please support this local business!

Horrible service. The website clearly listed their hours as opening at 10 AM... I called at 10:15 to have something delivered for that day and she said driver had already left at 10! I explained I really needed it today and told her the website said open at 10... she could care less! Hes to busy to come back and thats just the way it is! I would NEVER give them my business and she refused to address the fact that the website had the wrong time!

I incorrectly thought that because the store was not open on Saturday we would not receive our order. I called repeatedly and left angry voicemails as well as emails and was very frustrated. Nevertheless, I was wrong in my assumption and the order arrived as promised and the delivery person was very understanding of my confusion and embarrassment. So the customer service is obviously top notch and the cookies are as delicious as always!
