Good day, it was an unpleasant experience. Despite the fact that i ordered 3 medium T-shirts and me telling them that i want the t-shirts to be medium, they still gave me large ones. The quality of the t-shirts was 4/10 and then when i called them on the phone, they were rude and did not let me finish my sentences by interrupting me. Also, they hung up on me couple of times while i was talking, although i was being polite to them. They also kept blaming me for a mistake that clearly they made and kept saying that i said large and wrote on the form large which is not true. The lady there told me that they can reprint the t-shirts for less and i agreed. As soon as i got there, i heard her yelling at her employees to stop messing up the orders which indicates that it was their fault. Then i was talking to one of the guys, he told me that they will be done in an hour, so i asked him if i can pick them up tomorrow, the lady in the back was having an attitude and told me “no you have to come and get them in an hour because i do not want deal with more issues.” I went back to them after almost 2 hours and they were not even done. Then when i finally got my shirts after a long wait, the quality of them was bad and they had something else wrong which was they wrote “!” Instead of a ? I told the guy about that mistake and he said “it looks like an ! Not a ? I did not want to argue with them because i know they do not care about what the customers say or think and they are rude to customers who point out the mistakes that were done by them. The question mark was clear but still he managed to see it as an explication mark. I don’t advise anyone to go there due to the bad quality and horrible customer service.

Called to try to order shirts same day. Did my best to adhere to their deadline. After several back and forth communication between them and my boss I went to pay the invoice to find that it had been canceled and they blocked my phone number. Totally get if you didn’t want to make our shirts due to how close we were to your deadline but being a childish by blocking my number and canceling our order? Unprofessional my dude.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was rudely turned away because they didnt like the picture I wanted printed on a shirt for my boyfriend. What I want printed on a shirt is no ones choice or business but my own. This is also after I already paid, meaning they already accepted the sale! The man working the front saw no problem with my image, it was only the lady who sits behind the computer. Her only reasoning was I dont print stuff like that. She clearly has a very outdated and old fashioned mindset. Good luck staying in business if youre that easily offended.Background info: the image was not offensive to anyone. It was an image of me in a swimsuit. No vulgar wording or offensive terms were used.

Decided to drop because I have suggested that the church use them, but I needed something simple. I asked for numbers to be put on the back of the shirt. When I looked on the wall at the number examples, I asked the clerkWhich ones did I have to choose from? He informed me that they were computer generated. Such a friendly staff and really quick turn around! I was in town for our companys annual soccer tournament and we needed team names and numbers printed on the back of 16 jerseys. I wanted to get shirts for funeral and paid over $250 for 12 shirts. Poor quality, not satisfied but Owner was nice and offered future 15% off which not sure I will ever use. Wish I would have invested the $ in funeral expenses instead. Lesson learned. I guess I didnt ask enough questions, it was my 1st time but I also wasnt thoroughly informed.

I just got back from having 2 unicorn tee shirts made while I waited. Theres only one way to describe the people and their work -AWESOME!!! I needed 2 tee shirts right away. I called to see if they could do it. The man who answered the phone was so polite and friendly. When I got there, the woman owner (wish I knew her name) took so much time doing the art work to make sure it was what I wanted. Her talent shined when she changed colors and shades on the design. Had the absolute best experience here. The customer service was fantastic and the quality of the final product was top notch. I went in Monday, with plans to leave town the next day, when I needed the shirts by, and within an hour the same day, I was walking out the door with my four shirts in hand. Could not recommend this place enough!!

My experience was everything and more! My design came out exactly like I wanted, and the service was very quick and efficient. I was even able to see the process of my shirt being made. The owners were very nice and their youngest son is a business man in the making. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

Awesome team and awesome work! They have the best prices we could find especially on such a short notice for needing our t-shirts for our summer camp staff. She even took an additional order and had it ready at the same time as our original invoice. She worked with us to get us the best price quote and best shirt for our small budget. Please do not do business with them. I never experience something like this in my life. The owner does not know how to treat people. She goes about doing things the wrong way. I went in to get 5 Disney shirts for my family for this weekend. I took a screenshot to have proof of the artwork and show my boyfriend the work. I was excited this is our first time as a family getting matching shirts and going to Disney. When I made it home and looking at the artwork I screenshot. I notice it was an error and couldn’t wait to call to make sure they catch it. Also, email them to let them know that night. Long story short the owner jump the defensive and say I should send over the corrections. Which I already did. I ask her questions just to confirm everything she rushes me off the phone. So I call back to get a clear understanding to make sure she have my email. Stuff to that nature long story short she blocks me and cancels my order and charging me a restocking fee. I never ask for it to cancel. So I dont have my money back or shirts. Im so upset and want to let everyone know that she is a rip-off and do not know how to talk to people

Wow! Just Wow! We had a shirt emergency and these guys saved us. We tried to do an iron on for a birthday (last minute) ... and we ruined it. We were able to go in same day and get a new shirt done. Another shop I called laughed and said ‘no way’. Amazing service, amazing staff. This is my new custom t-shirt shop for all time now.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If there was a zero-star option, I would still rate below that. If you want professional work done right and on time, look elsewhere. I dont want to elaborate on the miserable experiences encountered here, I just want to ward anyone away from here and let this serve as a warning. Might as well make your own shirts, and dont believe those 4+ star reviews. Its all baloney.UPDATE: There is no Spencer in their database because there was absolutely no way I would patronize a place with such nasty staff.

Rude and just rude they act like they can never be wrong. I had a problem with one of my shirts called to let them know and just straight rudeness. I find it pretty ridiculous especially for the price I payed. Whatever just won’t ever come back here don’t even waste your money or time.
