We received quotes from 4 different companies before deciding to move forward with Greens. Honestly a large part of our decision was due to our experience with the sales rep, Robbie. He was professional, kind, and was not pushy or obnoxious like 2 of the other companies we spoke to. He was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of our questions without the sales tactics that drove us away from the other companies.Greens also has very reasonable financing, and we were able to find a plan that fit our budget for the work we needed to have done (New AC, Ducts, Vents, Returns, etc). Everyone we spoke to from our first contact to the final inspection and follow up were a pleasure to deal with.The installation team (especially Joel) was also very professional, patient, and they were on time every day and communicated very well. For some background we had a mold situation and they had to work around another vendor who was removing a wall and providing mold remediation services. The other vendor was not the easiest to coordinate with, but nonetheless Joel and the team at Greens completed the work quickly and professionally. The installation team was also very patient and answered all of our questions. All of the new vents, ducts, returns etc were installed perfectly, and they let us know in detail what they were doing and how to care for the new system .I cannot recommend them enough, and we are extremely happy with the service we received.

He is very professional, explained the diagnosis in details and fixed the problem. He made sure that everything worked smoothly before he left. I am a very satified customer!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They cracked a pipe during routine maintenance and it ruined a substantial amount of wood flooring in our home. They refused to provide any type of payment to the repair for the wood (which 25 SF had to be completely replaced and now does not match the rest of our homes flooring). Also they would not refund the amount we paid for the service that caused the damage. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Patrick was our tech for our annual A/C inspection and maintenance - you definitely want him assisting with your A/C!! He was punctual, professional, and so knowledgeable. He was instrumental in us getting rid of some unknown moisture and bacteria issues in our unit that previous technicians had not made us aware of. It was eye opening and so helpful! He was patient, answered all of our questions and was great with our curious pets. I highly recommend him!

Oh my goodness. We love them. Every technician that has come to our home has been friendly, informative and helpful without pushing us to purchase anything. The past two services we got were complimentary because we did have one service that left our house a little messy, but they certainly made up for it and exceeded our expectations. Greens Energy Services is 100% my go to AC company. Here is why:I just purchased a new home and have a home warranty through American Home Shield. They sent out two different AC companies (not Greens). One did a ton or work that still didnt fix the problem. The second pitched me on over $1,000 worth of work that wasnt covered by my warranty. They also wanted to cut my AC off for two days to find the leak.Fabian from Greens came out today as I wanted an opinion I trusted. Within a few minutes, using only a bottle of soapy water, he found a fixed the problem. Greens saved me hundreds of dollars and a HUGE amount of hassle. I will never stray from using them again. Fabian was professional, listened to my frustrating story (so that he had the background - sorry Fabian), and showed me the leak so I could see it with my own eyes. This is what a professional employee and company looks like!Note: They also did an amazing job installing a brand new system in our hold house.

We have been with Greens for 30+ years and appreciate their courtesy, prompt service. We have had several units (in different houses) installed by Greens. Our latest system replacement (inside and outside) were sold by a knowledgeable sales fellow, Russell, was knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. Our install went off without a hitch and within the time frame promised. Kudos to Joel & Joel on the friendly install. Yes, both install techs were names Joel! And I cant finish this review by calling out our regular Greens tech, Kelly. He is a perfect representative of this fine company. We looked at 4 different companies to get our new A/C and went with Greens. Not the least expensive or the most expensive. We decided to go with Greens again because of our history with them and their great people. Definitely recommend this company.

I installed my AC 8 years with Greens. I have kept up with the PM. Whenever there has been an issue, Greens responds promptly and has honored my service contract without question. The tech Patrick came today for my semi-annual maintenance. He showed me some areas of concern within the air-handler regarding bacteria etc. which is important to me due to a family respiratory issue. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly and very professional. I appreciate his detail not only to the physical aspects of the job but to the customer education he provided. Quick response & great customer service on 4th of July weekend. My A/C stopped working Sat. afternoon and I got a call back very quickly after leaving a message on the after hours voice mail. Sue was very helpful in asking me exactly what the problem was and told me exactly what to do until the technician came out the next day. Technician Will called, then came out early Sun. morning. He was very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing before, during and after the repair. He check out the system thoroughly, found and fixed the initial problem and also discovered a potential upcoming issue and took care of that as well. He was very patient with all of my questions. Overall, exceptional service and “customer” service on a holiday weekend. PS - when he first looked at the inside air handler, he noticed the UVLight. I told him I recently had it installed. He asked if they left a brochure which explains exactly what it does. I told him they didn’t; and when he was done with the repair, he left me a brochure.

The repair man Winston, arrived 4 hours earlier than scheduled, and when we told him it was not a good time he made it seem like our problem and told us to reschedule and that he didn’t have to call before he arrived. Called company and they did nothing about this situation. Do not recommend.

I received Greens Energys name as a referral from a co worker that has used them for some time to service their air conditioning system. My A/C unit went down late at night and my company that installed the unit 3 years ago is small and the owner/team were out of town on another job. I called Greens literally on Saturday morning at 10 and they scheduled me for the same afternoon. Jason was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain everything to me (thankfully it was nothing major, just more so a lack of me staying on top of the routine maintainance required). Chad did a competent job with my semi-annual HVAC servicing. However, when he told me that the run capacitor needed to be replaced (because it could fail) it took several questions and prompts to extract the reason why. Bottom line: the factory installed capacitor had a lower rating than Greens recommends. I paid for the upgrade because I trust the company, but the lack of an upfront explanation is disturbing. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5.

Love Greens!!! We had a few different companies and quotes come to our home prior to bringing in Greens Energy. The difference was unbelievable, Jason (one of the technicians), arrived on site to help us diagnose what was going on with our A/C. He informed me of details about my particular unit that i didnt necessarily *want* to hear but *had* to hear (resulting in an unprepared but justifiable extra expense). Once approved, I selected the system that was best suitable for my family. The pricing was excellent! The appointment to install the system was set up the next day. The installation team arrived on time to start work and finished in a timely manner. There were a few snags with the removing old condensate drain line under the house, however they were able to work around this. After the system was installed, the installation team walked me through all of the features on the thermostat. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend Greens Energy for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future.

Weve had Greens doing our biyearly maintenance and cleaning for several years.Recently our AC went out so we called Greens. The tech came out and said condenser motor went bad and gave us a price of $1,330.00. We asked how much to replace the condenser unit all together since it was almost out of warranty. They gave us a quote for $3,400 so we decided to get a few other estimates. Turns out we got the same unit installed for $1,000 less but the worst part is we also were told we had to have our coils replaced since they were damaged. Greens was the only company for years with access to our unit. When we asked Greens why they never said anything about our coils being damaged all this time we were told the technician never noted it so they had no way to go back and ask the tech. The coils were damaged during one of their cleanings or repairs since no one else has had access but since a dishonest tech never said a word,I now have to also get coils replaced at my expense. Greens said had we let them install new condenser unit they could haveworked with us on the cost of the coils. Seriously? Your techs damaged them and you wont stand behind them but you want towork with me ? I wont be doing business with Greens again and definitely would not recommend them since it appears to.me their techs damaged our unit and they failed to stand behind their work.

I was promptly informed that they would have someone out to me within a 3 hour window, but instead was called 10 minutes later and told that Patrick was already on his way!!Patrick quickly diagnosed the problem, clogged drain pipe, and set about addressing the issue. We then found a bit of a bacteria in the form of mold and though it was late on a Friday, Patrick took the time to consult with his boss on the best solution and stayed to do the job. This wasn’t an expected issue and the timing was tough, at the end of a hot week (working on AC units no less), but I am glad Patrick brought his problem solving skills and patience to my house that day.

We called Greens out today to take a look at our AC. It just stopped working overnight. They were able to get someone out the same day as the call. Robert was the technician who came out and did a great job. He detailed the steps he was taking to diagnose the problem and thoroughly explained everything to me. We have had Greens install an AC at a previous house and will continue to use them for our AC needs.

My AC stopped working Sunday evening and was so relieved Greens gave me a 9 - 12 appointment today. Patrick Altamirano arrived and was not only very knowledgeable he was extremely polite and just a really nice person. Patrick explained what needed to be done and pointed out things to me that I wasnt aware of which will my keep my unit running smoothly. Patrick kept his professionalism even when two of my little parrots flew on to his shoulder from behind.It obviously startled him but he handled it so well:-).

I have always been completely satisfied with Greens. They are professional, prompt and trustworthy. Patrick did a great job today with a service and suggestions to keep my system running well.

Scott was great and very patient answering all our questions and showed us step by step everything he intended to do. Because of the age of the system we decided to skip putting money out for the repair and go with a new system - still sticking with Greens. And, must add there was no pressure to go with new system by Scott - purely our choice.

George does a terrific job. He is personable, friendly to our dogs, and does a thorough maintenance job each time. We could not be more pleased with Greens!
