Such a fun and happy dining experience for our family. My husband brought us for a little vacay to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary. The children each had a delicious short stack of pancakes with bacon. Hubby and I shared the Eggs Benedict and a fruit and yogurt parfait. Everything literally tasted like it was made in-house, right down to the English muffins! On top of everything the service was excellent and I think the manager overheard us speaking a little. They gave us an anniversary discount! Totally amazing experience, great food and we will go back for breakfast in the morning!

No value for money. Very little food for the cost, long wait to be seated and even longer wait to get our food. Once they dropped food off they never asked if we needed anything else. Food was mediocre at best. The gluten free bun was impossible and ridiculous. Could not hold sandwich because it immediately disintegrated. Dont waste your money or time.

Let me start by saying my experience started with the ambiance of the beautiful Hyatt Regency Orlando hotel. The hospitality of all the staff was outstanding. Having said that, this was a very memorable experience for me because we were there for a very special occasion. God blessed myself and the wonderful people I was with, with favor. We had a six course meal and everything was mouth watery delicious!! Thanks to Marteen and Jerry for your service! And to all the chiefs, I was very great-full. Thank you

Stayed at the Hyatt while in town for a conference. The B-Line diner is on the lobby floor which makes eating there very convenient. The food was ok (nothing to write home about) but what I didn’t like was that I often had to get up to ask for drink refills. I wasn’t drinking an unusual amount of coffee or water- but halfway through a meal I’d usually finish both and want more. It seemed as though the wait staff operated under a 1drink policy because I was never refilled while eating there.Like many diners, breakfast was best and lunch and dinner were pretty rough. I tried the cheeseburger one day and it was pretty gross (didn’t seem cooked in the middle of the meat).Long story short- if you need a quick easy place for breakfast this is a good spot.

I thought this place had great potential and ate their twice because the lunch-options at the Convention Center next door were limited. While the portions were large, I thought the food was rather bland and way overpriced. The desert-options looked amazing, but didn’t want to spend any more money. Great decor and you had a choice of sitting at the counter. Our service was great at first but then quickly tapered off and we had to flag down our server for refills and check.

Cool diner on lobby level of Orlando Hyatt. Shiny and well laid out, theres a nice long counter you can sit at if you and your friends dont need a booth or table. Service is with a smile if not always attentive. Breakfast was jam up. Ill be trying a different meal another day during my stay Im sure. Includes an in-house Bakery that I assume made the jalapeno cornbread that was the base of my Lowcountry scramble. Very tasty. Hopefully somebody else thought to snag some photos because its a cool little joint.

Upscale diner, good food even at the slightly higher price. This diner is in a Hyatt, so you will pay more than your typical diner. That said, the food is a bit better than your standard diner and the service is excellent. They have a variety of vegetarian options which are marked on the menu, and some really excellent desserts. I had lunch here while staying at the Hyatt Hotel. This place is like an old fashion diner like you would find in the 50s. The food is mad right behind the bar, and even the executive chef was working lunch. The menu had a great variety of options for lunch and some great deserts. The menu items were very tasty and I was glad they offered gluten-free options. However, before going I contacted the Hyatt B-Line Diner via Instagram to verify that they served gluten free pancakes. They said yes, and I was very excited! However, when we went to eat dinner just after 5 p.m., I was told the kitchen would not make my gluten-free pancakes. It wasnt a dinner item. However, they lunch menu states it is an all day favorite. That is a lie. If they are going to charge 14.50 for pancakes and call it an all-day favorite, I should be able to get it all day. Also, the coffee shop down the hall serves gluten-free blueberry muffins in the same wrapper as the B-lines regular blueberry muffins but you cant get the gluten-free ones there! The coffee shop closes at 4, so it is impossible to get a good gluten-free desert after 4 p.m. I was glad they offered gluten-free, but it was just at the wrong times.

She got us an additional seat to put all of our bags in so that we had more room at our table to eat! It was incredibly sweet!!! Our server was No. I honestly cant say enough about him. He was prompt, unrealistically polite, and funny! The food was AMAZING! He was refilling our drinks before we even realized they needed it! Additionally, one of the members at our table received some emotional news during the meal that brought her to tears. We thought nothing of our location, but Mo noticed. He went and grabbed her a dessert, said he was hoping it would cheer her up and keep her from crying any more that day. Which made us all laugh and awe! He continued to thank us for doing business with them and wished us well on our way out. After years in the service industry, he TRULY epitomizes fantastic customer service! I honestly cant rave enough! Thank you!!!

So we decided to stop in to B-line Diner for my cousins birthday after a great night out in Orlando as we heard the food was great. We walk into an almost empty restaurant aside from a few tables and stand there for a few minutes, we check out the cake display to find only 2 kinds of cake in there the whole thing was empty. Everyone who worked there looked completely miserable not one smile from anyone. We ordered the grilled cheese and fries, I asked for well done crispy fries and got soft potatoy fries. Grilled cheese was ok, like something from a Denny’s. Definitely wasn’t what we were hoping for such a nice hotel.
