Friendly staff working but very slow for what I thought was a quick service diner. Ended up getting my chicken and biscuit to go and it was bland and dry with no flavor. I think they forgot the spicy honey sauce? This was my first time here but the sandwich was neither spicy or sweet just dry chicken and a biscuit.
Don’t be fooled by the number of people at the spot; I think they must just be hungry… The pics of the food are also deceiving because the taste left a lot to be desired! From oily bacon, dry, hard & cold pancakes; to a Western Omelet that was more like a project you would let a 5-yr old help you with… Just remember IHOP is across the street; lesson learned!
Everybody was so friendly and on top of everything. Ive never been at a restaurant where you order at the door first and then sit down. But it wasnt bad at all! They were there whenever we needed our drinks refilled and the food came out FAST and very tasty!!! Very nice experience and we left happy and full!
I’m here right now visiting from down south and I must write a review. The food is delicious as hell ! Some of these reviews serve no purpose!!!! Everything I taste is so fresh, crunchy and tender. Best food ever and on top of that I got the best customer service EVER !!! 5 stars to these guys seriously !
This is my first time coming since the new set up and process to order has been implemented. The new format is horrible. Now you have to order as soon as you walk in and seat yourself. The iced coffee tasted like flavorless milk. And to top that off we had to wait over 25 minutes for our food. The food was good, the flavor was definitely there. Though after we got the food nobody came to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything, which we did. We finished our food and waited for so long to have someone come by and ask if we needed to go boxes or anything. I ended up getting up and finding someone to ask for to go boxes. The service was so disappointing. I wish I could’ve taken the tip back that I gave when I had to pay initially upon ordering at arrival. The old service and set up was so much better. I only gave it two stars for the food. This was so disappointing and I will NOT BE RETURNING.
Decent breakfast overall. Eggs and grits devoid of any flavor so had to salt and pepper them to get enjoy them. Bacon perfectly crispy without being too greasy. Avocado toast flavors were conflicting and quite frankly off-putting. Lemon flavored avocado Im assuming to prevent the avocado from browning. Sure, okay but on honey flavored oatmeal bread that isnt actually toasted? Bizarre choice. Not sure who would ever want sweet avocado toast in lieu of savory. Also the express part was not quite that express. I can understand why they want to serve people quickly for higher customer turnover but it doesnt seem to work well.
The food was okay at best. The place was pretty dirty. The staff said they were still trying to clean up from the morning. Bear in mind we were eating at 5pm, so thats a long time. Got the meatloaf and beef tips. As I stated, it was okay at best. Nothing remarkable and will probably never go back
When you see lots of people eating inside then half the battle is realized. Good food inside. True to theory. Great food. Good service. Fun meal.
Dont order from here its incredibly disorganized and the staff are highly inept at even the most basic of their job duties. Line out the door for to-go orders. Nothing was prepared at the time it said. Door dash orders saying ready when they werent. Waited an hour over the time I was given for a pick up time. Awfully understaffed. Everyone in there waiting for their food looked miserable and hungry.
Today was the worst service ever. We ordered chicken and waffles, all dark meat. People who came in after us got their food before us. When our food finally came, it was short a piece of chicken, which by the way, we paid extra for. It took about 5 minutes to get the syrup for our now cold waffles ( they were lukewarm when we received them). The server ran from our table so fast we weren’t able to ask for extra napkins! We finally got our missing piece of chicken. When we finished our meal we sat for almost 10 minutes before we finally got some one’s attention to ask for to go boxes. When the server put the boxes down I thanked her. Usually “thank you” is followed by “you’re welcome” or some similar phrase. The server spoke not one word. It wasn’t that busy when we were there but even if you are super busy, it’s not an excuse to be rude. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
Their menu has changed now that they are an express diner. The breakfast was creative and good. My husband had their southwest burrito. It had a lot of meat and vegetables in it. I went with a simple scrambled eggs bacon and day toast dish. This plate was also very good. Their grits are creamy and tasty not needing additional flavoring.
Metro diner charged my credit card twice and it took them over a week to refund the money. I had to call constantly to get it resolved. :-(
Went here for breakfast after church and the staff was amazing! Helpful and always made sure the drinks were full. However the only problem we had was that the food was burnt and very greasy. Besides that we had a good time and would recommend 😄
Our first visit tonight and what a nice surprise. For 3 of us with three entrees, an appetizer to share and 3 iced teas, the total was $46.15. We ordered a 3 cheese grilled cheese with a cup of tomato bisque soup and added a side of grilled vegetables (zucchini and squash), meatloaf plate served with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, Salisbury steak plate with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables and the appetizer was the Cheddar Cornbread Waffle. We were greeted when we walked in by Alex who was also our server. He was friendly and welcoming and took great care of us.The food is very good. Everything we ordered was served hot and fairly quick. The Cheddar Cornbread Waffle was really unique and very good. We will order this again for sure. The grilled vegetables (zucchini and squash) were prepared and grilled perfectly for a person who isn’t always a fan of most vegetables. Very tasty for sure. The diner has one large dining room with an open kitchen. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only problem with this restaurant is that it is so far from our house. However, fir this, we will be up For a road trip to try out other menu items and breakfast. This is a recommended dining experience for sure.It has been a while since we have visited Metro Diner and we were so happy we chose this restaurant. First, they changed some things since our last visit. Now, you stand in line to order and pay for your food, then you seat yourself and they bring your food out to you. Today we ordered the B & B Steak Bowl, $11.99 which is a beautiful chopped salad with flash fried steak on top and it is incredible with the dressing it comes with. The steak is delicious. We also ordered a chicken salad sandwich on toasted croissant with a side of fresh fruit, $9.99 plus .50 for the fruit upgrade. The flavor is light, nice chunks of moist chicken, grapes and fine chopped celery. This was really tasty. Our server was Alex and this was a great experience. There were only a few other customers in the restaurant throughout our meal so we felt comfortable and safe.
We liked this place but after our last time visiting they changes how you order and pay. Did not like standing in line to order. Everyones order at our table came out at different times and we ended up eating at different times. The old way was just like a diner should be. Sit down look at mean and order all together. The food would come out all at the same time and you ate at the same time with your friends and family. This new way was not as good and I would think twice before returning.Food was really good.
I like supporting local restaurants/diners, but breakfast is NOT their specialty. I ordered the protein breakfast from them. The eggs were so bad they didnt even taste or look like real eggs. They looked like a yellow clump of gelatin or something from a can. The bacon was cold with no flavor. The toast just tasted like hard stale bread. I was nauseous after a few bites and just threw the entire meal away.
The diner was spotless, food was good and our server Haley was a awesome! She was very friendly, attentive and really interested in knowing that we had a great experience. I highly recommend it!
Me and my newly wed wife came here directly after our honeymoon at Disney and had our last meal here. The server was the sweetest lady Id ever met, and I hope she gets a raise. Our Waitress was a woman of color with short cropped black hair and made us feel like she was our loving mama. I hope shes doing well.P.S. the food was pretty good
Food had Flavor. Took forever for the food to come. Food was cold and hard. Will never come back.
Went for the first time today, it was delicious, staff very courteous and food was served quick and fresh! I have a gluten allergy and they were all very knowledgeable about the allergy and even had a separate menu for gluten allergies. Had a great meal and no food reactions. Will definitely be back. Go! You want be dissapointed!
Its the first time Ive been there. It was busy and very crowded. The seating was at regular tables in the middle. I prefer booths on the side. They had 2.99 mimosas. Our waitress made it strong. They had a lot of flavors. I had a traditional breakfast of eggs sausage and pancakes with smothered biscuits. I wasnt a fan of the pancakes and my eggs were ok. The sausages and biscuits were good. My sisters fried chicken was extra fried and a bit dark. But she liked it. I recommend this place and would go again.
I was pleasantly surprised with metro diner. I didnt really have an inclination to try this place but decided to try something new. So glad I did.The decor is quite homey and cozy feeling. The food was delicious (my burger was perfectly cooked and flavorful) and the server was very attentive, polite, and sweet. Also they have $2.99 all day mimosas in a variety of flavors which are very good as well. Will definitely be eating at metro again!
I guess you have to order your food before you sit down... Im not a fan of that. I like to take my time and look over the menu. I wanted to give Metro another try by getting some breakfast but this location is different than the other one. I felt like I was about to order food from McDonalds or Burger king...nothing wrong with these places..just not in this restaurant. We left..
I just left there from having breakfast and I would have to say that I probably won’t come back, the food portions are excellent however the staff and the way that it runs now compared to how it used to be lacks any type of customer service, I was standing at the door for a couple minutes upon my arrival waiting to be seated and then someone said, you have to get in the line, order and pay first, ok well that Should be said upon entering, then the menus for breakfast is very scarce, not much to choose from, after ordering, paying and including a tip prematurely, I sat anywhere, no silverware, no napkins, nothing, the girl comes over, puts the food on the table and walks away, I had to get up to find someone to get my utensils, butter, syrup, then I didn’t even feel like complaining about the toast, or lack of there at since it was just bread Untoasted, and scrambled eggs that were supposed to be lightly scrambled but were not, however there was nobody to tell that too because there is lack of customer service now. Y’all need to bring back the waitresses at the tables and better customer service, that’s why it’s always empty now days and I see why. .
Waited over 45 minutes for food to come out under- cooked and cold. Asked 2 different staff members (including a manager) for a glass of water and never got it. Other tables asking multiple times for their table to be bussed before their food came out and it wasn’t done. Terrible service
Breakfast is a must and the menu hosts quite a variety of dishes, at reasonable prices! We have dined ordering sandwiches and were not impressed so decided to definitely stick with the breakfast menu as breakfast is served all day and for good reason--entrees are scrumptious and there is quite a selection as mentioned. The Western Omelet includes: ham, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and peppers, of course, topped with salsa! oH MY! Shown are several photographs from various visits, such a treat! All platters are served HOT which is a must with our family as we have visited several restaurants that supposedly specialize in breakfast and serve dishes at room-temperature (disappointing). However, at Metro Diner the delicious entrees are hot, generous portions and served as requested (re: eggs over-easy, over-hard, etc.). As you can see in my many photographs there is an abundance of BREAKFAST!!!Also, the cinnamon roll pancakes are a must for your taste buds—topped with cinnamon butter, cream cheese icing, and candied pecans. So... do not delay, try a stack today!Enjoy BREAKFAST, Enjoy METRO DINER!
I ordered dinner for my husband and I thru dd upon receiving my delivery we realized the order was entirely incorrect. We received one order of chicken and waffles w a lemonade drink. Our original order was turkey platter w biscuits and a breakfast burger w seasoned fries. I understand that things happen. So I contacted the restaurant to discuss the incorrect order. The person I was transferred to stated that the grill was shut down and that they were In the process of cleaning the grill. Lets take in mind the time was 8:03 pm and she stated that the grill shuts down st 8:00. That being said she stated that she could prepare the turkey and. Not the burger, due to the grill was being cleaned. Statements about not poisoning us.etc. the end resolution was that I was to call once I left work to place the order and she would prepare it at no cost due to she was replacing the order we never received which we actually paid for. I called the next day and had the girl verify it thru the manager because I did not want to an issue. The manager stated she did not remember the conversation. I am now upset because the way I see it is it is an integrity issue. I will not be doing business w a company that does not educate mgmt on the essential core values. I walk away feeling guilty and I did nothing wrong.
Ordered the meatloaf and potatoes with gravy...they forgot the gravy. Meat and potatoes dry, really need that. When someone orders something, please proof read.
Great food fast service. Chicken and waffles is a great meal!
We had a wonderful time at this diner. The restaurant is very nice, and we absolutely loved our reuben sandwiches. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the food came promptly. My wife and I are planning to return frequently and try other things on the menu. Prices were also very reasonable. If you like diners, this is a very nice place to try.
I am an Uber driver and have had problems ever time I come to this location with unprofessionalism and kids who have no idea what they are doing. I was waiting over 20 minutes for an order today, they asked me for the name of the order over 4 times. They literally weren’t even busy but the staff is unprofessional young kids. They gave me a bad Uber review because they can’t do the basics of their job. I literally was even excited to try this place as I am new to Florida but forget it and I advise you stay away. They take no responsibility for their lack of common sense, professionalism, and customer service! Awful awful never picking up from them again their customers can wait for any other driver. DRIVERS BEWARE!Also to the manager maybe had you been present during your shift this could have been avoided. At this time you just want the review down but it’s the truth. Learn to actually train your staff and maybe hire people who are more mature. I won’t be contacting you because I won’t be doing delivering for your company anymore. I learned my lesson on this round 3. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ASK FOR YOU! Just like you would have wanted me to talk to you, you guys should have talked to me and not just hid behind a review. My mind is made up, actions have consequences so hopefully you are all able to take this and learn to be better.
This is a smallish chain of restaurants in Florida. I first visited the one in St. Pete, then Orlando and finally Sarasota. Each restaurant is similar in style with friendly wait staff. The menu has something for everyone. I have had the hash and turkey pot pie. May I suggest the smaller pie, otherwise, like me you may regret eating the whole thing!Update, 12/26/18, I visited today for lunch. I had Big Mike’s BLT, it comes with three pieces of bread. I asked that I only have two slices. It was full of BLT, stacked intermittently. It was delicious!2/4/19, I stopped in for breakfast. I had blueberry pancakes and bacon, a classic breakfast. I paid extra for real maple syrup. The serving of two pancakes was huge, the pancakes filled the plate. They were thick, moist and fluffy. I added butter and dipped the bites into the maple syrup. Just what I was expecting for my recent craving. The bacon was cooked to the perfect crispness that I like. The waitress was attentive and stayed on top of coffee refills.
We have been coming to this Metro Diner every weekend for a little over a month and we absolutely love coming here. There has not been a visit where we have been disappointed with the food and the staff is always very welcoming. I’m pretty boring with my breakfast and get the standard classic of eggs, a protein, toast and hash browns or potatoes...and every time, it’s perfect. However, I will say this weekend, I diverted for my norm because I had a sweet tooth. So I had the Croissant French Toast with a side of eggs and bacon. Just like my norm, it did not disappoint! Love the fact that they have Mimosas available for $2.99 all day, every day. My better half LOVES their corned beef hash and looks forward to it every weekend. Best part is it is homemade in house! This truly is the beginning of our weekend, every weekend, and we love coming here. Thanks Metro!
I wholeheartedly believe that a restaurant should not be allowed to call themselves a Diner without having a club sandwich on the menu. Thankfully, the very friendly and accommodating staff took my custom order to add some roasted turkey slices to their BLT sandwich for a tiny up-charge.The sandwich was great, with crispy bacon piled high. One point deducted for the soggy, extra-greasy fries. They were not so good. Maybe next time Ill try another side with my order. There were quite a few tables that needed to be bussed when I arrived around noon (ah, 2021 staffing crisis!) but the Mens restroom was clean
The chickens and waffles here were spectacular. I looked all over the area for fried chicken that was as good as what I ate in my hometown, and it wasnt until I ate at the Metro Diner when I found some seriously good fried chicken that lives up to what I ate growing up.I highly recommend their chicken and waffles. On top of that, their service was great, and we even got a bone plate. Indeed there wasnt much of a wait, and this is some of the best chicken in the state!
Fantastic staff! Quick service and the food was delicious!
Thank you so much for having Shepherd Pie on the menu. It was awesome. Thanks 😊
Food is horrible ! Went for breakfast and my husbands toast was burnt! 2nd toast came back un toasted, had to request butter.. Omelet was dry. My home fries were so dry, overcooked and tasteless. Asked to replace them with Hash browns. The hash browns were greasy and tasted like a salt shaker was dropped in the hashbrowns. Terrible. Will not come back again to this establishment. Casselberry is 100% better. Even the staff there are super friendly and personable. Go there!
Very much enjoyed it. Wish the online ordering was working too with the QR code on the table. Food was good and fast and love that they had gluten free options for my daughter. Staff all kept masks on and kept distancing. Great outdoor seating.
The food was delicious. The sticky chicken and waffles are 20% off on Wednesdays!!Follow @jaytherealtor_orlando on tik tok and @mindbodyandfro_ on IG for more content! 🧇🤤❤️
Had never been or even heard of one of these before. Very good food at a super fast rate. Would recommend this for sure. Kind of upset at not having milkshakes while being called a diner but thats just me nitpicking!
I used to love metro diner but this new Express thing kinda killed the experience for me. I dont think well be dining in here again :(
It was a different dining experience, you stand on line order your food, then pay for it,,and before you receive any service the computer asks if you want to leave a tip,(but I havent sat down yet nor have I met my wait staff- suppose I dont like the service can I get my tip back?- then your handed a number and can sit where you like,, -so I did all that minus the tip- sat down,, my silverware and my LARGE ORANGE JUICE $3.99- water no ice or lemon, was placed on table, now mind you I compared my large o j to my water glass, water glass was bigger- seems to me I should have gotten 1/2 gallon o j for $3.99,, food came 2 eggs scrambled/ grits/ toast/ 3 link sausage $13.00 and change,, well my eggs were cold- hard and were brown in some parts- toast was cold, didnt like the sausage either,, now the grits were not bad,,so I told the young lady didnt want the eggs, asked if I could substitute them for a waffle,,said she would find out,,came back with manager said I didnt have to pay for the food,,deduct was $8.86,,- so I ate 1 piece of toast/1 sausage/ the grits left a $3.00 tip on table got in my car and left., will not be going back.
I have enjoyed a meal here many times in the past. This time, it did not measure up. They no longer offer table service; you order up front and pay before sitting down. Standing in line like that makes it hard to see the specials written on the back wall. It was easier to consider them when sitting closer at a table and ordering. There is no server assigned to your table, so anybody available brings your food and no one checks on you in a timely manner to see if everything is ok or refill drinks. My food was cooked properly but my guest had the meatloaf which was served ice cold. Only the mashed potatoes were hot. We did eventually flag down a server, and to the restaurants credit, they remade the food. We never received drink refills. Im sorry Metro Diner, but you have gone from great to meh.
Food was good as usual, but did not care for the ordering at the counter and no waitresses
Generous servings. Delicious food. We had the fish and chips. Best ever.
Just Ok. The food and service was ok. The prices are pretty reasonable.
The Fried Chicken n waffles was Smackin! Thank You to Miss Selina n her staff ❤! Continue much success!! Much Alofas!
Ordered through DoorDash to pick up myself, order said it was ready to pick up, go to the window and waited over 25 minutes. I was first in line and everyone behind me was serviced first . Ridiculous, first and last time ordering here.
Came in here for the first time not sure what to expect and left pleasantly surprised. I got the standard breakfast because I saw their stuffed waffles too late. The service was friendly and the food was average. Although I think if I had ordered one of their signature dishes I would probably be raving about it more. All in all a good place to stop by if you just want some quick good breakfast.
This review is concerned with the web/online order system.Currently, its listing breakfast as available with limited hours, even on Sunday. However, in other portals and parts of the site, it lists all day breakfast as available, yet it doesnt indicate what IS or IS NOT under that classification.Furthermore, after actually adding items and then attempting to checkout for pickup the site informs me that pickup is NOT available.Switching to Uber Eats... and suddenly pickup IS available, and we have to pay the upcharge for simply ordering through the other site.Frustrating to experience such a confused and poorly implemented information and order system.
Quick and great service, food was super good! Fish and chips will definitely be my go-to next time! Staff was super nice as well
Excellent food and love the fact that you order up front and then get seated. Got our food quickly and everything was great. As always the chicken and waffles were on point.
This place really knocked my socks off. I saw that this place won best diner through Orlando Weekly, and I was like what? A chain? I was instantly sceptical. A buddy of mine and I get tickets to a football game up in Jacksonville and we decide to rock a bro brunch before we hit the road. We come to Metro Diner. The atmosphere is quaint and old school. Theres some old timey decor on the wall. It was nice. Cozy. We have a seat and our server comes right over. Shes super nice. The menu is intimidating, but at the same time, they have chicken & waffles. I order the Fried Chicken and Waffle (Half a fried chicken and a Belgian waffle topped with a sweet, strawberry butter and served with our signature sweet and spicy sauce).I forget the cost exactly, but I remember it was more than I was expecting. I thought to myself, this better be good. It comes out and I guess I didnt grasp the reality of the situation. It was a whole half of a fried chicken. A breast, a thigh, a drum, and a wing. Perfectly fried. Crispy and not greasy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. The waffle was also perfectly cooked. Crispy exterior, fluffy interior. The strawberry butter tasted like natural strawberries and not like strawberry syrup. I nice butter that didnt get in the way. The sweet and spicy sauce was optional, but we took it, and it was also good. I like going back and forth between sweet bites and savory bites with my chicken & waffles, and this sauce provided me both.I know I said a lot of things were perfect in this review, which I hate, but I dont honestly know what I would improve during my visit. It was delicious, and the bang for my buck was a crazy good value. I agree, it is the best diner in Orlando. I still have other diners to visit, though. Ill keep in touch.
Had the Chicken & Waffles & they were outstanding! The strawberry butter on the big fluffy waffles was simply delicious. Very friendly staff & cooks.
I went to this location with my family and we all loved it. I got the chicken and waffles and one other member of the party got an omelette. The portions are huge and the food is delicious. The plates were large enough to share. They really capture the old Diner aesthetic. I would definitely come here again.
Located on University Boulevard and close to UCF, Metro Diner offers generous and savory portions of all the classic breakfast diner dishes: eggs any style, pancakes, etc. Also open for lunch with an impressive sandwich (BLT, grilled cheese, Reubens, etc) and hamburger menu. It offers bar seating in front of the open kitchen, indoor or outdoor tables. Good place for kids and adults alike. Service is very efficient
I did not find the food to be anything special, I could have made it at home. The flavor was subpar and the service was not that great. I would not come here again. The croissant I ordered wasnt toasted or warmed, it just tasted like a cheap walmart croissant. The house potatoes were just greasy at max in terms flavor and I did not like them. The prices were on the higher range for a breakfast location, which did not match what they offered in terms of food quality.
Great food, hate the fact the waitresses dont have trays to bring out food instead of having plates of food up against their shirts. And I hate when someone hands me a drink and their hand is at the rim/top of the cup as they are handing it to you
We walked in the Greeter told us to sit anywhere but when we decide what we wanted we need to come back to the register to order. We waited and the waitress told us to use the electronic version menu. My husband has difficulty navigating those apps and the waitress reluctantly went for paper versions. When she returned, she gave us the VERY LIMITED menu and told us to go to the register then we were ready to order. My husband did and found out we needed to pay BEFORE we got the food and he was asked if he wanted to leave a tip. FOR WHAT? So far our experience was NO SERVICE. The food came and it was good as expected. Otherwise, it would have been zero stars. We had our choice of First Watch, IHOP or here in the same 1 block....we WILL NOT be returning here until the service changes.
Love this place! Great staff and crew. Great food!!!
Goof breakfast made to order diner feel highly recommend
The service here is unlike anything I have ever seen in a full service restaurant. The hostess took both our drink and meal orders and cashed us out all before we were seated. By the time we were seated (2-3 minutes) our drinks were on the table waiting for us. In another 5 minutes at the most, we received our meals. We rarely had to ask for anything, as it seemed as though the entire dining room staff was waiting on us. The food was excellent and left us wanting more as we waddled out the door. The next time we are in Orlando, this will definitely be on our list of dining preferences.
The food was good, but the new EXPRESS style of business, in my opinion is quite a downgrade from the regular dining experience. (Its almost certainly due to COVID but I do hope they return to their old ways.)
Went here with high hopes. As a server I understand typical mistakes and/or bad days. The process was very smooth up until we got our food. Server disappears and seems to be avoiding us until we finish. We were missing a side and never was able to request extra condiments until I was finished with my entire waffle and my friends as finished with his French toast. When she finally came around I didn’t want my sandwich anymore as it seemed there was a piece of fried chicken underneath it. Keep in mind I ordered the avocado sandwich. Any who the waffle and croissant ft was good but I never got to enjoy any of the savory dishes. It is unlikely that we will be returning.
Metro Diner used to be a great place to grab breakfast. But ever since Covid hit, they drastically reduced their staff to the point that the service & quality of food has tanked badly. The food takes forever to arrive & the quality is much worse than the IHOP right across the street. There are so many great places to eat on University Ave that arent struggling like Metro. If the owner doesnt get off his wallet & hire more people soon, Metro will be out of business.
I loved this place pre-pandemic, but their abbreviated menu was not good. We had to get very fried or heavy dishes..nothing light or near-healthy. I got a bacon, egg, cheese croissant with hash browns that was very dry. The staff are doing their best but theres only like 10-15 menu items.
The service amazing and fast, the food hot and plenty of it guarentee you will leave with a carry-out carton
Great breakfast and fast and friendly service!
Great for breakfast and lunch favs all day!!!!
Really nice staff and amazing food. The chicken pot pie is like the best thing you can get
Not bad, food was very bland.
So some of my viewers may kno that I’ve already reviewed a metro diner and it was a fantastic experience. But hear me out youngbloods this metro diner express thing is off the chain Cuh. The food came out faster than I can count to 10. Also the champagne Apple fritter bites are as sweet as pea aka pretty dang Yumalicious #GetYouSome
Excellent place::especially personnel & exceptionally d manager best way 2run business!!!
Great Service great food
Fantastic food! The menu had loads of choices and we looking forward to going again.
The restaurant had been open for 1 hour exactly when we arrived. The dividers between booths were filthy with finger prints and lick marks. The bathroom garbage cans were over flowing onto the floor already. It was as if nobody cleaned the restaurant from day to day. Our food tasted okay but it took 13 extra minutes to get our missing apple juice and missing hasbrowns. We had to ask multiple times too. In a time of COVID, I was shocked at how unclean the restaurant felt.
Friendly staff. Ok food. Very casual.
