This place is as much an experience as it is delicious. All the donuts we had were great. Being that they are fresh and being made through the day. Unlike most donut places Tamara are morning baked and that’s it.Never been to a flagship location but can only imagine that are just as great or even better.I had the TEXAS… I know, I’m basic lol… but it was amazing 😋🤤

Short wait at the City Walk to get in to place our donut orders after dinner, but well worth it!! Friendly prompt service got us some fresh donuts that we took back to our room to enjoy. Great selection made it difficult to decide but we all enjoyed our choices. Definitely need a location in Georgia.

We placed our order via mobile ordering and experienced a very short wait time. The donuts were fresh and so delicious!

They have a large variety of donuts and pastries. We enjoyed everything we got from here, this is a good place to visit if you want breakfast before the parks, or after your done for the day...take some home for breakfast the next day. The prices are based on the donut you select. The staff was friendly, but the service was slow. Perhaps as busy as they were, they should have had more than 1 cashier and 2 counter people working. I feel the service would have been quicker and the guest happier. As it was, we waited 45 minutes to just order, then longer for our food. The restaurant was clean though and there was cool stuff to look at while you waited. They also have the donut throne that you can take pictures on when you want.

A lot of fun doughnuts to choose from. The line was long to get in, but it moved quickly. The staff also made a point to ask if everything looked good before completely boxing up my order.

The Maple Bacon Donut is sweet, soft with a little salty crunch from the bacon. I did enjoy all the different donuts but there was a lot that disappointed me about this place.For one, it is not consistent at all. Once, the maple bacon donut had filling inside, then we went back and there was not filling. Not mad about it, it was actually better without. I just expect more out of this place with how much they charge you for a donut. Plus the wait is almost always way too long.I do not like the donut boxes at all because it is taller than wide or long, so they have to stack your donuts on top of one another. By the time you pull them out of the box, all the icing and decorations are ruined or touching another donut.It was also irritating that they handed me a box that was covered in icing. Seemed like a careless mistake by the staff but on my bus ride to the hotel, I kept finding new spots that were getting on my hands and clothes.My daughter was even a bit disappointed because the donut she ordered looked like it was just thrown together quickly. Thankfully the taste was still okay but it was the donut the place is named after, Voodoo. I’m just a bit surprised they wouldn’t take extra care to make sure their quintessential donut was good every time. I attached a picture for reference.I probably won’t be going back.

Voodoo is always are 1st stop when we get back to Universal. Now with the App it’s more convenient to order & pickup. This time we didn’t and the line was just outside the door but it moves pretty quickly and of course we do love looking at the donut rotating display. I just had my first voodoo guy donut and it really was delicious. It has a thin delicious raspberry filling. I think most donuts are definitely large enough to share - or not :)

We were glad we did not have to stand in there usual long line. We got a pb&j doughnut. That was good. 2 Diablos rex, the maple bar, and peanut cake. Tasted good but were a bit dry.

This review is insanely overdue. Went in April of 2019, waited in line outside the first time we went for maybe 10-15 minutes, not too bad. Second time we went we didn’t have to wait to get in. The interior of Voodoo is pretty dang cool but the doughnuts, they are so good we absolutely had to go back a second time in the week we spent in Orlando. They have different specialty items and a huge menu to choose from normally. We didn’t experience any issues being out of items. Service is fast and the people are really nice!

Did an online mobile app and the app never updated. My order had been ready for quite some time until I finally asked a worker to go inside and check. The worker inside just handed me my box. I feel like there should be a better system. Maybe a TV listing the completed orders. The ambiance and doughnuts are really good. The doughnuts were fresh, even though it was 10 at night.

They have a decent variety they are very large and super sweet…I like more of the small less involved fresh/hot donuts then these.I liked my small apple cider doughnut!They were good for like one bite kinda lol and the places atmosphere is really better then the donuts, IMO.My kids liked them but didn’t finish them.They have coffee but not specialty coffees.

If youre looking for a carb and sugar load before hitting the park this is the place for you. So many unique options. If you want to take a challenge eat a voodoo donut and go jump on the hulk. Lol

This was our first visit, but it won’t be our last! These donuts were SO good, and with the universal app and express pay there was hardly any wait at all.I do wish their donut boxes were long instead of tall so the decorations weren’t ruined by the parchment paper, but they tasted so good I didn’t even mind.

Waited in line forever - my nephew wanted the voodoo doll donut. The picture on the left is what was displayed- the picture on the right was what we received in our box. TERRIBLE! My nephew is 12 he totally noticed. Not worth 25 cents in my book. The quality control is terrible. Very disappointed. 😳😳😳😳

Visited this doughnut shop while visiting Universal Studios theme park.Its located just outside the park on the City Walk area where many restaurant and stores are located.The good:- Long line but moved very briskly.- Very inventive presentation with many unique looking donuts and shapes.- The store itself is whimsical and is a part of the attraction.- Friendly and helpful staff.The not so good:- its pricy as far as doughnut goes, but this is very understandable since its an amusement park attraction with prices to match.- As far as flavor and taste, its very mediocre, even though the doughnuts are very unique, many of the different core doughnut tasted very similar to other types of doughnuts from DD. Being from NYC, Crispy Creme and many other foodie doughnut shops such as the Donut Plant on Grand St. has better flavor products.Overall, the experience wasnt bad by any means, but didnt elevate either other than the visual aesthetics.

Wow! One of the best donuts I have ever had (maybe the best!). The line moved quickly and the staff was very helpful. And their prices weren’t terrible for food service at a theme park. They have everything from normal donuts to crazy concoctions. It’s an experience and worth the time.

Presentation is beautiful and I love the wide variety of flavors but the donuts are so dry every time! I’ve given it a couple of chances but donut = dry and toppings are always stale. I can get better donuts at 7 eleven.Place is overwhelmed for the amount of orders they get sometimes. I feel bad for the employees they are overworked.

Straight up AMAZING !!! These doughnuts are the ishhhhh the line wasn’t as bad on Sunday when I went compared to Saturday night it was extremely long I just found out that you can use the app to order for pickup instead of standing in line so definitely will be doing that next time overall I like the concept of the store/layout very creative flavors and the size of the doughnuts are nice I ordered the Fryer flyer dozen bit pricey but was definitely worth it my fav is the captn crunch one, the universal orangecicle 😋🤤, the raspberry filled one and the Oreo covered one can’t remember the names but def make sure to hit this spot up before you leave the park !!!! Good quality doughnuts !!!

Wow so disappointing! The donuts didn’t either have any flavor at all or tasted like your mouth was overloaded on fake flavor. I’ve had so many better donuts. And the one vegan donut, Portland Creme, I tried that was available tasted absolutely disgusting. I tossed the box after trying six donuts since they were so bad!

Grabbed these twice at night for breakfast the next morning while leaving the park to go back to the hotel. Dont wait in line. Order in the universal app and then wait at the kiosk (to the right by the stairs) with the last 4 digits of your order number. Much faster. There is a wall mural of the menu around the corner on the left.

We stopped in twice for a quick bite to eat before heading into the parks this year. The assortment is astounding. Due to the social distancing the line seemes long but does actually move pretty quick. I myself was grateful of the line because there are so many choices to pick from. Coffee was hot and staff was great. Should have gone by our last morning and got a dozen to go. Oh well next time...

This was on our list of things do while in Orlando and I am so glad it was! Would recommend this as a stop to anyone going to Universal. All of the donuts we got were so good and I loved all the unique things they had in the shop! Everything was on brand for the shop and it was so fun! Priced well, I was expecting theme park prices and was pleasantly surprised!

Im not a big donut guy. Usually they just dont do it for me. Ive been to many places and this spot is by far the best. Big sizes quick service. Flavors you couldnt even imagine. If you have the opportunity to go take it.

Shockingly bad.I can’t believe this bad of service is allowed on the Universal property. There were three employees all chatting at the register. They did not acknowledge our presence, smile, great us, or even am us what we want. They sat there chatting away and were clearly inconvenienced by us being there. We had to tell them what we wanted and waited for 3 minutes while they decided to press a button on the cash register so we could pay. There is a Cinnabon around the corner, do yourself a favor and go there instead. The service at this place will put a major damper on your day.

This was my first experience and I have to say it was quite divine and delightful. Dont let the name scare you. The line was bit long but moved quite fast. The staff was very pleasant, professional, and delightful. The lines were long, but the online ordering is super easy. I got the Fryer box with 12 donuts and had a bite of each. I think the hype was a little over the top for the taste of the donuts, but it was a fun experience. Everyone should try it once!

The donuts didnt match up with the effort that it took me to get to this place. I was visiting orlando and didnt realize it was inside of universal studios 😩. Took me about 30 minutes to park and walk to Voodoo. Then I waited in line for about 10 minutes to order. After all that the donuts were ok. The raised glazed donut tasted the best. The old fashioned and buttermilk donuts had a bland taste. My husband had the plain donut. I didnt ask him what he thought.

Donuts were so good! I see people ALL the time walking around with pink donut boxes and had to check it out. The shop was super cute. Its located in City Walk right next to NBC Grill. I did mobile order because the line was very long. We got the butterfinger donut, voodoo doll donut, smores (app exclusive!) And some random donut that I forgot. This fed about 6 of us as we split them all. I would for sure go back and grab a voodoo dozen next time. The flavors were great and we only had to wait about 8 minutes for the mobile order to be ready!

If you have an extreme sweet tooth Voodoo Doughnut is the place for you.This Instagram worth donuts are gorgeous decorated with candies, glazes and much more. I personally think this place is extremely over hyped and isnt as great as you would think.I couldnt finish even one donuts without my teeth feeling as though they would fall out. The staff are extremely busy as they would on a weekend and its a bit overwhelming how many people come in and out this small establishment. If youre in the area dont hesitate to stop by it definitely is an experience.

I love this donuts place. They have interesting and unique donuts flavors. The shapes can be different as well. They have one super big donut, I never tried that one but I saw it. There is always a huge line because it is located in Universal Orlando. But it is worth waiting. I love Voodoo Doll donut. It looks cool. The donut is made of raised yeast filled with raspberry jelly topped with chocolate frosting and a pretzel stake. The store by itself looks cool and they sell gifts as well.

I absolutely love this place! The decor, the donuts and the merchandise. I am so happy that finally Orlando, Florida has one. Disney Springs, International Drive, in the airport, and the mall would be some really great hotspots to open Voodoo Donuts. Definitely will make it my leisure to visit this place every time I visit City Walk.

Super fun place. Every donut is a work of creativity while tasting great! Like eating art. The orange Creamsicle actually came on a giant popsicle stick.

The donuts that they actually have are good. Not having all the donuts, or the fact that you have to deal with crowds for something like a donut makes it lose stars. The apple fritter was good and they had it available.

We got the sampler box because we wanted to try a few different kinds but were really hoping for at least one of the maple bacon ones. It consisted mostly of regular donuts but there was captain crunch donut and one that has marshmallows. If we had to do it all over again we would have just ordered the ones we wanted instead of the sampler box. Was still a fun experience

The vegan donut dough itself was dry inside. The non-vegan ones were how donut dough is normally.That being said, the outside of both kinds were greasy and somewhat crispy, which I didnt like, and the fillings and toppings for both kinds were very good.I found that I had to drink a lot of water after. Like I wanted to clean it out. It might have been that it was just too hot for something so greasy, fatty, and super sweet. But Im not used to that kind of stuff anyway. My hubby has fast food all the time, and he loved the non-vegan ones he had. So just curb any expectations accordingly.Last thing. You cant order for pickup all the types of donuts they have. I saw quite a few in the store that I didnt see on the website when ordering.

People laugh when I tell them I moved to Orlando for these doughnuts, but Im not exaggerating (much). I had them for the first time in Portland over 15 years ago, and couldnt believe my luck when they put a shop on the East Coast. I moved to Orlando about a year later. Coincidence? I think not...

Visiting Voodoo Doughnuts was a fun experience. They have an incredible number of doughnuts to choose from. The ones we chose were all fresh and amazing tasting. This will be a definite stop for us anytime we visit Orlando!

We ordered ahead of time which is highly recommended as the actual wait time is about 45mins on average. If you are looking for the whole experience then I suggest waiting that way you can go inside the actual shop and pick your doughnuts. They are well worth the money and taste amazing! It was a nice rebound from our god awful VIVO Italian kitchen experience we had just endured. We will most definitely be coming back!

Ive seen this.place so many times reviewed on TV that when we noticed it, we had to try. I got their grape donut and the kid got the Boston creme. We must say, it was well worth the wait.

Located in city walk which is open to the public, you can dine there at any time. After 6pm parking is free as well. We went to voodoo donuts and got the fryer flyer dozen. Let me tell you these were some of the best donuts Ive ever had definitely worth a try. They put out fresh ones regularly every 10 hrs I believe. Go and try it for yourself i dont think youll be disappointed. They have vegan options as well. If they still have it thru October try the clown I think it was the best!!

Super long line but the crew was getting people in and out very quickly... Was later in the evening so they were out of a couple of things I like including the Blueberry Cake...Also was told they had discontinued some donuts that are super tasty, but I struggled through an order, always like the Portland Cream and the Buttermilk Bar...Still an enjoyable experience overall....

They have a huge assortment of cake donuts, yeast donuts and bars.We tried the Oh Captain My Captain, which is a donut topped with Captain Crunch Cereal, The Chuckle, which is a donut covered in chocolate and drizzled with caramel and peanuts, and finally the Memphis Mafia, which is a banana fritter drizzled with chocolate, peanut butter and chocolate chips.Make sure you stop by!
