Great equipment!!! I Love my Schwinn bike..

These people are listed as the authorized rep for my equipment. I called and they promised a return phone call which never came. After two weeks I contacted the equipment manufacturer directly via email and they asked for my zip code. I gave it to them and that was the end of that. I presume my zip code led them back to this company and a hand-off back to them of my request for service and then back to the dead letter bin. I followed up with the manufacturer again by email and nada.After posting a harsh but true review and seeing the owner’s response we did connect via email and we set an appointment to have my equipment serviced. I regret - for his company’s sake - that it took this route to get their attention, and as I promised I am updating my review to report that their service was prompt and professional. My issues were addressed and aside from an occasional squeak our multigym is working like new. Accordingly, I have upgraded my evaluation to four stars. I guess these reviews do work and were successful in getting a good response where there had been none. Thank you.

The employee was not knowledgeable about treadmills and their prices are out of wack. Id say this place is probably on their way out of business. I left because there is more information available on any website and the prices are better.

Researched the top 3 spinning bikes and Life Fitness IC6 was on the top of my list. They all have somewhat similar features. I love having the wheel in the back, not having sweat pouring on the front wheel. My IC6 has the interactive monitor with preprogramed instructor workouts. They motivate you to push harder than you would without having the monitor.Southeast Fitness equipment carries Life Fitness. They deliver your equipment and set it up for you. They are very knowledgeable and professional in store and during setup. I recommend Life Fitness over the other brand spinners you maybe thinking of and Southeast Fitness no pressure sales and knowledge is second to none.......Just my 2 cents
