The service was Exceptional!! Rocky was my technician. He took time to explain everything to me. He was quick, cleaned up after he was finished and arrived at the time he said he would. He told me about other services I would need in the future and went back over charges applicable to me. 5 star service!!

Door replacement was required and the proposal was well within cost expectation. The date of install was secured and the morning of the install we received a call stating they were on their way. 10 minutes latter Jeff and Ryan showed up and their skills were immediately apparent. The old door, runners and opener were removed, they then quickly assembled the new door and installed the runners with care. The overall installation was excellent. Once the opener was installed they walked us through the use of the door, the safety features and the Wi-Fi option. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and Ryan, they are wonderful representatives of the company. We are completely satisfied with the door, installation, cost and the install team.

This is the second time Ive used Armstrong. Both times have been great. I called midday Sunday and had an appointment scheduled at 0730 the next morning. The springs on my garage door broke on a Friday night. Armstrong could have fixed it Saturday morning but I wasnt going to be home. They came first thing Monday morning and had it fixed it no time. Great experience from the start - my garage door was in the up position and I was worried about lowering it and causing more damage. They walked me through a check and then assured me it was ok to close (it was!!). John Ayers showed up the next day, assessed the problem, fixed it, did some other minor repairs that will help my old garage door last a little bit longer. I’ve been using Armstrong Garage Door, Inc now for over a decade. They are prompt, courteous, and customer service focused. I had called to get our annual maintenance done, which we missed last year due to COVID. Rocky showed up on time, as always, and immediately identified and solved an issue I was having with the door not closing properly. He replaced the bolt on the curved door arm that goes attached to the door bracket, and also adjusted the location of where the arm goes attached to the door bracket. Along with the tuneup, the door now closes perfectly and much quieter.Rocky is an amazing technician, he’s courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. My wife and I are quite pleased with Armstrongs support of our g. door functioning.

Called Armstrong at 7:15 on a Monday morning to have my broken springs replaced. Got a quote over the phone and was told someone would be their at 8:00 A.M. Rocky showed up at 7:45 gave me a rundown on what he was going to do and got right to work, he informed me that the springs that we had installed with the original door were not the right ones for the weight of my door which caused other damage to other parts that needed to be replaced as well. He realigned the door sprayed all the moving parts and was done in about an hour. Garage door works better and is quieter than when it was new. Great job Rocky.

I have used Armstrong Garage Door for upkeep on my 30 year old garage door for nearing 20 years and now its time for a new door. I called yesterday and Rocky was here today to give me an estimate that was comparable to the price I got with Home Depot. I selected an upgraded heavy duty special order door that they will install in about 3 weeks. Rocky was great to talk to and answered all my questions. I called Armstrong Garage Door to replace my broken spring. The entire process was easy and efficient. From setting up the Technician appointment to the completion of the repair was excellent. My Technician John was very through and informative of what needed to be done to bring my garage door up to proper operation and specification. John broke down all the charges and gave recommendations as to what is needed now and what could wait but would incur additional service charges at a later date. I gave John the approval to proceed and about a half hour later my garage door was operating smooth and efficient as designed. After dealing with a different garage door company that didn’t install my garage door opener correctly. I contacted Armstrong after reading all the positive reviews. I was very upset when Technician Rocky arrived about the previous work that had been done. He was very professional explaining everything to me that needed to be fixed. Rocky had to redo the work that was horribly done and he also replaced everything that was not working probably on the garage door itself. The Owner worked with me on the price because I had to have a lot of work done. Great service with a smile !I had a routine service done by Armstrong Garage Door and they replaced the little wheels because they were old and the rubber weather stripping.They greased all the important parts with a sillicone spray. Usually when a service provider says they’ll call before they come and they do; it’s to say that they are running late and will put you on the schedule for a couple of months down the road. John & Bodie called and said they could get here early and they did! While performing the service they noticed an issue with the garage door which indicated the door was at the end of it’s life cycle and could have pushed hard to sell me 2 new doors. Instead they offered a low cost (although) temporary solution. I’ll definitely contact them again when I’m ready to get the new doors.

Called Armstrong Garage Door yesterday afternoon (01/19/21 ) at 12:15 PM for repair. I was told they can have someone at my home by 3:00 PM the same day. Unfortunately I couldnt be there.
