Its not often that I write reviews however I felt it was necessary to spread the word of how great our experience was with Branch. They were super communicative from the 1st call. Natalie kept me informed of their arrival up to 30 minutes prior and they were exactly in the window that I was provided. This is important being how busy we our in our lives and especially with a toddler. The tech (I didnt catch his name) was professional, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. He was conscientious of the current climate of the pandemic, wore a face covering and was aware of space between us. Thank you Natalie and tech(Im sorry I didnt get your name). Good companies and customer service are hard to find nowadays. I would definitely recommend Branch Garage Doors!

I called for service on my garage door and was told it would be approximately two weeks before a technician could come out. Call taker advised that they were having difficulty getting parts and supplies and that they were short staffed. Covid was blamed of course, and not enough people wanting to work. She then stated that if they just had one more worker they could probably help me. The next day, my neighbor advised me that he had called Branch that morning and they were coming out the following day. He didn’t receive any information on short staffing or problems with parts any kind of issues at all. They very happily and quickly made him an appointment. What the hell??

Woke up to a broken garage door. They were very friendly and fit me into their schedule asap. By noon the needed parts were replaced and door was fixed! Technician Ryan did a great job. Will definitely be calling Branch again!

Have been dealing with these folks since the mid 90s. Repairs, new garage door, new opener, etc. The latest adventure involved a broken drive chain which I was told was still under warranty after 12 years. Big Al (service technician) had the problem diagnosed in about 30 seconds & promptly made the necessary repairs. Branch Garage Doors is simply the best!

I purchased Liftmasters top of the line Garage Door opener from Branch, at a great price, and it was professionally installed. Everything about my experience with this Company was professional, helpful, and customer service oriented. Will ONLY use this company in the future!From Lori at the office who was very helpful, knew her products, and was very personable, to Ryan, the very best installer I think I have ever encountered. He explained everything. He completely removed ALL of the old equipment, and carefully and professionally installed the new unit, to include all new mounts and wiring. He then ensured I had the app and features of the new unit operating and that I understood everything. He cleaned up afterward. He took such personal care, it was like he was installing it at his own home! Branch Garage Doors and Sales is simply the BEST. You wont be disappointed in working with these exceptional people. I received a call this morning with the two hour window. Then this afternoon I received a call with 30 minute window. Ryan showed up on time worked our issue. He even made a suggestion that is still covered under warranty. So I called the company who installed our garage doors to fix what they installed incorrectly. Thank you Ryan for saving me money. Had a spring break and was unable to get anything in or out of the garage. I I calle Branch Garage and Chris said he could have someone out by the afternoon. Mitch showed up on time (actually early in the time slot). He was professional, courteous and did an outstanding job on replacing the springs. I could not be more satisfied with everyone involved. I recently had an issue with our garage door. It was opening a little rough and the day that I actually decided to call was the day I had to hold the button down to get it to close. I called another company whose sticker was on our garage (from the builder) ASAP Garage Doors. That company came out to the house and told me I needed new rollers and should probably get an entire new system because he didnt think the motor would last long. So he gave me two incredibly expensive options...when he did I told him I didnt want either and told him I thought he was trying to scam me he got angry and left. I immediately called two other companies to see how much they would charge for rollers and a new motor. Less than half..I set up an appointment the following day with Branch. They came out, did not try to sell me anything. Instead told me the sensor was off (I had bumped it with the garbage can the day prior), sprayed the rollers and said the motor was jerking at the start because we recently had our home painted so the paint got sticky overnight. So they greased that area and left the grease for us to continue doing it as needed. Thats it! For the service charge $85 we had our issue fixed. ASAP wanted over $1000!!!!!! Highly recommend this company.

I have used Branch several times at multiple homes that we have lived in and they are honest and do great work. Their technicians act like teachers when they are with you. They educate you on the problem, how to fix it, and what the cost will be. Highly, highly recommended!

I call for a service call, my garage tension coil broke and some body broke into my daughter car and stole the garage opener. I call and Lory was very pleasant, she schedule me with no problem. Mitch the technician was very professional and very polite, he fix my door in just 20 minutes and he was able to erased and put a new code for my garage door and reprogram all the remotes including new ones. I will definitely will call them in the future. Thank

My faith in small service business has been restored! I called when I first learned one of my springs on the garage door had snapped. Car in garage, have to get to work and garage door wont open. I called Branch Garage Doors and was greeted by Katherine, the most pleasant and accommodating person I have talked with. Long story short, she was able to get me service within an hour and Kurt was at my house repairing my door. Kurt is an exceptional repair man, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I realize that not always will things fall into place like this, but because Katherine is so good she made it happen. I was so impressed with this time. From the time I spoke to Lori about our concern to Ryan, our tech, everyone was so professional and friendly. Ryan took the time to explain the main problem but also pointed out some maintenance items that would keep our garage door opener going a while longer. Stellar service. She sent a Very Nice technician named Kurt to repair this broken garage open or. He was very fast, replaced the part, lived everything and was on his way. Al came to service my garage doors today (10/03/2017). Nothing was broken, only adjustments and lube needed to be done. He was extremely courteous and professional and showed me how to program more than one door from the keypad which I didnt know was possible. He also explained how the lock mechanism worked on the garage doors. It was a very pleasurable experience.

I just had some work done by Branch Garage Doors. The lady in the office (Katherine) was friendly and exceedingly helpful. She politely told me they couldnt come till the next day but rescheduled the guy when he finished an earlier job sooner than he thought. Ryan came and fixed everything, replaced 2 springs and a bearing, maintained and adjusted everything and even re-set the button in my car. Charged me what they quoted me. WOW, what excellent value and service!!!

This is a company that knows what the words customer service mean. A couple of weeks ago I saw the Branch guys installing new doors at my neighbors house and walked over and ask about getting a cable replaced on one of my garage doors. The guy (Al) gave me a quote and said he could get to it in a few minutes. Al put my old cable back on the door, checked all the rollers, oiled them and all hinges and then check out the opener which I had never used due to the cable being off. Got the opener working, sold me a remote and programmed it . Great service. After using my new opener for a few days, I called Branch and got a quote on installing an opener on my other door. Bought the opener at Home Depot and Al came by last Friday and installed it. Again all work completed for the quoted price. No oh by the way surprises or tricks to charge me more. I am very satisfied with Branchs work and although I probably will never need another opener, if I do these are the guys Ill call to do the install. After watching them install new doors for my neighbor and the repair and opener installation they did for me, I would highly recommend them for any garage door work.

This was one of if not the best repair experiences I have ever had. They were very nice on the phone when scheduling. The estimate when scheduling was spot on. Andrew was who came out to fix the door. He was very good did the repairs thoroughly and professionally. I will only use this company for garage door needs.

I was behind a company vehicle number 41 tag Y58ZDP observed the driver driving slow, swerving, emergency hazards off and on. As I attempted to pass when it was safe the man blocked me and braked. I called the Orlando office to report him and his erratic behavior and the lady hung up on me. The driver was an older gentleman, sherriffs office has been notified. Location was county road 448 and miles prior to this report. He shouldnt be driving and should be a passenger.

Branch Garage Door came out on time to repair my broken garage door spring. Ryan, the tech, was very professional and polite. He quickly repaired the spring and then checked my whole garage door. He checked the drive gear, door track, open/close sensors and oiled everything before he left. Good Job Branch Garage Door.

We had an appointment scheduled which we had to keep. They did their work, cleaned up, and closed up the house when leaving. From my experience, they are trustworthy and dependable.

From our initial call to the end of repair, our experience with Branch was truly wonderful. The office staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Our technician, Al, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, neat and clean. He went above and beyond just repairing broken springs on my 88 year old dads door. He serviced all components and made sure the door functioned perfectly. He also programmed our remotes so instead of having 2 (one for his house and one for mine) we only have to use one remote for both houses. We have used Branch services over many years and will continue to call only them.

From my call to the office, the call from to scheduler, to the arrival of the serviceman everything has been 100% perfect. Mitch arrived on time, immediately discovered the problem was broken rollers and fixed it. Al the technician from Branch just left my home after servicing 3 garage doors, fixing one. I learned from him more than I have ever known the 17 years I have been dealing with garage doors!!He was professional, funny, knowledge and a perfectionist! He changed all my remote batteries that needed changing, replaced a key pad that was no longer working, and a new control pad on the wall. He blew the leaves out of my garage when he left.It has been quite a well since I have dealt with a company with such AWESOME customer service!I wouldnt hesitate recommending Branch as the BEST Company for servicing garage doors!

I called at 12:35 pm this company because they sold me the remotes when I moved into my house last year and my garage door was now broken. I told them I was stuck in my garage and I had an important appointment at 3PM. They were busy attending other service calls but somehow they manage to send a technician by 1:45PM, he finished everything within the hour, works like brand new. Now I have a much quieter garage door and works perfect. .

Be very awarer of these people..They came to my house destroyed my working garage door .. now its not even opening.. before it was working fine just had a a little noise ..I called them to check & fix it but they end up destroying it & forced me to pay for it ($85)...At the end they gave me a $2000 + estimate for new garage door ...Dont let them fool you ..I am planing to file a case with BBB & authorities..dont be fooled Most of 5 star reviews they have appear to be family & friends .
