Orlando gift baskets is awesome! I found baskets on their easy to use site that were perfect for what I needed. When I saw items I would have wanted for myself and other people, I knew this was the place. Their selection is so specific to peoples lifestyles so I figured it would be perfect for what I needed it for. My order was for nurses and employees at a hospital and a Doctors office so I found a perfect gift basket with chocolate and coffee. I figured chocolate is comforting and coffee keeps you sharp. I needed to change something in my order after I ordered it, I did it by email and they sent me an email back confirming the change with a personal and caring nature so I knew I was in good hands. The baskets were delivered on the day I picked and I received and email when it was delivered and the names of who signed for it to confirm. I found my gift basket company for life! I also love that some of the baskets contain items from local companies and thats important to me as a small bus owner myself. Thanks Orlando gift baskets!

Help me pick out the things I needed and if there is anything she didnt have I was allowed to go pick it up and bring it back so it can be added to the basket. Im not much of a review-leaver, but the customer service at Orlando Gift Baskets was amazing! My dad turned 70, and spent his birthday at WDW. He said he didnt want anything, but I know this man cant resist some meat and cheese. I sent him a gift basket, and they delivered it seamlessly to Bell Services for my dads big day.Thats not even the end of it - guess who spelled her own fathers name wrong. This could have been a disaster, but the delivery person from OGB called me and asked for clarification when the Bell Desk said they had no guest by that name. Its hard to find that level of customer service these days. I would and will order from Orlando Gift Baskets again!

Would have given a zero star if google allowed it. I booked a gift basket to be delivered on the 31st of December (today) and paid an extra 5 dollars for it. I received a notification last night from UPS saying that the gift basket will be delivered on 4th January instead. This is not at all acceptable. This was a new years gift and I expected timely delivery. Moreover, the person I am sending it to wont even be there on 4th. I tried contacting their office and turns out they are closed. The website doesnt even offer a cancellation option. Orlando Gift Basket ruined all my efforts and I will never suggest this to anyone. You could argue this is festive time but they shouldnt have had a 31st option if they cannot deliver. I feel cheated and let down.

Love them, great service, gave me great ideas, worked within my budget and was able to custom baskets for my attendees who had allergies.
