Good experience here, liked that they have more stuff than the other location, and helpful stuff. The other location has not even acknowledged us as a client. Made a few purchases here and happy with the quality and price.

Great place to buy a gift for a love one or a friend..

Came here for a gift for my daughters baptism. Customer service was amazing. After a few days the gift broke because the on/off switch wedged up into the globe. I took it back and without question they replaced it. Amazing customer service!

Excellent customer service! Very helpful when picking out the gifts and the fonts for engraving. We went to pick up the items right before closing and one of the names was incorrectly spelled and without asking they offered to re-engrave the item even though it kept them past closing. Had ordered a pocket watch for my friends wedding gift. Went to pick it up the following day and order wasnt even done. The lady at the desk told me that my ordered had been cancelled and that I should of received an email, which I didnt. And didnt give me a reason why it was cancelled at the time. They ended up making it right then which I waited about 25 minutes. Once it was finished the lady had told me the reason it was cancelled cause they was out of stock and didnt get a shipment till this morning. However when I placed the order it showed they had 7 in Stock. Staff was all around and didnt even get an apology. And when I got my item there was still adhesive from the tape on it after she told me that it was polished. Poor customer service.

Yary demonstrated what outstanding customer service is on my visit this past Sunday. I was shopping for a gift for a co-worker and I couldnt be more indecisive if I tried. Yary was extremely patient and kind. Everything she did and said was intended to make me feel welcomed and encouraged to shop, without sounding like a salesperson. We got our items and left happy. I get a call 45 minutes later. Yary found my daughters doll sitting in one of the stores displays. She remembered her and looked up my number. She called me to let me know that her doll was waiting for her. Talk about caring!!! I have no doubt in my mind that Yary is just as kind and caring in any situation thrown at her. As someone who also deals with customers, I was inspired by her courtesy. Thank you Yary. They are lucky to have you.
