Store itself it’s great as well as the prices. Only horrible is the staff, she was more worried about keeping the store neat than taking care of 3 separate people buying. All of us had a good amount of stuff. Waited for more than 10 minutes until someone finally went to go get her. She even looked over the register and saw the line that was forming and she continued to straighten things up. Really such a bad customer service, when you have people buying and spending money.

This is not what the back of a Disney pin looks like!! The packaging hid the backing of the pins so I couldnt tell they were fake when I was purchasing. Their Disney pins are counterfeit- this is illegal and the store should be sued and closed down. Its upsetting to know this business owner is taking advantage of customers and that I overpaid considering it is a counterfeit item. I wouldnt be surprised if all of their other merchandise is counterfeit as well! Absolutely terrible business practices.

Stopped in because they had a sign on the door stating free gift with purchase. Spent 30 minutes with the family walking around shopping. Found some things we liked so decided to check out. When I got to the register, she told me the total, and I asked about the free gift. Cashier told me nope, no gift, sorry. I asked about the sign, she said yes there is a sign, so what? At that point I wasnt going to tell my kids they cant have the stuff they picked out. So I continued with the purchase just to make the family happy. However the sticker on the door requested a google review, so heres my honest review... false advertising, dirty unorganized shelves, rude employees with language barriers, no averaged sized clothes, Just XXXL stuff... yeah.
