I had a glass table top from a dining room table and I did not want to put it on the curb for garbage pickup. I contacted B & B Glass and asked them if a customer bring a specific piece of glass to their location, and if the customer preference is having a piece of glass customized to the customer wants and needs and would it be possible for them to cut the glass into pieces to meet the customer expectations? Well, the results and experience was very good and the glass top was cut and created to the perfect size and they meet my expectations, which has become a beautiful two tier glass shelving area for a niche in my great room and I receive many many complements from family, friends and visitors about the new shelving area. Now, the cost for having the work done was unbelievably low and the other glass companies rejected my request and the job was too small and it would have cost more to complete. This glass company came to my house and they picked up the glass table top and they took it back to their location to cut it to fit my specific wants and expectations.

I love b&b glass & mirrors because they come to the house to change you glass if its damiged or cracked.

Terrible company. Paid 1/2 upfront for promised 2 week job of shower door enclosure. Over 3 months later I have been calling several times a day and getting runaround-glass broken, company he uses-Aldora-got the measurements wrong, personal problems, broken phone, etc. Had second company look at glass design-some pieces are in place-and they tell me it is unsafe and will never hold if and when the remaining missing pieces are added. Worst yet, Marc already drilled into brand new tub so replacing glass by second company may mean changing tub out. Will cost thousands of dollars to fix this issue and Marc already took $1k from us. BBB complaint already started and looking into suing next. DO NOT USE! Notice that 5 star reviews have no text. Fishy!!!

Cant even get them to answer the phone RUN

Absolute worst company to do work for. No communication since day one. Gave them a deposit and was told in a week the work was going to get done. A week later nothing had to call and call to get an answer and got nothing but a run around. This start Nov. 8th as of today Dec 10th nothing still has been done after being promised. My company does business nationwide with 100s of different vendors. This company is by far the worst at what they do.
