Big Pavers was wonderful to work with getting our paver patio planned out! They were responsive, extremely competitively priced and looked out for our property. We had several companies come out to give us a quote/build out and they were the only ones who proactively addressed how they would work with our existing drainage system. Once the materials came in they arrived on time and completed the work a day earlier than expected. There was a drainage problem we noticed shortly after they departed and they quickly came back to address and fix it! The only thing I would suggest in the future for their team is to leave information on how to take care of the product and a contact card for them if we want to have them come out and re-seal or something. At the end of the day they just left and didnt close out or anything which was sad because we would have tipped the team had they done so!All-in-all excellent service and were very happy with the end result!

Ed and his team were great. Got us exactly what we wanted and all work was done in 2 days!!!! Amazing. They crew and Ed are professional and prompt. Great fast work and took down a 20ft tree with a machete (awesome). Price point was at or lower than other estimates and work is top notch..: can’t say enough about them use them!!! All pavers and Lee completely even and level. Also our dogs love the turf no need to worry about dirt in The house or spraying grass with chemicals with spray or fertilizer or harmful weeds giving them rashes A healthier living for the dog

They totally transformed my home with the installation of a beautiful, artfully designed driveway.Anderson, my salesman, was patient and very informative in helping me select the right product for my space. He was available throughout the job for assistance and follow-up. Matt, the project manager was responsive to questions and kept me well informed of the delivery of materials and installation plans. Luiz, the crew supervisor, made sure I was happy with the installation plans and I marveled at the artistry and efficiency of these brick layers.The City of Maitland was quite particular about the driveway entry, which is the citys property. Bruno patiently made sure everything was to their specifications. Ed, the owner, personally came out to talk to the city inspectors to assure everything was to code. They also sealed the pavers a week after installation and it looks great.The best part of this company is that they communicate in a very timely manner to your questions, concerns and requests. Their price was reasonable and the materials they used of good quality.They truly do function as a team. Anderson, the salesman, came out to check and make sure I was happy with the results and told me to not hesitate to call him in the future if I had any concerns. That is unbelievable service! What a great experience we had with Big Pavers!!!!. Great people like Ed, Anderson and Matt and last but not least Luis! We have our driveway replaced with brick pavers for the first time. We had Ed and team design and lay out an RV lot in Davenport, Fl. The work was done timely, very professional. Part of the job was to build a sitting wall along the property line.My neighbors pavers started to move after 9 months, along this wall. We discussed this potential problem with Ed at the start of the job.You can tell a guy has pride in his work when you call him 9 months after the job was completed to come back and look at a section, AND HE DOES!!My experience is these guys are the old world craftsman you look for. I would recommend them. Will definitely be using them as I continue to build out the RV lot.

We hired Ed and his crew to install a new driveway, a driveway extension and also our 2 walkways. I spoke with several contractors but was most impressed with Eds friendly demeanor, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond in helping us pick the right pavers for us. When we bought the house the driveway was all busted up so we were excited to finally get it done. I am so glad we chose Big Pavers, I cant say enough how great a job his crew did. It took them 2 days to do the job, his crew Luis, Jairo, Efrain and Glauber were very professional, courteous and my husband and I were amazed at their work ethic. I was very pleased with their attention to detail, and they were open to all my questions and any requests I brought to them. Ed pulled the permit and even helped us get a survey quickly to avoid any delays with the schedule and they actually started the excavation a day earlier so we would be assured it was complete before the 4th of July holiday. They went above and beyond in so many ways. My neighbor even got an estimate from them as well. I appreciate all these guys did and if we ever have to do any more pavers, I will be calling Big Pavers for sure. I definitely recommend these guys!

I have been very impressed with working with this company. They are great with communication from beginning to end. Very responsive with their emails and did the job much quicker than I expected. This has probably been the smoothest transaction I have had with any company I have dealt with so far. Will be using them in the near future again.

Big Pavers installed pavers around my house and they did a fantastic job. The crew showed up on time, did a fairly large job (~1000sqft) in the planned time and cleaned everything. They relocated sprinklers and worked around the constrains of the house (electrical, water lines) without any damage. The crew was efficient, polite and very professional. Highly recommend and will use again

I had the front patio and driveway extension paver performed by Big Pavers and I’m extremely happy with the result. The color/pattern is Heritage in White/Pewter with random pattern. I didn’t tell them about the dark border but they ordered it, did it and it came out really beautiful in person. Everyone who came to do the job were nice and pleasant. They installed the bricks, saw some imperfections and fixed it without us telling them to. The next day another crew came to do sealing, they inspected the paver again and fixed more bricks (I didn’t notice the bad ones but they fixed them anyway). They also cleaned up very good afterwards, unlike other companies who leave a mess behind. Also, you get 3 years warranty with them. I highly recommend Big Pavers for the perfect job that they did!

We bought a new build home that has a narrow paver driveway. I received a few quotes and ended up choosing Big Pavers. Im a very picky person so I will admit I was nervous. The work they did was above and beyond. They took their time and made sure it was done the right way. Once they were done it looked so good that I called them back up and had them extend another area by our front porch. We contacted Big Pavers to get an estimate on extending our paver patio and they were very prompt, in person and electronically, in setting up an appointment to come out. Their price for the work was very fair and we set up a time to do the work. There was a weather delay in starting, which couldnt be helped, but they were out when promised and did the entire work within one day. Cleanup occurred the following day and youd never be able to tell that this had been a job site. Their work and work ethic is top notch and wed happily recommend Big Pavers.

I like to wait a while before writing a review to see how the job holds up Six months ago we had Big Pavers install travertine over our concrete pool patio! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and the final outcome is amazing and has stood the test of time. Matt and Ed were so responsive to my thousands of questions and they and their crew were professional, responsive, neat and on time throughout the process. Price was very competitive. Our patio looks as good today as it did the day it was finished. These guys know what they are doing. We had some areas of the concrete patio where water would pool when it rained and cause mildew. We thought we were going to have to install French drains but the Big Paver crew pitched the new patio perfectly and installed the right number of drains at the right spots and the drainage now is perfect! I highly recommend Matt, Ed and the crew at Big Pavers.

Pavers: We just had pavers installed on our driveway and walkway by a company called BIG PAVERS and they did a fabulous job. I am a retired Florida contractor and quite careful when selecting subs. I checked out 7 paver companies to determine which was the most reputable, used the best materials, had the most competent employees, and had reasonable prices. Each Big Paver crew, from concrete removal to surface prep to paver install to sanding and sealing and cleanup process was excellent. Especially impressive was their attention to detail.

Ed came out and gave us a good estimate. The work was for pavers for our driveway and pool deck. He worked with us on a flexible date and they began work on time as scheduled. We were only inconvenienced for a short time. The driveway and pool deck look great. I would highly recommend Big Pavers. Ed was reaponsive to all our questions and concerns.

This guy is so unprofessional he came to my house took all the measurements, a lot of yada yada, he promised us a quote but he NEvER did, not even an apology... spoke to a ex employee there and he told me they do this when the job is something small or residential, this guy rather do commercial jobs. If you want something for your home look someone else, he is a waste of time. If you want your sideways or backyard just dont call him. I will give you zero if i can just for the fact you came to my house and we all wasted our time. I see good reviews about the final results my complain is different.

We had Big Pavers lay over 2700 sq ft of 6x6 & 6x9 pavers on our RV lot and construct a small retaining wall in 2017. Ed and his crew did a great job. We still get compliments on the paver color and workmanship today. We wanted to add a little dimension to the retaining wall so, we called Ed. Ed came over the same day to review what we wanted to do. The next day he had his crew come over and do the job. The response time was unbelievable. Eds crew was fantastic, very polite and respectful. They even cleaned up the area when they finished. Within hour Ed stopped in to look at the job and make sure we were satisfied. We had gone with another paver company for our back lanai, so we were skeptical in dealing with paver companies after that experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality, speed, and professionalism of Big Pavers.You can tell a good company by the way they take care of you even after you have paid them. We had a very minor issue that we discovered a few days later with a couple of pavers that were not level. The very same day, they sent a crew and had it taken care of. Very professional company, and great service to boot!

They were outstanding in their communication of all steps in the process. They set a schedule and kept to it. Big Pavers did an outstanding job.. in creating a beautiful patio design to exceptional workmanship. I used them because they did an outstanding job on my fathers driveway several months ago.

I would like to start off by saying that the whole team at Big Pavers did a great job. I recently had them replace my driveway and my walkway with pavers, as well as adding an additional parking pad to my side yard (which involved removing some small trees and quite a bit of brush).My driveway project was pretty substantial and I had prepared for a at least three days of work. I was very pleased when Eds team finished it in just under 2 days. Big Pavers definitely hires hard workers who are there to get the job done. Ed, and his team, were always very quick to answer the phones or answer emails if I had any concerns or questions. Some contractors get your money and then set the rules on when they work and when they communicate with you. This was not the case here.Since nobody is perfect and I believe in a fair review Ill go over the points where I thought the company could have done better. The most important is that I dont believe they used Call 811 before they excavated my side yard. This lead to a broken water pipe (which they did fix quickly and efficiently) and a severed cable line. I feel as though that would have been less likely had they notified 811 of their digging intentions. Secondly, since Big Pavers is such a busy company, the meetings I had with Ed were usually running late. In fairness, all the contractors I met with on this project were running late.Overall, I would hire Big Pavers again in a heartbeat. I think they did a fantastic job and would have no problem recommending them to my friends, neighbors, and the rest of you out there in internet land.

They took obvious pride in not just doing the job but doing it to the very best of their ability. The end product was proof of their dedication. If this is how they are on the front end, what is the installation going to be like?

Big Pavers were fantastic, they worked with us every step of the way to make sure our project turned out great. This was a large job (2600 sq ft of pavers) and encompassed a large patio, over 90 feet of walkways, a fire pit and gazebo area. The had a crew onsite for 4 days morning to evening and finished the job in that time. I have never been so impressed with a contractor. We are looking at adding an outdoor kitchen and they would be our go to contractor.

They did a fantastic job at a few thousand dollars less than other estimates. Very satisfied!

In February 2019 I contacted Big Pavers to undertake a combination of some concrete work of my driveway way apron and public walkway and my main driveway and private walkway of selected pavers. After being approved by Osceola County for the concrete work we started the project. Unfortunately I encountered a unjustified HOA problem which I had to overcome. It took me a month to beat it, because that is what you have to do with HOA, beat them. Big Pavers were very patient with me and this sudden problem I encountered with my HOA, but Ed who I dealt from the beginning took great care of me whilst I had this down time because of the job being suspended, but once they resumed the work, the finish project was immaculate. Not only do I reccomend Big Pavers as a fantastic reputable company, but they are the best company I have ever worked with in the service industry, period. Totally awesome!!

Absolutely unprofessional company!! I requested a quote to repair our paver driveway. The tech called twice - First to say he was running 30 minutes late for the scheduled meeting - then a second time after being 50 minutes late to say they were called away to a bigger job. Basically, our job was not enough business to deserve attention. I am speechless!!
