After they cleaned my grill my igniters are no longer working. I tried to communicate with them but they do not want to help or respond. Also, dont be fooled by the pictures on their web site. The inside of the grill was not cleaned much more than when they started. Also, they list they are rated with BBB however, there is no information which shows that on the BBB web site. Now I have to spend money to get my BBB fixed.

Worst customer service ever. I scheduled an appointment weeks prior to cleaning. They scheduled my appointment, never showed up, never called, never emailed. This was a gift for my sons birthday and now I wasnt able to give him this gift. I would NEVER-EVER use this company and you shouldnt either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I put one star but they dont even deserve that.

Just had Mike & John clean my grill. Excellent service and well worth it. I can actually see the shiny stainless steel parts that I havent seen in about 3 years. The thought of my family eating food that was cooked on that old dirty grill made me sick. The grill now looks brand new. Thank You Mike & John

Central Florida Grill Cleaning did a great job for me. I had done cleanings myself for the last couple years...called John and his Guys for a more thorough bbq cleaning. They were quick and did what they said theyd do. Great investment for the life of my grill. Will be using them again
