Love love love the store. Fresh produce. Novelty items. A lot of sales too....their packaging is quite pleasant. Love the reusables on certain items instead of the throw away trays

I buy a lot of things in this supermarket to eat. It is a good place.

The cashier was very nice to me. But the bag girl had a attitude problem. Like she didnt have the patience to wait 2 second for me to put my wallet inside my purse. Rushing me to get the bag that she had put a few items inside. Like shaking the bag toward me. To hurry up and grab it. And I just received my money from the cashier. Few seconds later she shake the bag at me and I still had other bags to grab. Im a 56 yrs old. Lady with a smile, respect to every one.

Does have tons of good produce at highly competitive prices. But, dont shop here if youre in a rush to get in & out. The wait in line alone, to check out, could compromise your cold or frozen products. Also, English is a second language here. So, dont expect help if a manager (who speaks English fluently) isnt available.This market caters to Caribbean, Central & South American immigrants and those who love to cook from scratch. The prices for items generally consumed by these groups are very good & sales bargains for such items are abundant & frequent. Also, if youre vegan, this place wont disappoint. But, traditional American items are pricey and you should expect to pay suggested retail for such items.

Worst place everI watched this cashier accused this man of stealing and even when he show proof he didn’t she did not even apologize, even the lady that was suppose to be the supervisor or whatever she was didn’t even go up to the man to apologize.Instead she went by the cashier and they just stay there speaking Spanish.What kind of customer service is that.

There is an ice machine at this mall 20 lbs are $2.00. 10 lbs.of ice is $1.50. Plus you can get Water from machine there.

Overall it was ok. Fresh fruits and veggies even the meat looked pretty good. On the downside I went to purchase meat from the deli and the men cutting the meat did not change there gloves or wash gloves/hands when going from handling one cut of meat to the next. Thats called cross contamination. Need to check this

Word of advice dont purchased meat here. I bought chicken wings here and and didnt realize the chicken was spoiled till i got in my car. When I tell you an awful smell. You ever leave the chicken pack in your trash over night and the raw smell of something spoil filled your kitchen or house even. I cant believe people will put bad meat on their shelves. I hope the health inspector look into this review because the manager Maria seemed to not care once i told her theres more chicken thats bad on the shelves.

Huge variety of spanish & caribbean food name brands, Yucca, plantains, mangoes, Callaloo - Many things for any spanish, Haitian dinner platters .Prices are fair, The layout of the store is organized and wide aisles but many products of the same are located in different aisles which makes no sense. For instance you can find one kind of hot sauce in one aisle and then another hot sauce in another aisle maybe this can be organized a little bit better. The waitto pay for the items wasnt fun.

Absolutely the worst place to buy meat 15 minutes after i got home the chicken and fish I purchased smelled really bad . I called the store and was told to bring it back for an exchange . Im unable to make it back there for 2 days ... Im not keeping rotted meat in ny refrigerator for 2 days

I left good reviews there before for that store but I have to change it, I went to return a product there, the cashier at the customer service desk does not speak any English, she called a supervisor, the supervisor can not understand a word, I told them this America why anyone of you knows no English the supervisor was very angry at me and told me in Spanish: This is a Spanish store what the F are you doing here?? I was surprised and shocked. Will never shop there again

Best latino/ hispanic store in Orlando period. Prices were absolutely friendly, family friendly and budget friendly store! Well stocked, clean, they had security in the parking lot visible. Keep in mind this is mostly a dominican hispanic store, although there is plenty of caribbean and west indian products as well. Great for feeding the whole family and stretching your dollar!

I have been shopping at Publix and Save a Lot but decided to give President a try today. So thankful that I did! The Produce Manager was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The prices were very reasonable and affordable! The produce selection was fantastic and every was fresh! Very clean and well stocked! Shopping here was such a pleasure! I was able to buy everything that I wanted and stay under budget! Much cheaper and cleaner than Save A Lot! The staff was much nicer than Save A Lot too! The produce section was just as nice as Publix and was way more affordable! I will do all of my shopping at Presidente from now on!

I was disappointed with this store, I purchase something from them and and a few days later there was mould in it. When I tried to return it, they gave Their excuse ohh we cant accept it. I dont believe I would shop here anymore.

Items mispriced and checkout lady has the audacity to show us a picture on her phone that there was fine print. I said your price shown is still for another item, not the one it was showing, that it should be taken down if they already know its wrong. We wont be back.
