Wouldnt any company give steps to recieve a refund then? I talked to a woman and she said I would receive a 10.5 inch instead. and you can give me my money instead of nothing

Great experience, Sam is very knowledgeable, and does a great job explaining and teaching useful information that a novice firearms owner may find extremely helpful. Came here to get my AR-15 assembled, and also had some work done to my Glock. 10/10 job. Don’t listen to the negative reviews from these yahoos.

I got an order but the wrong item, I asked to return it, they never reply my email, at the time I just placed my order I have to wait until 15 days for processing while I order from different places I received it. Finally, be careful to order online from this business if you dont sure about the thing you want to order, they wont respond to return. Addition the item I received from this business no label of brand I suppose it is from China

I got a 16 ar15 from these guys because everywhere I went they treated me like give me your money and get out not these guys. Sam takes his time and asks you what you want and how you want it. Customer service is A +++ so much so that 3 months later I got a 9mm ar. And I love them both. I highly recommend them.

These guys are A1 and the detail that they put into their builds are second to none. Very professional and the buying process was very easy.If you have an idea of what you want, they will get it done!! I will not use any other company for a custom build.

Be careful buying from these guys. If you are hoping to match their part colors with normal part colors you will be disappointed. Apparently Givatis colors dont necessarily match industry standard colors. You can send it back, but you cant get all of your money refunded because they charge a restocking fee for their lack of standardization.Edit: I did call several times after receiving the item. No answer, no voicemail option. My initial call prior to receiving was answered and I asked when I could expect the part since several weeks had gone by. I was told it would ship that day.Now to be fair the part looked like it was almost the right color but it had a very thin and rough finish, so my guess would be that someone started to cerakote it, then left it, maybe forgot to finish it, and it was sent out by someone else unfinished.

Placed an order with them for a customer assembled lower. It was fast to ship and beautiful. These guys are no joke. Would recommend and will be doing more business in the future.

It’s unfortunate that I have to honestly leave a 1 star review for Givati. I ordered a needed 7.62 bolt kit. I watched for the order to ship but it just said processing for days. I called and they claimed it already shipped. After the call, the order now “coincidentally” showed a tracking number. Running that tracking number for many more days just showed that a label was created but no package movement. I finally called to cancel my order and the owner said my part was shipped to someone else by mistake. I just asked him to cancel my order because I was done with the run around. I asked how I would get a confirmation of cancellation and he said “the lady” would send an email. That email never came. I sell on ebay and understand the importance of actually shipping the items I sell. Its my understanding that Givati has a great product but if you can’t get the product you pay for in a timely fashion and you keep telling the customer different excuses, you have to expect to irritate someone, sometime... I wish this review had gone different. I had to call my credit card to file a dispute because I can’t depend on what Givati is telling me. FYI between this time I literally ordered some things from China and they arrived before this order was ever filled. That’s really sad... Maybe they will put shipping out products at the top of their priority for future customers... maybe not... I’ll never know.

I went to Givati looking to buy an upper for my first AR15 build. I talked to Sam for a while and left to do some research. I came back and was sadly told that he had sold the upper I was looking at... But I was quickly greeted with a surprise! He invited me into the back and assembled one for me and explained what he was doing!Being a novice to AR15 I was thrilled with this experience! He really went out of his way to help me out! I would highly recommend going here for any AR15 needs! Very professional and friendly, I was building an AR and they cerakoted my upper, lower (I bought from them) and rail in cobalt gray and I’m very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend if you need to build any custom AR type rifle. 👍

I couldnt be more happier with my experience from this shop. I worked with Sam to create a custom lower to give as a gift. Most shops I called told me it was impossible but he figured out a way to make it happen.

Ok if you didnt know Givati customizes your builds with what ever you want engraved on the firearm. I recently had a major event in my life, to commemorate it, Sam and the guys memorialized it perfectly on the build. I can truely say my gun represents me...good peoples...awsome product...check them out...!!!!!

I recently purchased a GF-9, a AR style 9mm pistol  (4.5 inch barrel) that utilizes Glock Mags from Givatti Firearms. Initial thoughts, the weapon system came appropriately equipped with flip up sights, 4lb trigger, angled hand grip, ambi safety and muzzle brake/flash hider. The only modifications needed (purely preference) swapped out the charging handle for a ambi charging handle and added a 3 MOA Vortex Venom.Range day evaluation, after sighting in the red dot at 25 yards, I relentlessly fed 350 rounds through the GF-9 over the next hour. The weapon performed flawlessly from the 7 to 100 yard targets with 147 gr Winchester FMJ ammo. The 100 yard target was a 12x12 inch metal plate. These results and distances were duplicated by the RSO at the range who also shot several 33 round mags through the GF-9. Excellent AR platform 9mm pistol. Sam and his team are consummate professionals and they exceeded my expectations with this build.

Very nice quality uppers. Ordered and took a few days to process but I called and they answered the phone told me the exact date it would ship out and it did on that date. Great product and customer service. Ordered the 7.62x39 upper and playing around at 75 yards shooting shooting nice groups. Gas block and tube is set perfect along the the bcg. I paired it with a 90 dollar polyomer lower with with polymer trigger group and unloaded 2 30 round mags without any issues. Think it earned its place on my Anderson lower that I built specd out for my 6.5 grendel. Thanks for the awesome work.

My name is Lorenzo Graham and he did a good job building my 308 AR15 and 300 Blackout, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone if they need a gun built and very friendly and professional.

I had a great experience. They are a true in house custom shop, not assemblers. He communicated every step of the build and sent photos. They worked with me to customize a 7.62x39 AR with 10.5 barrel. It shot flawlessly with the recommended ammo. I did have issues with light primer strikes on Wolf but the owner warned me about that brand. It shot Brass Fiocchi, and Steel case Tula and Golden Tiger without a hitch. Zero FTF or FTE in 300 rounds. Very happy with turn around and the quality at very fair prices.

I bought an AK-47 pistol from them took my polimer ar15 to make some up grades and thanks to them found out my upper had a crack, if it wasnt for Sam who knows what could have happend. He changed my upper and replaced it with a new one no questions asked. I shot over 200 rounds with the new upper with no issues. Super satisfied. Dont discount Givati in Orlando Florida because they are not Spikes Tactical or LWRC. There are many names in the business and honestly many manufacturers get all of their parts from only a few places. I live in Orlando and though the owner of Givati deals mainly with other dealers(more of the reason to jump on and make orders now before theres no more direct sales) Ive purchased atleast 5 rifles from him and have watched him personally build, QA, test fire and cerakote in his shop off of Lancaster (Im here waiting on a 7 pistol build as I type this) and he takes extreme pride in his builds. Parts are not budget by any means, everything is melonited, 1:7-1:8 twist high grade steel barrels and gas blocks, full auto rated melonited BCGs ranging from SOTA and Stag Arms and propriety parts and more.When Spikes Tactical was at its infancy I remember working at Shoot Stright in 2006-2007 and seeing a little humble wife and husband shots in Orlando - what did they do. they hired people to go on message boards and downplay everyone else, hey it worked they got big, but at the end of the day if you hold a spikes forged lower to a Givati billet lower or even an Anderson lower you can tell what true quality looks like. Im confident the product will market itself..Ive owned $1,000-$2,000 firearms and Givati are by far lighter, just as high quality as top names and man the durability and reliability is second to none.I dont work at Givati and this is not a marketing tactic Im a gun ethusiest and have traded all my old builds in or sold them with Givati builds as replacements!Mike Gentilella
