I purchased Shredabull Untamed from this store a couple days ago. I took one pill and my heart was racing and I couldnt go to sleep for almost two days. I called the stored and asked can I get a refund, they told me that they would give me a store credit instead of cash back. I never heard of this before, why dont they tell you this before you make a purchase. Never again. Such lousy service. I will use GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.Now they are saying that they will refund my money if I cant find something else. If I purchased the product at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and I was having issues with the product all I have to do is take the product back along with my receipt and get my money back. If they dont give refunds just inform the customer before the customer buy the product that way customers can make an informed decision. I shall not return to this store.

Hey so my experience at this store was far from good. We got to the store and we told him that we wanted to do the body scan but he never explained to us the price of the service and or the options. Once we were done with the scan he did do an excellent job on explaining the scan to us but once we went to go check out we had to leave the products we came originally to purchase because he informed us that the scanned cost $50 or in order to get it free we had to purchase $75 worth of items. Me and my friend were both startled at his statement after we had gotten the scan. We didn’t expect the scan to be free but didn’t expect there to be a minimum purchase either especially When the manager did not explain all the details to us before so we can have a choice on continuing with the scan and purchase. I tried calling him and expressed to him my dissatisfaction with his services but again he explained to me how expensive the machine is and that in order to stay open they had to charge.

While the lady was very helpful, after reading the ingredients of the first protein she recommended, I said I wanted something cleaner without all the artificial ingredients. She pointed me to another that was “super clean” like an idiot I bought it without reading the ingredients because I trusted her. I get home and it’s got sucralose and other artificial sweeteners. Disappointed.

Store has everything. Supplements, protein powder, clothing, 6pack bags, versa grips and so much more! Victor is awesome! I highly recommend checking this place out at least!
