This is no longer a place to buy ice cream, looked terrible of what the flavors were. Do not care the most popular flavors. No vanilla, no pralines and cream, no hot fudge, so therefore no sundaes. Not sure what the flavors are, they dont even know, she said, some kind of coconut! And seems like yogurt is the type! they dont even display the flavors. Looking at all 4 cases, 2 were completely empty, and the other 2 had some kind of disgusting frozen something !!

DO NOT go here. The store was dirty, chairs, tables, coffee ground particles on shelving. The ice cream was unmarked so you didnt know what you were buying. The cones were cracked & stale. When I went to pat the employee was on her phone texting. The donut case light were all off as if it was unavailable. I feel sorry for the owner. Your store Baskin Robins/Duncan Donuts was discusting. You should probably send in undercover boss.

Came here for ice cream. What a disappointment. Ive been to a lot of Baskin and Robbins but this one was out of most of there ice cream And no bananas so you cant ever get a banana spit. I ended up with a milk shake that I really didnt want and it wasnt very good. Close your store!!

Extremely rude and lazy staff. They were not helpful at all. Last time i step into this branch..I just hated the experience all together, my husband and I couldn’t even enjoy the icecream.

What good is a sundae without toppings?They didn’t had any toppings and the staff fail to say so until I ask!!

The service was fine, but they didn’t fill up my milkshake all the way nor ask me if I wanted whip cream, so I didn’t get any.

I’ve been to this location and the metro west location for two weeks to order a banana split with cookie dough ice cream and they never have bananas nor the ice cream!! Can someone explain to me why?!!! It’s horrible!!

Stingy scoop sizes, ice cream nearly liquid and it would have been nice if the girl serving me was not initiating a conversation about out of work activities with her co-worker while I was actually trying to place my order. disgraceful service.

Enjoyable first visit to this location for a breakfast snack. Clean dining area, and friendly service.

Always horrible. Always running out of something. Las week the shakes machine was down and after a week still down. A couple times I visited the place the customer service was bad. Sometimes running out of marshmallow, another day whipped cream, popular flavors not available some times, now the shakes machine is not working. Close the Ice Cream side then.

Based on ice cream, my mom in law gives them a 4 for fresh icecream....my ice cream which was a simple sundae was just that simple.I give them a 3 but leaning more to a 2 because the customer service wasnt good. First, they were looking at us like we were crazy lol. Yes we were excited for our ice cream but okay lol then they were acting slow like they werent sure how to sell their ice cream or tell us what to put to make it good.Just was a weird experience. Im also not a big fan of their ice cream.

This is also a dunkin donuts but dont bother going in the morning they are slow and take forever you will be late for work! awkward small lot for parking...crowded plaza

Dunkin Doughnuts are breaking up, so this visit was at one of these stores. Which Baskins-Robbins is splitting up from Dunkin. So Baskin stop stocking products at Dunkin. So there wasnt any waffle cones and rum raisin icecream etc. So I had to change my order twice.

I walked in and asked for a large vanilla shake and, believe it or not, the employee said their shake machine was down and it has been that way ever since she started working there. She said she had never made an ice cream shake to the moment I asked for it at that location...

Food was great. Service was fast.
