I went into The Mower Shop on 8/25/21 to have 2 tires replaced on my mower. Was told on the phone to bring it in and they would get right to it while we waited. An hour and a half later I went to pay my bill and was charged $288 for 2 tires. The exact same brand and tire sells on Amazon for $45 each. I was okay with paying the premium because I needed tires that day. What I wasn’t okay with was the double charge I received 3 hours after leaving and paying for my tires. I called and spoke with them and was told they would call me back. Then again the next day a few minutes before they close my account was charged again for a 3rd time. Tried calling again to rectify the situation to only have them not answer the phone. So I contacted my card provider and canceled the 2 extra charges. Having to wait for the almost $600 they over charged my account to be credited back to my account. I will never give this shop my business again and would highly recommend nobody else does either.

I had my pull cord replaced,, They immediately worked on my mower and replaced: the cord and verified it worked. Will definitely be back as a return customer.

Needed a warranty replacement of an Echo 58V battery. Home Depot was no help, so I tried another Echo dealer off of South Orange Avenue. They told me it would be 4-6 weeks before they could even look at the battery. Called Mower Shop and April was helpful and pleasant on the phone. Told me to bring the battery by any time. So I stopped in and again April took care of me right away. I was in and out within 5 minutes with a replacement battery.This will be my go to store for all my Echo needs. Highly recommended.

This is a long overdue review. I have been to several different mower shops over the years and I must say that this is hands down the best Ive been to. I go out of my way to go here because they have always treated me more like a friend than a customer. The staff is always willing to help and very knowledgeable. April is the best. They sold our lawn mower on consignment and wont pay us. Chuck told my husband hes 99% sure they already did (they did not). All they have to do is check their books and see there is no cleared check. Weve been calling for weeks and they wont return our calls. Update 7/17/2020: we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE 8/15/2020: Chuck wrote us a check for the lawn mower.

A Mower Shop Thats Fun? Yulp.Im not in the commercial industry, but that doesnt matter here. Youre treated thoughtfully where they believe customers are longer-term relationships. A friendly and knowledgeable staff thats contagious to the customers. Am I in a bar? Could be. A chainsaw bar. Ha! Though Ive only needed to buy two pieces of equipment, trimmer and chainsaw (earned a man merit badge for that one), I would go out of my way to come back even though they refused to sell me tree climbing gear out of concern for my safety. Like I said, theyre experts. Clearly.

This place was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the con man from Swift mower in Conway. We were told the echo hedge trimmer was not repairable but this shop fixed it and did it so professionally and promptly that we were very impressed. He was very honest and so reasonable as far as price. It is not as close but well worth the drive. Thank you mower shop!

I went to the mower shop to get my weed eater fix but coming to find out it was very hard to get parts for, so I threw it away and bought a new one from the mower shop at a very fare price. They were friendly good at what they do. They even told me about a big sale their having in August 17th 2018 with a 20% off sale. I will be doing more business with them going forward. Been going here for years. They know small engine repairs. Rider mower, weed whacker, edgers. You need them fixed or repaired, this is the place to go. They also sell all garden tools with prices compatible to the big box stores, very knowledgeable staff.

Troy runs a top-notch shop. Since my trimmer and blower sat too long, were not taken care of by me, and were cheap units, the costs of the repairs were almost as much as the cheap equipment cost me. I ended up walking out with the brand new Echo trimmer and handheld Echo blower. Figured it was time to invest in some quality equipment. Troy and his set me up with what I needed, gassed it up, made sure it did not need any adjustments, and gave me a once-over on how to operate it. They also answered my questions about general maintenance, and registered my units on the spot. Thats a lot better than walking out of the big box stores with your equipment still in the box. Thanks guys for your professionalism. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy some new lawn equipment.

This is a great place to take your mower toGet fixed but the do take time so be ready to wait the do get fixed.

Originally, I gave the Mower Shop a 5 star review because I believed they had fixed my Toro. Long story short, I brought my machine in twice and it still does not work, and have spent ~$200 at the Mower Shop and the machine still doesnt work.The Toro did work for a few months after the initial fix up. However, after those few months the problem occurred again and they claimed to fix it again. Two months later, it once again will not start, and I will not be bringing the machine back as I lost confidence in their service.

Didnt go in just walked by. Ill have to take a look inside next time.

I took my mower in in December because it wouldnt start. They told me it would be ready in three days. Three days pass, and I never receive a call. I call them, and they tell me it wont be ready until January, after they take their vacation. I pick it up, take it home, and it doesnt start. I call them, and they will not guarantee that they wont charge me to fix it again. I take it to another shop (Trail Saw and Mower on OBT - great place!), pick it up in a week, and they tell me that the oil was over filled, the filter was soaked in oil, and the spark plug was bad. The Mower Shop had put new oil and gas in my mower - THEY over filled it and failed to recognize the spark plug was shot. Dont bother with The Mower Shop!

They are the slowest people in the world ... I have to fix very mower on a Monday I call Friday that they have not yet checked her out, they send me a message Monday that was already fixed for work costs I go Thursday and they still havent fixed it yet wait 40 min. but at the end of the regulation, it came out at the same cost that they do not tell you what it is or how much they are only the areglan and then they send you the total.

With specifications you get it all, here !!!
