When I made the order online it offered curbside so that’s what I chose. It was ten at night (which that’s the time I was emailed when it would be ready) I called the store to let them know I was outside. They guy who answered said they do not do curbside because they have a lot of fraud and would have to cancel my order. I explained I’m right outside the door and I was in Pjs and not properly dressed to be out (again that’s why I chose curbside). He was not helpful and kept going back and forth with me. Why would the store offer curbside if it’s not available??. Anyway I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me......I give it 3 stars because the liquor was fine. Beside that customer service is horrible and could use some work.

Fantastic customer service and was super helpful and friendly. I was really accommodating to with an online order and contacted us to make sure we got everything we wanted. All around good stuff.

My girlfriends were having a bachelorette party in Disney and I couldnt make it. I wanted to let my friend know I was thinking of her and Cheers was the hero I needed. The person helping me put together a beautiful gift basket with champaign, snacks, and cute little decorations to make it really special. Im so glad I called them as that they went above and beyond to make me friend feel special from far away.

I had a rush order that was a little out of the ordinary for delivery of a 50th bday gift. I had tried ABC then Total Wine, no luck. Called Cheers and the gentleman was eager to help! So easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Price gouging on bourbon and dried out, overpriced cigars. The cigars were so dry the wrapper crumbled when removing from the cellophane. They also wanted $500 for a Michters 10 year! Avoid at all costs.
