I went to this location today and I have to say how wonderful of an experience it was. For one, the staff all wears masks and wears them properly which makes all the difference in my shopping experience. And I wish I had asked the names of the man and woman who helped me but they were so lovely and so helpful. Whoever was on the schedule Saturday morning at opening is just amazing. Great selection too! Most customers wearing masks. Wonderful overall experience.

I have always loved Vera Bradley! To be able to purchase bags, backpacks, scarves, tags, luggage... in a Vera print and at an extreme discount... this is like heaven to me. I love the outlets because the sells and the store stays pretty stocked with everything. Just recently I visited on 4/16/19 around 10:30 AM. The red head from the start acted like she couldn’t be bothered. I did ask for a price check on an item and she acted like it was an issue. Well I walked away and I was still searching to make sure that’s what I wanted and then went back a few minutes later. As I was checking out the price was significantly different than what was quoted before. So I was like “no I think that’s wrong” well she raised her hand at me and was telling me “calm down, I’m trying to fix it”....excuse me!? The freaking nerve!!! Let’s just say If she’s there the next time I go back I won’t be buying anything from her

Debbie is a terrible employee. I have never been treated how she treated my sister and i. She said the our issue is because we are “millennials”. I’m sorry that Debbie couldn’t answer a simple question while multi tasking, which is why you are going to lose business. I have been shopping here for YEARS and will no longer be going. Debbie hasn’t no customer service skills and should not be working in the public. We are on vacation and the last thing we expected to happen was be disrespected.
